Dear Rehlat team,

Booking ID's 3468776 and 3469993 have not been refunded for 2 months despite being told they would be refunded within 20 working days.

This was after you happily took my money and then informed me there were no seats available and I would have to pay extra to board a flight.

This needs to be sorted ASAP.

Update 1 (06/01/22) - Still not resolved. No communication recieved. On contacting Rehlat, I was told yet again that the finance department were dealing with it. I have now contacted GACA to complain.

Update 2 (14/01/22) - It has now been 32 working days without a refund. I keep getting told by Rehlat that the refund is done after asking for my bank details twice! They keep saying the money will be in my account in 48 hours everytime I call.

My flight booking was cancelled due to covid restrictions. Now I am trying to rebook the flight, where the new fare is much cheaper than what I paid for the cancelled flight. Still they are asking additional admin fee. And every time the additional payment changes in their email, replied by new person each time.

Please solve this issue.

Its been 3.5 months and i still didnt receive my refund. rehlat is definetly a scam, beware everyone.

Very bad experience with Rehlat online booking.

My request for refund was raised on 03 december 2021. Unfortunately, till now (11 january 2022) I didn't receive money back.

I made complaint in rehlat website and called customer care several times and every time said I will receive within the 24 hours.

I received more than 10 emails, but without any actions to refund the amount

Khalid here, I booked my tickets from rehlat, suddenly they cancelled and dont give me alternative flights even refunds not came in three months, calling on helplone and email them even dont work, they just give you chill pill, totally fruad company lazy people.. Even they dont like to answer or giving you any simple answer, no supervision no humanity

Dear Rehlat team
I have booked the ticket on 23rd Nov 2021 through Rehlat, the ticket was not confirmed however the amount has been debited from my account. After a day on the 24th after several calls, Rehlat confirmed the ticket has not been received from the airline and will refund the amount in 15-20 days. However, now more than a month passed out, there is no response from Rehlat nor any response to my emails. Please refund my booking amount for booking ID 1869926. Whenever I call customer care, they say the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned team and they will contact me in 24 hours. I am calling them every day and get the same message.

I'm so upset with this company I booked a flight for myself and my son to return to dubai on the 29th dec they have said I only booked my flight and not mi sons Eve Ed n though I paid for 2 people I've to travel in 3 days I'm getting no response from this offal company when I phoned I got two nice guys telling me not to worry they can see I paid for 2 and they will fix it but then a manager emails me saying I don't only got 1 booking even though I have proof I paid for 2 this is so stressful as I just don't know what to do it's so unfair for them to take my money and not book my sons flight I feel like this company is a scam please beware it's very unprofessional and they will take your money an tell lies even if you have the proof then they don't reply when you show the proof an there mistake

I followed with Air India against my ticket and got confirmation against RR no that refund is done to Rehlat but it been 4 months that Rehlat is not refunding .
I visited Air India office and followed up with refund also called several times customer care of Air India to get the refund and finally got the refund to Rehlat but Rehlat is not refunding though I have filled the google form requested by Rehlat.com .
Very difficult dealing with customer care .Please refund my hard earned money . It is difficult to digest that airlines have refunded to rehlat and rehlat is not repaying to customer . Expecting Grievance cell to support customer right .

With reference to the booking ID mentioned above I have not received my refund for the flight ticket booked under Rehlat.

Inspite of repeated followups through phone calls and email over a span of two years I have not received my money back.

i opt for Price drop option, however there was a price drop but i did not get the refund its been more than two weeks, E-mailed and called number of times, the agent will only say " we will respond immediately " however no solution . i want to escalate the issue with higher authorities, My ticket number is 934440 and booking reference is 3461553

My flight was cancelled from the airlines, and I am waiting for my refund, They never response to the emails and sll there call centrt agent are fraudsters.

It's been 4 months and I still did not receive my refund! I call every week at least twice and I get the same response from the call centre agent… "we will follow up with our finance department and get back to you within 24hrs" let me just say that this is lies! They never get back to you nor does the customer support email reply to you. Instead of them giving me my money back they want to promote their products like Karam wallet. Why the hell would I want to book any tickets with Rehlat again when they can't give my money back! I've asked to speak to the manager Maryam but she refuses to take my call and then I get told she will call me back. Again this has not happened and I'm STILL waiting for my money!

Flight was initially booked for 26th March 2020 which got cancelled due to Pandemic. when asked for refund the Rehlat told me that the Refund can be requested only after completion of 1 year of the Booking date, so I started writing and calling them for refund only after 27th January 2021 till date, but the only answer I get from them is that the Oman Air has not yet initiated the Refund and that they cannot do anything from their side on other side when I tried to contact the Oman Air they just say that you cannot call us and you should call the Retailer from where you purchase the Ticket.
The Ticket was booked on 27th January 2020, almost 23 months ago.

Refund not yet credited to my account even after continous followups through calls and emails, its already been more than 4 months. The Rehlat company is trying to cheat customers I strongly believes they are suppose to not refund my money they are promising so many times it will transfer 4to5 working days, and the matter has been forwarded to their escalation team, everytime I get this typical reply and never get any reply back from them . The past all months they are saying this so this company is trying to cheat the customers

They don't know how to treat the valuable customers. customer is the asset of an company and the rehlat treated us very badly they are holding our money more than 4 months. The airline already refunded the amount to them but rehlat not interested to return.

Booking Id 1867197 and it will be the indigo airlines, flight is cancelled through airlines and they initiated the full refund, but rehlat side they take a cancellation charges of 200 AED. This is the first ever website taking a cancellation charges of 200 AED for the airlines cancellation. I completely disappoint about the rehlat, they cheating the customers its a one of the scam website, I request the passengers please don't made the ticket in Rehlat,

I have cancelled my ticket and refund got processed on 18th September. Even after continuous follow ups, until now didn't received any refund from Rehlat. Seems scam.
