I love the service that they provide not only did my credit really improve but they were really connecting with my landlord for accurate information to make sure all my rent were reported on time so yes I would strongly advise anyone is renting to report their monthly rent each month through sent reporters they're the real deal.

Huge Scam Do not send $1 to this company if you wanna call it one . I signed up in October they billed me monthly and when I checked the score middle score 680. Well fact is when I applied for mortgage loan I was denied and informed it was 609. Rent reporters are scammers and liars . Please save your money and pay it towards your bills.

I signed up with RentReporters, paid $94.95, and they charged an additional $9.95 a month later. I cancelled them after two months when they had not updated any of the three credit reporting companies. There is no way to cancel my "subscription" from their web site. You have to ask request to cancel through their online chat or through email. They were a waste of time and money.

I found out about Rent Reporters through a financial grip on Facebook. I signed up immediately after seeing a few people whom used Rent Reporters purchased homes. My only regret I have is not knowing about Rent Reporters sooner. RR reports my payments on time every time. My credit score improved and I must say I'm satisfied. I'll continue doing business with them until I purchase my dram house.

After deep research, I determined that this is the very best company in the market for the purpose of using your rent payments to establish a two year retroactive trade line. This company is highly professional, very friendly and very fair in its pricing and policies. If you are serious about developing a strong credit profile, then you will not neglect to use this tool that is available by this excellent company!

Please please don't sign up with this company they are scammers. I was with them for more then 6 months they took $94dls and 9.95 each month . They didn't help me at all , my credit score never increase not even 1 point, I email and call them many times. They said that I will get my money back. I spoke to - Michelle, lauryn, Sergio till now I don't see any refund. Please don't believe on 30-50 points increase.. they will take your money .

I gave this place $70 to get going in October..I had been paying $1100 on time for 18 months...It took two months (we'll outside their satisfaction guaranteed refund timeframe) to even show up on my credit report. My scores went up 2 points (Equifax) and 3 points (Transunion) I was at 668 & 683 before. The 40 point bump they claim was obviously not gonna happen so I cancelled...which made my scores go down 5 & 7 points. Also, It 3 calls and over 2 hours on hold to get it cancelled. I also understand now that you can do this yourself with a little effort and cooperation from your landlord. In my opinion...don't bother with any of these type of services unless your in the sub 600 score range.

I paid for this service for a few years. I had it auto draft for a full year, paid in advance every February. I honestly forgot about it except when I would get an email here and there about my rent being verified. I stopped renting and moved back home last year and had forgotten to cancel the service. I noticed the charge on Feb 22nd and immediately contacted them same day to cancel and get a refund. They refuse to give a refund (even though this service is paid in advance and they will not be providing me for any services this year). I checked my credit history and I actually see nowhere on my credit where my rent has been reported in the past year. Now I wonder if it was ever reported at all. I do not recommend this business due to their greedy and seemingly shady business practices.

I was with RentReporters for a whole year; money getting taken out from my account for the subscription along with the initial fee of $90.00. I was with them for a WHOLE YEAR and not once made a dent to my credit. They are a scam; they are taking our money to keep their business up and running which I was stupid enough to give in to them. I messaged them constantly; and they give me the same answer "It takes up to 5 business days". Really, it takes up to a whole year and waste of money still no positive outcome from them. Literally my lease is ending and I started RentReporters a little over a year ago. It's sad but whatever I guess. My fault for going into this scam. Do not follow their trap. They have all your information too which really sucks because you now have to constantly check to make sure they don't screw you over too.

When I saw Rent Reporters advertise on Facebook, I thought this program was too good to be true. I finally signed up to give it a try in December! I have to say, " WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My credit score was very, very low. in just a few months with Rent Reporters, my credit score jumped...excuse me not only jumped...IT LEAPED 64 points! Suddenly, my car needed a new transmission. My husband was very upset and worried on about how we were going to purchase another. I didn't say anything to him. I applied for the car loan...I was approved! We were able to purchase our newer vehicle and our credit score is steadily increasing! My next goal is to purchase a condo to live the rest of our active senior years! I highly recommend Rent Reporters, they cost a lot less than that " Law Firm"! Thank you Rent Reports, you are life savers!

Hi , I've been trying to get a refund from rent reporters , around 3 months. I tried to cancel because they didn't want to call my landlord they wanted me to do this for them . I requested a full refund because I was not satisfied with this cause they never reported to Equifax and last time it was reported to TransUnion it was in May we're in August already and there still taking money out of my account with nothing to show for . Please close my account and refund my money. Not happy with your services ...

This company scammed me out of $94.95. I signed up for services and gave them all the info to the property manager who I pay rent to, they called but said they couldn't use him to verify my rent because he wasn't the owner, so I gave them the info to the owner ***i to verify my rent, they called *** to verify my rent and told him that he wasn't the owner going by the database they use which is not truth. They cancel my services and told me it's no refund. I will attach proof that he's the owner of *** fireberr*** they lied to scam me out of money and I want my money back

No point increase, will not return calls or emails Rent Reporters guarenteed my credit score to go up 35 to 50 points with their service or money back. My rental history was perfect and is on my credit report but there was no increase due to that reporting at all. I emailed them as soon as I got their email and told them I didn't see anything. Call them and no matter what time I call a recording comes on saying I've reached them after hours. I left message and sent email and no response. I either want to talk to someone to see what the deal is or I would like my money back.

I signed up for a service to report my rent payments to the credit agencies with this company called Rent Reporters on April 15th after a few weeks of not hearing anything from the company I contacted them and they told me the addresses couldn't be reported because it is a commercial address. I live in a building where there are residents and commercial tenants at the bottom floor like many buildings are but I didn't argue I said ok well you can cancel my account and process a refund. I hadn't heard back from anyone until June 1 that was from *** telling my account has been cancelled and I won't receive a refund because it wasn't cancelled within 48 hours which makes no sense because it took weeks for them to get back to me. Do NOT USE this company they are a SCAM.

I contacted *** three days after I purchased the service to cancel my account. When I first called them to cancel I told them I did not need their service anymore and my refund was denied. So the next time I called them I told them what I am going through, which I feel is none of their business. I do not need the service because the house I was renting was foreclosed on due to back taxes and I was forced to move. I also paid an additional 95.00 for a year of rent reporting. Obviously, I don't need that now because I am homeless. I have also contacted the landlord that owned the house and she stated she has not received a call from this company. After doing some more research on this company they do not report to all three credit bureaus so there is no way for them to help me with my fico score anyway. I want my money refunded

As per my credit repair service I was instructed to sign up with this company to report my rental history every month. I was charged around $100 for this services. The company says it will only take a few days for verification but I didn't hear from this company for weeks. After emailing my landlord asking if I paid my rent on time, and he responded that indeed I did, they sent me an email saying they couldn't verify my residence and needed more documentation. So I sent in the documents with ALL of the information they requested and was still told that they needed the exact same documents with the exact same information bc what I sent didn't match public record but it has the same information. Confusing. So at this point I'm asking for a full refund because this company has not done anything. They're inconsistent and inconsiderate. They will not take my hundred dollars for nothing.

Took my payment, told me they reported to the credit *** I called to find out they didn't, they didn't try to contact me after taking my money. I called rent reporters to get information about their services. They told me they report to 2 agencies, *** and *** I payed *** on 12/05 to report 24 months of rent and she told me after that it would be *** a month if I wanted to continue. I got an email a week later saying it was reported to the credit agency. On 12/23 I called both agencies to find out nothing was reported. I called rent reporters back and they told me the report didn't go through because they couldn't take *** from my credit card for the monthly. Which was only mandatory for the monthly report. I was only concerned about the 24 months. They never sent an email, call or anything to tell me the report wasn't sent. They were just going to keep my money!

On 8/5 I signed up online with rent reporters to get me rent payment reported. On 8/5 I received an email for my signup along with a billing summary of $95.40 stating "not billed yet". Upon signing up I had to go through a verification process before my rent could report. The conflict arise when my landlord failed to provide what they wanted. On 8/13 I notice on my credit card statement I was charged $95.40 & $94.95 from rent reporters. I contacted them in those regards and requested a refund. They refused my refund stating I had 48hrs AFTER my rent report to get a refund. I never received a contract for the services I was paying for or a receipt of the charges to dispute with my credit card company. In a world crisis as a consumer I was only trying to better my life for my children and they took nearly $200 from my family month with nothing promise delivered. I refused to recommend anyone to this company.

I paid rent reporters a monthly fee to verify my rental history to improve my credit. From September through February 2022 they charged me but never verified my rent. January 2022 I receive an email asking for rent receipts for September- January. I responded to the email with rental receipts attached. They confirmed receiving them. March 2022 I received an email asking for the same months of rental payment verification. When checking my account, it shows no update on the months of receipts that I've sent. They have no record but still taking money out of my account every month. When I asked for a refund, to cancel, or update my account they canceled my account with no warning or update on where the prior months verification is. If I'm paying you my hard earned money, i expect the service I'm paying for to be handled properly. They basically stole money from me. Horrible service, horrible customer service, horrible company.

I was told several times BEFORE I even signed up that I could cancel at any time and get a full refund if my score did not increase to MY satisfaction. One of the reason I choose the month to month option. I made several calls to their service center, BEFORE I signed up, as I wanted to be sure my money would be well spent. Seeing as I was told several times that i could cancel at anytime for a full refund, I gave your service a month to see if my score really will increase. It and it DID NOT! They said it was updated 7/27, but i WAS NEVER told so how could I possibly cancel the service if I had NO idea it was ever reported. There's only a 48 hour window to cancel once you receive the email that they have reported the rent information to the credit bureau. How would I even know when that 48 hour window would become effective. Their cancellation is impossible to comply with as your score is NOT updated within 48 hours. I want a full refund of $114.
