I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. Even they are not ready to note down the complaint for the same.

They all are getting training to make Fake Statement saying that "Our System do not showing any such transaction". Just Guess if there system showing wrong transaction, think about there representative, how could they says correct statement.

I m using the mobile since inception of rim that time it was post paid but now adays it is pre paid. One month before i have submitted the id proof and photo. After that they had given me call to confirm my address but from 25th of march they have cut my connection. And saying like it will take time to continue service.

I am using Reliance prepaid mobile service from the last around two years but now at present, I am facing some technical problem in using Reliance services. I don't even get connect to Reliance Free Customer Care Number *369 or *333. I also facing problem to connect Internet at my PC. I am using Nokia 2280 handset. Anyone suggest.

Reliance service has lost all its goodwill to the general public due to its ignorance in serving the basic facilities to the customer, be it a basic customer care service over the phone (that hardly gets connected, not even a musical waiting tone could they afford now-a-days) they are even misbehaving to their old permanent customers... The customer care people out there are just good for nothing , illmannered people, will world's worst training. Every time i get a line to talk to the customer care people... May be after 10 or more tries... They dont even have the basic knowledge. I am having a rim connection for the last 6 years, but i am going to change it to any other service provider.

Last but not the least, it seems that mukesh ambani was far more an honest and better entrepreneur, than his cheating ### of a brother anil ambani, who doesn't even care for his own customer's basic needs.

This in regards to my previous complaint in which i have mentioned about my problem and to my utter surprise nothing is been done on that, the problem is not that big for a telecom giant like Reliance to resolve, i am not been able to make any outgoing calls from my Reliance mobile which is creating a huge problem for me, just imagine the situation of carrying a mobile and not been able to call someone, my trust and believe in the service has shattered completely. God forbid what if i land up into some crisis situation and couldn't reach anyone for help when its required the most, whose going to take the responsibility for that. At many occasions I've also spoken to your customer support however nothing has come from them apart from the fake promises and i think i made lot of mistakes by relying on them.

I have a Reliance Net-Connect Card three month bundled package. I was promised for batter internet connection but finally distraught by customer care of Reliance. I am facing problem of wrong bill, very low speed and no attention of customer care.

I m using smart prepaid connection from last 3 years. Now i want to download smart tune. for this i dial 300, because this no i got from a sms and select the tune. After i get a confirm sms also. But till now no tune activate. And moreover for this whatever the rental charge that is taken from me. When i call customer care no response. If they don't response customer call then what customer do?

I have recharge my Reliance mobile with Rs 1100/- (1NDIA Plan) from Mobile Shop on 13/07/2007 at 8:35 PM. I got the conformation from 2811. After 3 mins of this conformation, I get another message from 2811 saying that I have been recharged with 105 (Life Time Plan) on 13/07/2007 at 8:37 PM. Due to this, my 1NDIA Plan gets override. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had said that it’s my fault, they can’t help me and I have to use the new plan or recharge again. But I am searching for my fault. If someone recharges my mobile by mistake (or intentionally), where is my fault? Why should I suffer? Why there is no option to the receiver mobile phone to accept/reject any recharge plan?

I m not having proper network coverage at my work place at acharya inst. of management & sciences 1st stage 1st cross peenya indl. area bangalore, also so many times i made calls to *369 but it was busy. When i m calling some rajasthan bsnl mobiles the call is not connecting from reliance india card. My no. is [protected].

When anybody call from out side the person who is calling, he is listening songs instead of ringing sound. It seems very worst. I don't want the irritated songs. When i try to change the options it can not change songs to a common ring tone.

I have already sent a complaint of my under warranty out of order phone ([protected])to the customer care,but no one is there to respond on my alternate phone number given ([protected]) even after two weeks.

Is there anyone to listen and take the corrective measures to be a satisfactory reliance customer.

I am using RIM from last two years. But now a days the service of RIM is going poor and poorer everyday. I have activated SMS CARD of Rs 49 about 20 days earlier which has promise to give free 1000 sms. But at present my balance is being reduced sharply. On questioning the costumer service they says that my sms card is invalid now...

I have post paid connection. And have problem with networking. A part from it my mobile hand set is having some problem, so i want to buy new mobile. But there is no good option of hand set. Its strange. I want to buy something new at any range between rs5000 to 12000. But no good option i have to buy.

Recently I refilled my mobile for Rs.30/- and accordingly I put the numbers mentioned on the card and by mistake I pressed OK button instead of hesh button & there was no confirmation about my refilled balance.

I have a doubt whether my refilled amount got bounced. Whereas the reliance balance does not affect.

I am trying to know the balance on 225 desperately but only one word reply's 'thank you' or 'dhanyavaad' & after that no response at all.

There was an message sent to me that if you will recharge within 5 days u will get 3 months subscription but i got only 2 months it was on more than 151 recharge vouchers and i have recharged with 205 monthly recharge voucher. Beware!

I recharged my account last year 0n 31.12.06 with one year validity e-recharge of Rs.699/- for which I was given validity up to 31.12.07. But all of a sudden my account was suspended on 25.09.07 without assigning any reason. When I contacted customer care representative I was told that our system is showing that your account validity has expired on 24.09.07. I logged complaint with them for which I got sms after 48 hours that my no.is not eligible for extension. I don't know what nonsense is going on in their systems which are not working properly. Either these customer care representatives or their whole setup is cheating with the customers. I am very much disappointed with the kind of customer care given by RIM.

.i am in the dist of sambalpur of orissa.before 5 days my smart sim gone lost.thats why i contact to caustomer care and they said go to near dealer and deposite 100 and document and u ll get a new sim there.i went to sandip telecom but there is no result.they said here is no sim and we can n help u.and said plz come after two days .i went after 2 days .and it's the same and gave me same time again.sir what is this.your companies r giving lots a facility but due to your delair members it's going to down and your companies is loosing it's demand near village areas.my request id plz take a step on it.and thank.

TO MY SURPRISE ONE FINE DAY A CRICKET PACK HAD BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY MOBILE WHICH I HAD NOT ASKED FOR AND LATER THAT HAD BEEN DEACTIVATED BUT NO SATISFACTORY EXPLAINATION HAD BEEN GIVEN REGARDING THE SAME AND NOW ,YESTERDAY THAT 08 OCTOBER 2007 AGAIN A CERTAIN CRICKET DHANDAN PACK HAD BEEN ACTIVATED AT AROUND MIDNIGHT AND THIS AGAIN HAS HAPPENED WHEN I HAD NOT ASKED FOR OR SUBSCRIBED TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED PACK AND THE AMOUNT FOR THE SAME HAD BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.PLEASE WOULD ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING WITH MY CELL WHILE I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF RIM SINCE A LONG LONG TIME

In reliance mobiles, if we are dialing calls to the same number twice, we will get the call details of the second call only. But if we get the call details of both the calls, it will be helpful. After the call, if we the last call charge, it will be helpful.

My No. [protected] was start in september 2005 and in year 2006 this no. was recharge with voucher of lifetime costing Rs.750 and top up of Rs. 110 for decrease the call ratefor lifetime, which were smart 2 smart 19paise and other rate 59.paise. the condition was given by the company but my call rate changes on date 27th oct,07. I request to 'Smart' that pls. change my call rate as before or otherwise I have to go in consumer forum act and TRI, I hope postive feedback from u

Fake statements, poor customer service!

I have recharge my Reliance mobile through cash . but i have not received amount in my mobile. I had called on 51234 to set caller tune for my cell. I activated the service as per the voice instruction and then chose the tune as well. The charges were deducted from my balance but the caller tune is still not set for my no. even after 3 days.

When I called up customer care, the guy told me that ' as u didnt get confirmatory SMS, we cant register your complaint'.This is so frustrating.

Will somebody tell me how do I get that caller tune set now?

it seems reliance communication had earned a hell lot of money ! thats the reason they are least botheredabout its services .
have been using their service last 3 yrs .. but now the customer care number is dead! for balance check if u dial *367 it all says thank you and thats it ! what the ### kind of service is this ... mr. ambani u r just no 1 in the world only casue of this people.. do care abt ur ###ing service..

The tariff is very high for poor customers like me. eg:- to make mobile calls at 0.50ps/minute, Vodafone needs easy charge of Rs.49/-,Airtel Rs. 65/- but Reliance need Rs.99/- (ie,hundred rupees),quiet unfordable.To call at Rs.1/minute,Airtel need an easy charge of Rs.21/- but Reliance need Rs.33/- .Another thing is that service providers like Vodafone,Idea,Airtel etc. send a free message after every outgoing call indicating the last call charge and the available balance . In BSNL & Airtel a unique facility is provided ( Dial *123# ) to check the balance instantly. But in Reliance though it is free a customer need to call *367 or *225(usually will not respond).When top up Card of Rs.56/- is bought from BSNL, we get a talk time of Rs.50/- ( Rs.6/- is service tax ), but for a recharge of Rs.50/- a talk time worth only Rs.40.5 is given by Reliance .Please be more customer friendly- being the richest provider in this sector..Thank you.

I lossed my mobile after which i blocked the out going facility through custemer care. Then after 10 days , i brought one more CDMA handset and requested to to retain the old number. After submitting all the documents , they told that it will be activated with in 3 hours. But still after 5 days it is inactive. It is just cheating the custemers and harassing and humaliating people. This is the worst services provided by Relliance. On this regard, i wanted to give a honour of Number one frud in all over the world to Reliance india Mobile .
Please be aware of this frud company

Iam using Reliance Phone for last 4 years and now Iam facing problem regarding Reliance India Card recharge voucher.I have recharge my phone with Rs 875 voucher in which STD calling after 11pm to 7am is free to any reliance phone.
But from last 2 days all my balance got cut even though I called after 11pm and on reliance number.I have registered a complain but that also is of no use it seems ,so please let me know what should I do to solve this problem.

My brother had purchased a Classic 731 handset on 27/10/2007 and couldn't use it for even a month . I am now having to run from the Service Centre to the Web World Express Shop and again from the Web World Express Shop to the Service Centre . They are refusing to replace the handset after failing to repair it . The Customer Care persons are saying that they are helpless . I have no option left except filing a case in the District Consumer Court .

this is Ali Abbas from pune.On 23/1/2008 i prchased a postpaid connection and a new handset(motorazr v3m)
from aundh relinc wed world.the person who was standing at the sales counter was not having
any knowledge of cdma sets but anyhow he managed to put in the battry and the memory card
in the set.the time i came back home i tryied to play some songs in my set but it wasent
supporting the memorycard so next day(24/1/2008)i went back to the web world and told them
about the problum so they asked me to meet the manager but the manager was bzy in his chit-chat
so i wated there for abot 35 minuts and then left.on [protected] i went back again and this time i asked them
to de-activate my number so they asked me to go to service center of motorola so i went there as well.
i got my set checked and moto ppl asked me to leave the set for 3-4 weks coz they will send the set to
mumbai to get it repaired,but why should i suffer for the problem created from the web world side
so i came back to the web world.then the manager over there started misbehaving with me and throwed a
number cancilation form on me.this is coz of only 1 reason that i am not marathi and he know i cant do anything
to him.This is how relience roll in the markit.now i wont cancil my any number,i will use them but wont pay any bill until my
problem is resolved and i want a written apology letter from that manager.
