After lengthy phone interviews and giving them all the information they needed, my credit score continued down even after 6 Mos. of paying their fees. I followed their schedule and paid down all credit cards as they suggested. I am not that bad of a credit risk. I would not recommend their services as they did not follow up on their promises. There automatic follow calls got very boring!

Beware of Credit Saint! I signed up for their services and after 6 months with them, my credit score DROPPED 93 points! When I called to discuss my concerns, I was told we dont have anything to do with credit scores. Why would someone sign up for credit repair if they werent looking to improve their score? After I canceled my services I was told I would receive a phone call after my final cycle in April and no one ever called. This has been nothing but a frustration and waste of my hard earned money. I do not recommend this company to anyone

He took his time to review my credit to insure he is processing my request accurately for his company but also doing the right thing for his clients. Almost one year with Credit Saint and ended up terminating the service as they did absolutely nothing to improve my credit report. I'm not even sure if they even challenged the negative reports accurately. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services and rather use one of their competitors (Lexington Law) as they've produced a successful outcome on multiple occasions (although they do charge more). After explaining my disappointment with them to 2 different managers, they only offered to challenge once more with the same lackluster results. A total waste of money.

Horrible cancelation policy! Discriminatory of people with handicap, impediment or affliction. I cannot speak, yet they insist I call to cancel. I've asked to cancel since JANUARY this year. I've written emails and texts every month! What do they do? Remove the chat option and the email option from their website so I can't contact them directly anymore. This is a sign of a malicious company. Over $1,000 already spent since I asked for cancelation, yet they still will not cancel! I don't like to leave these reviews but It is incredible that you won't simply cancel my subscription! Like other people here, I decided to cancel because I have not seen any significant changes in my credit that I have not motivated myself with my credit smart activity. No significant changes. I don't blame the company, I just want to cancel! Please cancel!

My credit was boosted forty points in three months.This may be too much information, but most of mine was medical debt, that I had evidence was fraud, and late payments. While I did do most of the leg work for them credit saint was able to help remove late fees and the debt.Thanks to them my medical debt was combed through and addressed, where previously I was ignored.They removed a load of stress off my shoulders, and were very forth coming with information. Credit saint also was giving me tips and tricks to boost my credit on my own, in conjunction with their work.The results are my credit sort shoukd be increasing again (not sure by how much) here shortly.I also wanted to add, canceling was sad, but I had accomplished what I sought out to do, and there was no pressure to continue their services. Plus, I was not charged for my last month, even though my cancelation was not due to failure on their part.I can not thank them and sing their prayers enough. I was fighting this for two years, and in three months the issues have been brought to light and resolved.Would hire them again, but pray I do not have to.

Yes, but also at the expense of them not only disputing negative items from your report but also disputing positive trade lines of credit which can long term harm your score and accuracy of positive information with the bureaus that is needed for auto loans, homes loans etc! This is pure laziness of a company to utilize a blanket dispute on all accounts of a consumer rather than just disputing what is negative and impacting. I had positive items on my report and consistent payment histories disputed by this company that now are no longer accurate on my credit report creating a lack of credit history. With all the money this company charges you would think they would handle cases individually and not just utilize generalized dispute letters for every single consumer and dispute every and all accounts on a persons credit especially after consultation being told what to dispute. Save your money and do it yourself by speaking to a credit specialist via a bank or reputable company or youll end up losing money and having to seek damage control on your end either way.

Trust me. Save your money. I chose the more *** option they suggest so that they can tackle all of your negative items at once. I have request the letters that they send to confirmed that they have in fact tackled all of the items at once. I understand they can't provide the exact letter, according to them, because it is proprietary or something. Then they said they will provide notes on all of the disputes and email them to me. The first time they said they would do that, it never happened. Months went by and they never provided the notes. Then I called a second time and they said they will send them. Still nothing. By this time, There should be minimum of 50+ notes from all of the disputes that they have supposedly done within all the months that I wasted my money on them. I finally called months later and asked to speak with a manager and the manager seemed sincere that they will send me all of the notes that I have been requesting for so long. AND FINALLY, THEY SENT ONE NOTE FOR ONE OF THE DISPUTES. JUST ONE. I am sick and tired of these terrible practices that this company carries out. I will never use this company ever again. They were only able to successfully remove a few items from my history. Such a waste of money. So upset. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Dispute those items yourself. This place is absolute trash. I'm pretty sure they didn't actually tackle all the items every cycle. Sketchy that they never provided those notes.

I hired (and paid) Credit Saint on April 19, 2023 to supposedly dispute negative things on my credit report (following a contemptuous divorce) and increase my credit score so I can buy my forever home. NOT ONLY did I learn from one of their reps that another rep had alleged that she sat down with me when I signed up and went through all the negative items on my credit report and got my "reasons" for disputing each one and that she typed up my supposed answers in my file, but Credit Saint reps and managers ALL refused to acknowledge this was done to me and the manager acted like I was lying. I have requested that they pull the call from my first "onboarding" call with Credit Saint, and they'll hear that not only was I NEVER asked for reasons for each dispute, the call likely lasted less than 5 minutes and I told her she'd have to call me back as I DID NOT HAVE TIME to go through each line item! So, how did my notes magically appear on that first call?
It wasn't until around late June when another rep reached out and we AT THAT TIME started going through the line items AFTER I called to complain that Credit Saint wasn't doing ANYTHING on my account that he told me someone had made these false notes about my alleged "reasons" for disputing each line item! He's the one that told me this happened. I've requested they pull this call, too.
But aside from that, I have now paid Credit Saint nearly $400 and for NOTHING! Nothing was removed from my credit report, and not only did my credit score NOT improve at all during the nearly 3 months I trusted them with my credit, it DECREASED BY 35 POINTS (and I took on no new credit nor did I get notified about any new items being reported)! And they can't understand why I want my money back and they still refuse to issue me a refund, KNOWING full well all of this happened? They're standing on the grounds of THEIR internal "policy" on refunds wherein we have to be with them (and pay them) for three months in order to "qualify" for a refund we're ENTIRELY ENTITLED TO! Internal policies can be worked around, but they refused. Why do I have to pay them yet another month to do nothing but RUIN my credit in order to get my money back? A scam is a scam is a scam, no matter how many month's you're with the scammer.
I gave them several chances to simply issue me a refund for those two payments, which would have been no skin off the nose of a multi-million dollar company. But they'd rather keep the money of a hardworking person who was ripped off by their business, and that's why I'm right now headed over to the BBB, the FTC, the Attorney General of my state, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to file complaints. I've already disputed the charges with my cardholder, but these agencies need to know how Credit Saint is ripping off customers.
Again, all they had to do was do the right thing and refund my two payments since they cannot deny any of what I said happened. But they are greedy and thought you could roll over me. Now, not only will I get my money back (even if I have to wait a few days for the credit), I'm going to tell everyone I can about their scam company.
Desired outcome: I want a full refund of the total amount I paid which is $314 IMMEDIATELY.

I have made numerous calls and emails with no response. They have now charged my credit card over $170 when I only signed up for a $40 service. They allow no way to cancel their service by phone or email. Though I do not believe they are a "complete" scam, I do believe that they are misleading prospective customers with false intentions.

Credit Saints promised me multiple times they could fix my credit. After using them for 3 months I was told if they had not helped I would receive my money back. Not one item has been removed from any of the 3 credit bureaus and my credit score has gone down by 75 points since starting. They have placed a tracker on my credit score and have been hounding me for the last payment which I refuse to pay because I was promised my money back. These people are a complete fraud and I have no clue how they have an A+ rating.

My credit card was being used for someone else's account. When I emailed them to disconnect my card from said account, I never received response. Upon calling wait times were longer due to Covid. They charged my card for the following month, and THEN cancelled said person's account. So a service was in fact paid for and not received AT ALL. Two months were paid for and no services were received. They did no credit repair or change to this person's report and then cancelled their account and did not refund MY card. They also did not respond to any emails.

I became a member of credit saint in January . I informed them that I wanted them to prioritize *** , re: Late 30 days trade line and unauthorized credit pulling of my Credit Report. The merchant did not prioritize ***. They today told me its called the Polish Program. Whatever you call it, by definition, and me detailing what I expected and describing my priority of ***, they should have put me in the program. They did not. So I am cancelling my membership as of today and requesting full refund from Starting in January to-date. I expect my refund immediately.

Credit Saint did not honor its 90 refund promise. I was with them for 90 days, no changes in credit report/score. A few automatic deletions >7 years. Credit score rose 2 points. Same issues on credit report as before hiring them.

To date, the only improvements to my credit have been from myself and my personal efforts. I have not seen a single bit of improvement from them and in fact have seen a decrease in my credit score as a result of their actions. I would like my full dollar amount refunded. along with the shameful attempt to correct issues with my credit they have been combative and argumentative when having to work with them on the phone as well as posting non truth based responses to online reviews that they have been given by myself.

After several attempts, and quite a bit of back and forth, they finally said they were unable to help. No worries, because they offered a guarantee. And they would get back to me on it. A supervisor contacted me, wanting to make sure he had all the info for a cancellation, but give him a few days to get everything in order. After not hearing back, I contacted again, and he reached out to say he was unable to offer my money back. They did, after all, try, and I was a few days past the date in which the guarantee was offered. But he would look at my info again to be sure there was absolute nothing he could do. I then received a notification my account was cancelled. But past the deadline to request a refund.

I have paid for three months with the fourth coming. I tried to call in an explain that my credit score actually went down the first month and then returned to where it was the second month. After reviewing what is to come this month it has gone down significantly, with no new reportings. The changes that they say were made to my credit report do not show on any credit reporting agency that I subscribe to or else there would be positive results. I asked that this process be stopped as nothing is being done. I was told that I did not start until 2 months after I made my first payment and it was not possible. there was then no mention of my dissatisfaction on the notes page of my online account. This company is not interested in results but only interested in obtaining my monthly payment. Nothing has been done and they are not interested in me telling them about it.

I obtained this company in June for credit repair. I was advised of the 90 day money back guarantee. However, when I was not happy with service at my 90 day mark I called in to voice my concerns. I was informed that due to COVID everything is taking longer & that my challenges had been released & I would see an update after the 1st of the month. After the next month when nothing had been done on my account I called in again & got the same lines. I gave it another month. When I called in to cancel after month 5 still only produced 1 late payment removed out of 42, I was informed that I could only get back 3 of the 5 payments made. Credit Saint only removed 1 late payment out of 42 in 4 months! No wrong address, inquiries or old accounts that had been transferred to collections were removed. Why should they get to keep all of my money when they did nothing for what I hired them to do?

I signed up on 5/11, paid $180 a few days later for a full work up and 1st month. I then paid another $110 4 weeks later. I have called to speak with customer service and keep getting told I have to wait 45 days, which was today. I checked the site - nothing. I tried to call customer service, no answer. I am due to pay another $110 in 10 days for no product. When I last called, they said I had to wait 90 full days (actually 2 45 day cycles PLUS the first week) before I can request a refund of their money back guarantee. If I cancel now, I lose the $290 I paid for NO product. I was given a lot of misinformation during the initial call and every call since then has been subpar in terms of assistance. I just want a refund of what I paid. I got nothing out of this program.

During that call, the individual I spoke with was mildly abrasive and made me feel uncomfortable. I was spoken down to like my scant few missed payments 4-5 years ago that I wanted to address somehow made me a terrible human being. This experience left me feeling like I did not want to spend $1000 over several months working to remove those items with a company that would have anything other than a collaborative and supportive tone with customers. As a result, I sent my cancellation via *** and also to the toll free fax number listed on their website. Despite sending the cancellation in on the 15th of August, they still billed me on the 19th of August and placed telephone calls to me trying to "verify" my account again. I want the charge credited back to my account, cease billing and communication to end.

WITHIN ONE MONTH'S TIME I CALLED TO RECEIVE A UPDATE AND THE ONLY THING THEY WERE CONCERNED ABOUT IS A PAYMENT WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID 200 DOLLARS,I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO CHANGES AND I WILL RECEIVE RESULTS AFTER THE SECOND DISPUTE HAD FINISHE PROCESSING.I PAID THE SECOND MONTH INSTALLMENT AND CALLED BACK ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER FOR ANOTHER UPDATE AND WAS INFORMED THE ROUND WERE NOT FINISH PROCESSING,I AT THAT TIME BECAME EXTREMELY ANGRY DUE TO NOT SEEING ANY RESULTS AND I PROCEEDED TO CANCEL THE SERVICES AND WAS INFORMED IF I COULD WAIT ANOTHER TWO WEEKS I WOULD SEE POSITIVE RESULTS AND WOULD NOT DESIRE TO CANCEL THEIR SERVICES. I CALLED THE SECOND WEEK IN AUGUST TO CHECK THE STATUS OF THE SERVICES AND THERE WERE NO POSITIVE CHANGES, I INFORMED CREDIT SAINT THAT I'VE LOST MY GRANDMOTHER AND JUST THREE DAYS AFTER I LOST MY MOTHER AND BOTH DEATHS WERE UNEXPECTED. I INFORMED THE COMPANY THAT I'VE BEEN UNSATISFIED AND LIED TO SINCE DAY ONE AND AT THIS POINT I WANT TO CANCEL THE SERVICES. THE AGENT WOULD INFORM ME THAT ANOTHER CYCLE WERE DAYS FROM BEING COMPLETED AND I HAD ANOTHER FULL MONTH I COULD CANCEL TO RECEIVE MY REFUND,I AGAIN REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND WAS INFORMED THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION HAD BEEN CANCELED AND WAS INFORMED TO CALL BACK WEEKS LATER TO GO OVER MY LAST PROCESSED REPORTS. I CALLED THREE WEEKS LATER AND WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND, I INFORMED THE AGENT I WANTED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR AND FINALLY SPOKE WITH ONE AFTER BEING TRANSFERRED THREE TIMES, AFTER SPEAKING WITH A SUPERVISOR HE WOULD NOT REFUND NOT A *** BUT OFFERED TO CONTINUE THE PROCESS THAT I WAS TRULY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. I SPENT A *** OF $400 DOLLARS WITH NO POSITIVE RESULTS.
