My Cell was lost 5 days back when I blocked it at customer care (*333). As advised the day after (9/11/2006) i visited the Web Word at Forum, Bangalore (at 7:50PM). Where i was told that the number cannot be transferred at their outlet and asked me to visit MG Road Web Word. (May be the person in charge wanted to leave early although 8:30 is the closing time!)

Next morning Friday (10/11/2006) i visited the MG Road Web World. They said that they cannot transfer the number to my old blank handset (this was the extra handset i had) and I will have to buy a virgin handset only then they can do so. (Good phone selling strategy! But not Fair!)

I had no option but to buy a new handset. They promised that they have sent the request for activation and the number would be transferred to this new handset with RSN: RJPHSC010109371 within 24 hrs.

It has been more than 2 days now. I have also complained on customer care (*333) with complaint number: [protected] but all in vein. I have called up customer care 2 times after registering the complaint but they are not able to help at all. The Web world is not able to help too.

I have been running around for last 4 days to get my phone working between your Call center and Web World which are not in sink with the information. Causing huge inconvenience to me. They have been passing the buck to each other. Without helping me with a solution. Finally i have given up now. And decided you write it here. As a next step. And also share my experience!

I am a satisfied reliance prepaid customer for more then 2 years. My mobile number is [protected] in pune. But now I am very frustated due to the stuffs they are doing. From past 2 days they have stopped my incoming and outgoing without any prior notice. I have STD balance of 800 rs. I also recharged for Life time incoming free scheme before 5-6 months. I also have Local call balance of around 20 rs. I also tried to contact Customer care on *333. I also went to Reliance web world and person told me to contact on *369 (He told that it is a customer care for Prepaid service) but i m not able to connect with the service. Any number i dial i receive a response "To resume service please contact reliance customer care". But they don't specify on which number to contact reliance customer care.

I don't understand how without any prior notice or SMS they have stopped my service. Also the funny thing is I am able to receive the incoming call on my mobile but when i pick up the phone it just disconnected. So, the callee understands that I intentionally disconnected the call.

What to do now?

I request you please do needful.

As i'm one of the valued customer of reliance Communication and holding [protected], [protected] as post paid connection and [protected] as prepaid connection since over last 3 years, but its very regret to say you that RCIL has activated caller tune facility on my mob. no. [protected] without providing any my consent or activation request for the same, but i'm facing the same problem since past 6 month like automatically activation and deactivation, After registering complaint on*333 with Mr Arun(CCE) vide complaint No [protected] on18th May, 2008 and rest through email on customer care on 19th May, 2008 but as usual no action has been taken as yet against it after bundle of complaints on your customer care centre i didnt get any outcome but now i'm ready to sue it in consumer form. Now I therefore once again request to concern authority to reverse my amount as they deducted for caller tune. If the concern authority will not be taken any suitable action against it, I'll defenately surrender all my exisiting connection and will move to litigation. I hope you will look into matter and take suitable action against it and obliged me.

Person has to be out of his mind if he/she uses rweliance mobile.The A-4/34, paschim vihar, nd. web world staff is rude and any complaint falls to deaf ears.I surrendered one connection due their poor service and over charging.the other number, the bill is payed on the 23may2008 but every time you go they tell u outgoing will start within 2-3hrs but till 7june2008 it has not started.girls over there try to bully u.

i m abhishek sharma.
i m reliance customer.i m using sms card of 49 Rs. in which u provide 1000 sms but i have received 750 sms only in every time.i have already complained of this matter to customer care but there is no response on my complain.
i m requested to take action on this matter otherwise i will cut all connection of reliance in my family.

Problem description: Mobile signal issue reported to Reliance stands unresolved even after 45-50 days! It's been over 45-50 days that I've filed a technical complaint against Reliance. I've marked a copy to top reliance management too - but appears to me that all they are bothered about is revenue! I filed a complaint regarding signal issue in my residential area. (RT nagar, Kaval bysandra, Bangalore)
But believe me, NO one at Reliance have bothered to actually resolve this issue. Instead they have ridiculously sent 4-5 so called 'resolution mails' indicating that problem is resolved. And guess what? Even before sending such mails, no one from reliance bothers to call me to check if the issue is actually resolved or not. Note: I haven't held back on any bill payments from my part. And it's sad !

The "Service Assurance Cell" of Reliance is as unreliable as Reliance itself. They do not resolve any issue, but they happily send fake resolution emails to customers.

People: BEWARE before you purchase that Reliance phone or contact Reliance. Its all waste!

yes i do agree we should complain about the same..
.well i have agot a call from mobile no.[protected] mr.rakesh yadav of Suratpur, PS, greater noida...and informed about 420 warrant against me with case no. same with year changed..surprisingly 136/2008...ahmedabad...MM court.. and advocate name Sanjay Agarwal [protected]...so u can guess the modus operandi...i just checked if anyone had this exp..and found this..may be this is reliance...i was wondering about a possible credit card fellow and reliance..well thanks some one has posted it...I'm doing this to help others to avoid the harassment...anyway my complaint will go against the duo once they contact..as this happened today only...may be a meeting at our nearest police station would be fine...well thank u friend and all support for who search for such issues..

I bought a C.L 701 PREPAID CONNECTION.AFTER FOUR MONTHS IT STARTED PROBLEMS .ITS KEY BOARD NOT WORK PROPERLY, BATTERY GIVE PROBLEM AND ALSO CHARGER NOT CHARGING THE MOBILE. AFTER THAT I VISITED TO THE SHOP WHERE I PURCHASE THIS MOBILE (MOONTEL BHAVNA MULTIPLEX BODLA SIKANDRA AGRA) BUT THEY DINDN, T GIVEN ANY SATISFACTORY ANS.

For more to happen, i called up customer care and they said me to visit the reliance communication shop.The shop person GIVE THE ADDRESS OF service centre.WHEN I VISITED service centre for C.L.701 MOBILE HE TOLD ME WE CAN NOT DO ANY THING GO ELSE WHERE.
Why reliance is selling handsets when it does not have service center. One thing specially i would like to express tha reliance communication and web world people BEHAVIOUR IS NOT SATISFACTORY RESulting in harassment of customers...

Reliance is the worst possible company i have ever seen. The classic handsets do not have any service stations. The numbers given to us are all incorrect. It is a shame on the name of Late Mr Ambani that Reliance is bringing.

I have given application for disconnection of internet service as I was out of town and paid Rs.80/ on 28th. July at reliance Web World, sector-15, Faridabad, vide receipt no-S106304650.Still I am receiving the bill

Problem description: A Shamed Offence
I Syed. Mohd. Zainul Abideen Ashrafi, ID Address-251-Dariyapur, Distt. Sultanpur My Cell no. is [protected], I am facing a serious problem through R-Com, Account is automatically locked again & again without doing any recharge or anything.
When we make a call call is directly transferred to Customer care, after 20 to 30 times try customer care is connected but they can't resolve my problem permanently.After connecting customer care account is unlocked after 5 to 6 hrs for sometime but after some time it is locked again.
Kindly resolve my problem permanently as soon as possible...

hi i roma from agra .My net is not working since 15 days i submit all the documents at the time. iI wrote several comlains in relianc communication office but no result . My problem is not resolved.From no of days i go to reliance communication office they asked me that today your connection will start but there is no result my problem is not solve till now. Today i go to reliance office the asked me that ur documents are not submit because ur address as not verified. i was very tensed when i hear this news .
Today they tell me about this .From no of days when i go to reliance office they dont asked me anythin they asked me taht today ur connection is working. please sir solve my problem. Today i come to cybercafe to writethese complain. pls sir solve my problem

I agree with you. I too had a problem with Reliance. I don't why reliance dont response properly compare to any other small company. They will be like that only. Try to get you money, if you have deposite anything, and take broadband from Airtel. Airtel people at least they will response you properly.

my net is not working for the last 11 days.i had called no. of times to the customer care.they always give the same answer that my details have not been updated.now either you reliance people solve my problem or i'll discontinue your services.you people are haressing your customers.

I Ramdas Prabhu went to Reliance communications authorised showroom to change my mobile from postpaid to prepaid. Firstly they told me to change the plan, & said in max. 3 days you will get a message of conversion from post paid to prepaid. Also paid the bill amount in cash for the postpaid till date. But would you believe it is just 10 days & still I am running everyday to their shop. The worst service I have ever seen, Then I asked for the superiors they dont have the nos. I dont know how Ambani group is fooling us with customers. The shop which I visited at Metro, Mumbai.

If any one to buy a sin card, dont go at all for reliance, this is my good advice for which I know the pains I taken.

Myself Kavita Kenia(Mumbai), wants your intervention in the matter of the complaint i have registered with reliance customer care yesterday, As they have activated some sports pack on my number [protected], which i have not told them or subcribed for, and every month after month they are deducting 30 Rs from my account.Yesterday on complaining about the same, i asked them the reason for the deduction of the amount for my above mentioned address, they informed me that some sports pack is activated and on telling them that i had never subcribed for it, they started arguing to me regarding the same, and they were renewing this facility month after month without my approval to do so...

Also want to inform you, that the facility that has been activated without my approval, i had not got any facility till today from this sports pack, i kindly request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and refund my money back to me...My complaint number is [protected]

I have taken a new GSM connection of worst reliance from Relations Sales Corporation, Off:454/4, Bhawna Bhawan, 1st floor, Delhi-33 on dated 4th of March via receipt number 1198 & paid Rs.600/- as a installation charges. They gave me a new connection number [protected] & with the sim # [protected] but it not activated till today(12/03/10). Secondly I shocked when I came to know that my this number has already been sold to some other person. Then they gave me another number [protected] but still they are giving me the excuses that there is some technical problem in the system and because of that we are unable to activate your new number. Now they have even stopped taking my call also. There number is Mr.Rajan [protected], Mr.Pradeep [protected]. During these 8 days, they mentally torture me & I spend my hard earned money on my countless calls but it seems doesnot not bother them very much & they hardly care about their clients. I would request all the higher authorities of the Reliance Communication that they should cancel their permit to sell the reliance numbers as they are just damaging the image of the company like RELIANCE & take some necessary action so that my number got activated as early as possible.

SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEY HAD SMS ME ABOUT UPLOADING CALLER TUNE IN JUST RS. 6 AND WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION THEY UPLOADED THE SONG AND DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR SO MANY MONTHS.

I WAS NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT. BUT LAST MONTH I HAD SMS YOU TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SAME BECAUSE AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE DEDUCTED LOT MUCH AMOUNT THAN THE SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE TALKED TO YOUR MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE EARLIER ALSO, BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

EVEN I HAD UNSUBSCRIBE THE CALLER TUNE TODAY MORNING THEY HAVE DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY MUSIC STATION RENEWED.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING.

SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE GIVE YOUR GALLERY ADDRESS SO I CAN PERSONALLY GO AND TALK TO YOUR OFFICER.

AND MY REQUEST IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAN SIT DOWN ON THE STREET AND BEG FOR THE MONEY.

Hi,

My Mobile number is [protected]
I have approached 3 different reliance web worlds in the last 10 days but nobody is able to shift my old sim card to OMH card so that I can access the internet on my latest samsung MPower 369 mobile handset.

Reliance web worlds which I have visited are -
1) Bangalore - Koremangala
2) Hasan (Karnataka) - Contact person - MS. Heena
3) DP ROAD, Pune - Contact person - Mr. Navnath
LL no. [protected]
Wherever I go, everybody asks for some address proofs and say, it will take 24 hours to activate the new number and tells me the procedure what to do with the new OMH card for activation but nobody is able to really transfer that number.

What should I do?

Reliance is not a pro customer company. I had taken 15 connections under corporate plan, where in the bill of one of the phones of around 700/- was not recieved and hence not paid. They issued a summon from Delhi Office in the name of our managing partner asking him to deposit 50, 000/- in the court.
Watchout if you deal with them in any post paid plan. Do so at your own risk, please.

I have been continuotionally complaing /requesting about non-functional *348 to know the World Card balance but in spite of several complaint/requests made and a series of receipt of SMS received fron the company about my requests and subsequent resolutions (not exactly done), the problem is not solved, though in between I could be able to know the balance by dialling *348 but it was very short lived.
May I request for a permanent solution.
I shall be grateful to the company for urgent attention,

I have used many Mobile Service Operator like Vodafone, Airtel, Tata & Reliance.
Sorry to say but its a truth, RELIANCE service is worst service in all of them.

Iam staying in Mira-Bhayander & want to let you know that here, we dont have network from last 7 days.
Its completely failed from more than a week. by which 100000's of people are in trouble.
Noone can contact us even our family members.

The person who is using a prepaid service, their 1 week validity almost gone just bcoz of Reliance careless management.
will they give us 1 week additional validity for our losss. Still We dont know how much time will take to resolve this network issue.

Its a very-very serious problem, that a co. is dont have a value for their customers.

Even a customer care persons are not ready for lanching a complaints. they always says "Sir complaint nahi le sakta"
than why the hell is customer care for ?

its a Reliance Speciality that if we call for a valid reason also than too they dont take our complaints.
people in customer care are guided in such a way that they will not launch a complaint any how, at anny cost.

Kindly help us to reach a proper person for my complaint.

Dear sir or madam,

I am using a Data Card of Reliance Netconnect from Mar. 2010. From 10th April we were facing problem with connectivity from it and on 14th April we have made a complain at their Udhna branch for the same but issue was not solved. Again on 20th April we made a new complaint but again the same problem happened. So finally we visited the branch and ask them to terminate our connection and we want to clear all the dues till date.

The person at Udhna branch told us to pay 1500/- in cash to terminate this account and clear all dues they told us in 3 days your connection will be terminated.

On 28th April we called udhna branch and they informed us that your connection has been terminated and there will be no further dues to your account.

Now we have received a new Bill from 11th April, 2011 to 10th May, 2011 and another bill of 11th May, 2011 to 23rd May, 2011 and which due date is 11th june.

Now we are asking Reliance Communication Udhna branch to check out this matter but they said you have to pay this we can not do anything and they also terminated my Another Mobile no. ([protected]) from Reliance Communication and they stopped my outgoing facility.

So please look into this matter and your kind attention will be highly appreciated.
