Terrible... Terrible... Terrible! last journey,
I want to cancel operator redbus id at least. So, that nobody can experience what we were gone through. Lot of inconvenience we faced.
Various of issue by bus service.
1) First, they changed my picking destination civil line to Nehru Park (8km ahead than pick up point)
2) Then, they wait me out for 2 hours. (10pm to 12pm) with disable tracking status and switch off his mobile throughout this incident. Even your service care executive was not able to approach him you can verify this by your service care data on (25/01/2025) in between that he consistently abused me and misbehave with me and refused to give us blankets. what I thinks they tried to scam with us, they try fill passengers offline on my online booking ticket that why they waited us for 2 hrs. after my onboarding he shuffle my seats with offline passenger.
3) Majorly, Bus drops us 40km before than deposit point.
Note: At one point, He drops one passenger at toilet break.
My major concern is changing my picking points and dropping 40km before than doping point. I want refund for these issues ASAP.
Secondly, I want strict action on driver, operator. there details are follow:

In between all of these I was consistently contract with few for your customer service executive members (Lalit Bhosle, Vinay, Suraj Singh) you can verify this to your team.
kindly cancel there redbus id, because they are rudely said that do whatever you what to do, nothing will happen, and nobody help you. I don't think poor rating and bad feedback will impact them.
