These guys have been HORRIBLE to work with. I first signed a lease with a different property manager, but the owners had a falling out with him halfway through my lease and signed up with Red Hawk Property Management to take over. They are short and will look for every opportunity to cheat the tenant and be rude to the tenant. They charged me a late fee when I KNOW my rent was there on time, I had to send future payments certified mail so I could prove when they got there. When I eventually was able to move and gave 30 days notice per my lease, Becky V got an attitude and insisted that I be liable for 60 days. I showed her and circled the part on my lease where it stated that I was only obligated to give 30 days, she rudely stated that she wasn't going to go back and forth with me any longer. After 5 days, another rep from them said they would accept the 30 days notice. My move out inspection went well, I wasn't charged for any issues, however I got an email that I was only getting $112 of my $337.50 deposit back. Still waiting on a response as to why this is. I would advise anyone thinking of doing business with Red Hawk Property Managment to avoid doing so, they have been nothing but rude, greedy and aggravating.

In November , I contacted my property manager to talk about getting an Emotional Support Animal. I wanted to know how to go about it and what my therapist would need to provide. He said to email him, but I never got a response. Now, I emailed him again to discuss the process, but still no reply. So, I called the office for information and they gave me a personal phone number to leave a voicemail. I called and left a voicemail, and within 10 minutes, he called me back. I asked him again about the process for getting an emotional support animal. But then he accused me of being suspicious because I just signed a new lease starting in April 2022. I don't understand why he would be suspicious when he has known about this since November . It feels like he's personally accusing me of lying about my mental health, which is unprofessional and none of his business. I talked to my therapist, and she has been waiting for me to start the process. At the end of the conversation, he said he needed to talk to his attorney, but he still didn't answer my questions.
