Regal Cinemas Online ticketing through safari on phone

The payment timer is way too short, especially if you need to input several gift cards that each have their own long codes. I’m young and was new to the system (and often order things online) and still couldn’t beat the timer on my first try! No other site uses a timer, so why do you? It’s just annoying for the customer.

I was charged over $5 to use Regal’s internal online e-ticketing process. This is really ridiculous as a customer. I could see $1-2, but $5! Feels like Regal cares only about profit and is a further reason to avoid the cinema. This is not the way to lure customers back. Think about the user experience! That’s your entire business.

Regal Cinemas Unlimited plan

The Regal App will not allow me to be unlimited. For some reason the last payment was March and up to that point it worked fine. I would like to know how to fix this problem for now the second time.

I got turned away because I was legally carrying in my purse with a concealed permit . A shooter who doesn’t obey laws can easily sneak a gun in. But good citizens are being turned away for legally carrying. Makes the theaters even more unsafe & a target for shooters. We should be able to legally carry to protect ourselves. After evaluation of certain events involving your behavior at various Regal theatre locations, Regal has concluded that your conduct is in violation of the express terms and conditions of our Crown Club, Unlimited programs, and our theater policies. Therefore, Regal hereby gives notice of the termination your Crown Club account and Unlimited program subscription.

Per the Crown Club rules, Regal hereby rescinds your credits and rewards and terminates your Crown Club membership. Additionally, per the Unlimited program rules, Regal hereby terminates your Unlimited program subscription.

Additionally, due to your repeated violations of our program rules and theatre policies, you are hereby banned from all Regal Cinemas theatres. Please do not attempt to visit any of our theatres, as you will be refused entry and, if necessary, removed from the premises.

Now say I had repeat violations but this is is the first time I ever had a problem. They don't say what even did their making it sound like I'm a criminal I can't go to a regal at all. What did I do their acting like I would go and damage their displays.

Regal Cinemas Regal kahului maui

I come to this theater all the time while at the movies one night I was told the concession area was out of pop corn n I could use my refill next time I returned when I returned a week later the two managers on duty would not honor what I was told over a bag of pop corn they would not take care of a good customer

They both argued with me about policy when they should have gave me the pop corn and have me buy my 50 dollars of water n candy for the three of us as I always do

All they wanted to do is argue

Regal Cinemas Lack of heating. The theater was freezing!

The Regal at 13317 Meridian Ave E East, Puyallup, WA 98373 was freezing. We sat in theater #14 for a viewing of Eternals this Sunday 12/05/2021 and it felt like it was maybe 55 degrees in there! Please spend some money and turn on the heater. You make movie goers miserable by depriving them of heat during the winter months. I asked an usher to increase the heat, and he radioed it in but it didn't get any warmer while we were there.

Regal Cinemas Charged late for tickets and didn't receive in time

we were charged late for our tickets and we didn't receive them in time for our movie so we had to purchase again at the counter at the theater. We would like a refund for the ones that were charged late online. Also the tickets not only arrived late they were for the wrong theater. We were going to a theater in California and it gave us tickets for a Tennessee theater for some reason.

Desired outcome: refund for the tickets that arrived too late for the showing.

Regal Cinemas Closed captioning glasses

I went to see "No time to die" at Regal cinemas this weekend with the family.

I started with a set of closed captioning glasses and they did not display the subtitles just "CC on #6".

Went to the front desk, the manager switched to a different pair and still could not get the closed captioning to work.

Lastly tried the headphones and every time I would move it was static.

Unfortunately I was not able to enjoy the movie with out the Closed Captioning or good audio.

I live almost an hour away to go enjoy a movie.

The only good thing is eventually the movie is going to be on streaming like most movies and I'll have to watch it again to actually enjoy it.

Third movie this has occurred with the same theater, Angel has fallen and The Meg, and now No time to die.

Unfortunately the theater closest to me only has the headphones for hearing impaired so I travel to go see a movie with CC.

Regal Cinemas Regal unlimited

If you sign up for their monthly Unlimited plan, they require you to sign up for a year. They started charging again June 15th while the pandemic is still going on. I will not go to a theater yet until this pandemic is over or at least until we reach heard immunity. I tried to get them to stop charging my credit card, but they said I was in a contract and had to pay for 7 more months.

Regal Cinemas Termination of membership because theatre closed down in midwest city

My insider number is [protected] my name is Nolan Rains. Our local theater in Midwest city closed down. All of your other theaters are too far away. I have tried to cancel our membership at least three times on the website. Now you list Penn square as our theater. It has never been our theater. We enjoyed the membership while the theater was open, but its gone now. Our credit card numbers are different now because of a breach. I will not give you numbers to charge me monthly for something I will never use. It wasn't your or our fault the theater closed, so let's just close this down now. If this continues, we will contact the BBB and file a complaint. It was a great product, but your actions have made me regret ever signing up. Thank you

Regal Cinemas Someone made 2 unauthorized purchases at regal cinemas with my card

I have 2 unauthorized charges on my debit card to Regal ciemas ! I have tred calling to take care of this matter, Just to be put on hold and noone ever returns to the call . These charges were both made on1/3/20 from a mobile app $46.00 and regal cashstar giftcard for $50.00 . I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY! I AM 63 YEARS OLD AND this has caused my bills to show INS. FUNDS, Whoever did this has taken more than $1100.00 OFF my debit card, all within a few days.. Not only was the popcorn disgusting kinda tasted like mold. But someone broke a car window out of the vehicle parked directly in front of where we parked in the parking lot. We are now scared/ worried to ever visit this theater again it does not feel or seem safe. We went to see once upon a time in Hollywood on 1/22/2020. There was a blue Honda that got broken into and two regal employees came out to investigate.

Regal Cinemas assigned seating

I want to thank you for all the money you have saved me with you Assigned Seating Policy. . . I USED to go to the movies almost twice a week. I have not been now in about 6 months. . Not sense I was humiliated by one of your little Seat Natzi's by setting in the wrong seat. In a theater of abut 350 seats, I was forced to move and set between two 300 pounders and there was only 9 people in the whole theater. NEVER AGAIN!
Who's big idea is this. Must have a college education to come up with a fool idea like this. . I understand that many time couples can't set together because the computer didn't two together even though two seats together sat empty the whole show. How about the people that are habitually late can now show up 10 of 15 minutes late and still get great seats, disturbing and ruining the movie for everyone who has to get up to let them in. Maybe a family of 5, taking off their jackets and talking while they get in their seats. . With theaters struggling to fill seats, these [censored]S are chasing loyal customers away. .
