No previews, just silence, then when the program starts, no sound. So the whole introduction was missed. The first 5 minutes of the movie had no sounds. After we complained since no one was paying attention, they got the sound working. At no point were they observant enough to look out and see the house lights are up. 15 minutes and 4 complaints later, the house lights are still on. The manager should be ashamed.
wouldn't sell me a ticket
I am a seventeen year old girl just trying to see a movie with my friends. But apparently that's impossible to do at the regal because a new regulation has passed that requires everyone to have an ID for 6 oclock movie. I hadn't had mine with me since 1 i don't drive and 2 don't carry my school ID around because because why would anyone do that. So now my two friends were able to get their tickets while I was not. I tried to show the staff a picture of my ID which is clearly me because how on earth would it be someone else, and they said they don't accept that. I don't understand why this measure is required for a movie before eight o'clock and why it would matter anyway, if i am willing to show you an ID wouldn't you be able to assume that I am of age, why would I try so hard to show you an ID and get someone to get me my ID if i'm not even of age. This is absolutely ridiculous and the regal cinema has definitely lost my business!

I came in to watch a movie, mid day-afternoon.
I got my ticket, walk over to grab pop corn & drinks.
The gentalemem that served us our order, smelled strongly of alcohol and ciggarets and didn't look like he had good hygine and his serving food to customers. He shouldn't be serving customers yet alone coming in to work under the influence.

The manager that served as alcohol didnt look so well last week when I came to watch a movie around noon. I was concerned by her look and strong ciggeret odor. She looked like a total mess, she should not be in charge at all, I think her name is gina if I'm not mistaking. This needs to change as a concern customer, I wont be returning to this location due to poor perfomance and employee higene.

Last night I went to the movies for a 10:55 PM movie. When I walked up the woman asking what I needed waited for my request and then laughed at me with her male coworker. This experience really put my in a bad mood. She made me feel like I was wasting my money and made me feel as if she making fun of me. This made my experience at this Regal terrible.

I came early to the movies and bought popcorn. About 15 minutes before my movie was to start, I came out and got in line to get a refill on popcorn. This was on 8/7/19 for the 1:40 showing of Aladdin at the Gainesville, Virginia theater.
Quite a few movies were starting at the same time, and many people were in line at concessions. There were however only two employees on duty during this time doing concessions, despite the 15-20+ people in line. Hence, it took over 25 minutes for me to get my refill, and I missed ALL the previews, including the one for Star Wars which I would have really liked to watch with my kids. I was very upset.
It is unacceptable to have a concession stand at a big theater like yours so understaffed during a time when many movies are starting. The girls there were very pleasant, however they only have two hands and can only do so much. YOU SHOULD HAVE HAD SOMEONE ELSE ON STAFF TO HELP THEM THROUGH THAT RUSH. When customers such as myself drop upwards of $100 for an afternoon at the movies, that experience should be happy. Although we saw a great movie, I was NOT happy with the lacking service.
I would like you to make this right by either refunding my tickets or equivalent remuneration.
What does STFU mean? And who are you? If you are truly the manager you are very unprofessional and give me reason to take this further. If not, then butt out.

I was at the hollywood theater at river city market place in jacksonville fl. Look I know jobs are stressful I have been going to the theater ever since I moved to this side of town 2 years ago. My compliant is about an african american young woman that is a manger there. Very rude, very, very, rude. I was standing line when one of the worker s behind the counter at concession stand when one of the workers asked her a question and she gave an attitude was rude and disrespecful with the worker, as she walked away from the counter I heard her say to her self "damn stupied [censored] white people and that [censored] white girl get on my damn nerve".. This is not the first time I have witness this behaver from her. She has no respect for any one that works there and I hope this will get taking care of rsvp. I pay good money there and I feel I should feel comfortable each time I go there. Racism is a big problem in the world right now I really dont think being in a managers postion gives the right to use it, nor give you the right to belittle people.

It seems that the last few times I have gone to Regal Cinemas at Eagle Ridge Mall the ticket counter is closed and you have to go to the snack bar to get your ticket. I made a purchase for 7/19 Lion King tickets for my 10year old daughter(booking # [protected]). Apparently I selected the wrong date(7/18), and I contacted the customer service dept for a refund. I was told I was charged a convenience fee which was non-refundable, and that is unfair! The convenience fee was for me reserving my selected seats in advance! If I purchased my tickets and cancelled within minutes, for a show that is (5) days away, the seats I selected are NOW available and someone else will be paying that SAME convenience fee for their seats! I literally "argued" with a supervisor named Dave Smith and Linda Edwards for 20m for a FULL refund which they refused to grant me. This is NOT the level of service I expect and deserve from Regal as I have ALWAYS preferred to purchase from YOU as opposed to a Fandango, etc... I work 50hrs a week, and bought 3 tickets to surprise my daughter and spend some quality time with her! For me to NOT be able to receive a FULL refund, and be treated as if my concerns/opinions DONT matter, is really disappointing. I truly expected to be handled in a different manner and as if MY business is appreciated, but clearly Regal and it's employees feel otherwise. I will NO longer support Regal, and my rant will be expressed via social media and how I was handled, along with how YOU guys feel about your customers and YOUR idea of customer service! We paid $5 extra per ticket for your so called RPX premium experience. This is a scam. The only difference is the seats are pleather, which is uncomfortable in the summer. I will tell everyone I know not to waste money on this, and you should be ashamed that you are charging people extra money for these theaters. I would rather watch a movie in the standard 2D theater.

I just wanted to communicate how much our family dislikes the fact that all seats are reserved in Nashville.
We are avid movie goers but now we attend less because we cannot get good seats without planning well in advance. It used to be that we could impromptu decide a movie would be fun, show up early for the show, watch the pre movie entertainment and enjoy great seats and the show.
Now we have to check the app and go in and out of show listings only to find that the only seats left are a bad vantage point. So we don't go.
I am not saying that reserved seats aren't a good idea. What I am saying is having ALL the seats for all showings reserved is a bad idea. It takes away the impromptu fun experience of let's go to the movies knowing if you show up early you can get a good seat.
I have seen in other markets that you still have some showings that are not reserved. We would ask you to restore this option for Nashville. Thanks.
