I have recharge my Reliance mobile from HDFC Net Banking, said amount has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received Top-up amount in my mobile. When I have inquired about the same with Reliance Customer Representative they had denied saying that there were no such transaction happened on that respective date. Even they are not ready to note down the complaint for the same.
They all are getting training to make Fake Statement saying that "Our System do not showing any such transaction". Just Guess if there system showing wrong transaction, think about there representative, how could they says correct statement.

about my problem so they asked me to meet the manager but the manager was bzy in his chit-chat

to de-activate my number so they asked me to go to service center of Motorola so i went there as well.
i got my set checked and Motorola people asked me to leave the set for 3-4 weks coz they will send the set to
Mumbai to get it repaired, but why should i suffer for the problem created from the web world side
So I came back to the web world.then the manager over there started misbehaving with me and throwed a
Number cancellation form on me. This is coz of only 1 reason that i am not marathi and he know i cant do anything

I couln't agree more. Reliance isn't at all reliable. There are countless complaints against this company. However I would suggest another provider, G3 Telecom. They have much lower rates and better customer service.

Reliance has the worst customer service. My mobile service was stopped yesterday and till now i am not able to connect to customer service to complaint the same.

WHAT IS THE THIRD PARTY PREPAID RECHARGE NUMBER OF RELIANCE MOBILE
I have a prepaid RIM connection.My number is [protected].
The connection is on Life -Time basis.
But whenever I recharge my Cell Phone with rechagre voucher, I receive confirmation of sum up balance of carry forward amount and the amount awarded against the recharge voucher.
Astonishingly, within next 1/2 days the balance amount comes down drastically, though I do not operate R World nor I avails or responce to the unlimited offers everyday through SMS by Relience.
Now, whenever I want to contact Customer Care, either I do not get the connection resulting 'Customer Care is busy now' or they artistically avoid answaring the complaints.
I suffered huge loss of Talk vale for last 3/4 months and I believe Relience invented a scientific way to steal money fron it's valued customers.
I really do not want to disconnect Relience, but want a permanent satisfactory solution against the cheat.
Someone please provide me the exact contact details where from I will get immediate response and faster action, so that I get back the proper output for the invested hard-earned money to Relience Mobile.

I have been with Reliance Network since last one & half year. In start, service was good but since last few days their customer care people are not providing the good service . They don't have the full information.Due to their poor service I had to lose my 1000 rs. feature coopan.Why are they sitting there if they don't have the correct information.Reliance should kik these people out of the company as they are not able to gratificate to the customer .

I Think reliance india mobil is not good for us, bcoz any service is activated own and deducted money on our account.When we asked any question's coustemrer executives then they given fool like owl.

Among so many other service providers, Reliance is comparatively very very costly for PREPAID users.
And has a very very pathetic and careless 'customer care people'. Even if you talk to their managers they will do NOTHING... they will only FOOL YOU telling any wrong rules which you have never heard/read before, and which are totally against any norms of mobile services.
But people, like me, who want to just continue their mobile number for years, so that all their distant friends could keep in touch, and, so that they could retain their mobile number as their identity... they suffer huge loss and inconvenience and headache because of Reliance customer care's poor poor pathetic service.
Moreover, They take such high service charges over prepaid cards. This feels like cheating.
Again the high call rates.

I am using RIM from last one years. But now a days the service of RIM is going poor and poorer everyday. ONE MONTH ago i have logged a complaint in my nearest RELIANCE WEB WORLD situated at ( 22, kailmati road, sakchi, jamshedpur-831001. MOB. NO. [protected]) of MY BALANCE deduction.As a remidial measure they have deactivated my caller tunes without my permission. I tried to get my desired caller tunes from R-WORLD but a message of system failure is sent back to me in reply. I asked RELIANCE WEB WORLD to solve my problem but they are harrassing me from past one month. Everytime when i go to the WEB WORLD EXPRESS they ask me to log another complaint. Till now i have logged almost 5 complaints but nothing had been done by them. I want you to look into my matter as soon as possible .
