I went to RepairALL to fix my cracked iPhone screen
I went to RepairALL to fix my cracked iPhone screen. I also brought another iPhone to swap the screens. They called me to say my phone was ready, so I went there. When I arrived, a man told me to take my phones. He gave me both phones, but when I turned them on, the screens showed unreadable content. I asked the female employee about it, and she said I needed another repair. They didn't mention this to me on the phone when they said my phone was ready for pickup. When I left, one of the iPhones I dropped off was working fine. But when I came back, both phones were not working. They need to fix the additional charge because they didn't provide good service. They gave me back a non-functioning iPhone when I originally gave them a functioning one.
On Aug 15th, 2021, I took my phone to Clovis RepairALL to get the front and back glass replaced
On Aug 15th, 2021, I took my phone to Clovis RepairALL to get the front and back glass replaced. When I got the phone back the next day, it wouldn't connect to ***, so basically, I had no service. I took it back to RepairALL, and they said they needed some time to check it out. A week later, they said they still couldn't fix it. Another week passed, and they said they had to send it to a master phone repair person. He said the problem was that the antenna got broken when they were removing the assembly to fix the screens. I called again, and they said it still wasn't ready, and I shouldn't call because they would call me when it's done. I called again on Monday, 09/20, six weeks later, and now they're telling me that the motherboard is bad and they had to order a new one. I asked for a replacement or a refund, but they said no. I also asked for the corporate number, but they refused to give it to me. I'm leaving for Georgia in one week, but they keep giving me the runaround. Please help.
I'm upset about the service at the repair shop regarding my watch.
I'm upset about the service at the repair shop. On June 27, I inquired about my Apple Watch Series 5 repair. It was initially fixed in October , but by June 1, the screen started flickering. I returned it on June 12. On June 15, a staff member confirmed the warranty and parts order. When I called on June 27, an employee provided incorrect information, withheld the manager's name, and was unprofessional. Despite the warranty approval, he doubted its coverage and refused to honor it, leaving me frustrated and uninformed about my device's status.

I took my iPhone 12 Pro to RepairALL on Monday, March 28th
I took my iPhone 12 Pro to RepairALL on Monday, March 28th. They gave me a quote of $550.00 to fix the broken back camera and smashed back housing. The person at the shop told me that once they fixed the camera and housing, they would run a diagnostic on my iPhone and the face ID would work. However, after the repair, my iPhone's back housing, which used to be white, is now black. Not only that, but the back camera and front camera don't work either, so I can't take selfies and the face ID doesn't work. The front screen wasn't properly put on, so screen protectors won't stick to the phone. I paid the $550.00 on March 28th with sales order # : MANTEOE1661 for the parts and phone repair. However, my phone wasn't ready until April 6th, and now it's worse than before. At least my front camera used to work! When I picked up the phone, they said it was all fixed, but when I got home and tried to take pictures, I noticed all these differences. On top of that, I paid $113.64 for a screen protector and case, but the screen protector won't stick to the upper right corner. So, I ended up spending $663.64 for nothing! They better give me a new phone or refund all my money. They have no integrity whatsoever!
I got a quote over the phone to fix my iPad screen from RepairALL
I got a quote over the phone to fix my iPad screen from RepairALL. I thought the price they quoted me was the best option, so a few days later, I went in and paid $140. I didn't receive any calls or updates until today, almost 3 weeks later, when they told me my device was ready for pick up. When I arrived, the men behind the counter helped me and mentioned a screen protector. I decided to buy it and let one of the men apply it to my iPad. After he finished, he started ringing up the item, which I thought was the screen protector. He looked at the man next to him and asked, "What do we collect?" Confused, I asked about the payment I made for the screen when I dropped off my iPad. The man sitting down said, "Oh, he should have called you." I never received a call. He then said he could waive the labor cost, but it would be an additional $270. He explained that it was the new employee's mistake. I don't think I should have to pay for their mistake. After arguing with the man sitting down, I asked for my original $140 back and for my device to be returned with the broken screen. I left and later received a voicemail offering me $100 for my iPad. I called management, and the head of directors was extremely rude. I asked to speak to her boss, and she said he would call me. I am still waiting for answers and my iPad.
I went to RepairALL in September to fix my phone screens
I went to RepairALL in September to fix my phone screens. They completed the front screen on the same day, but they didn't have the back screen in store, so I had to order it. During the transaction, my best friend, who was with me, accidentally put their phone number as the primary contact. We asked them to update it to my number when my phone was fixed.
After a month with no phone call, I called the store. They told me they didn't have an account under my phone number. I realized they hadn't updated the number and used my friend's number instead. They found the account that way. I placed another order and requested to update the primary contact. Another month passed, and I called the company to check on the progress. They said they sold the part to another customer and I lost my deposit because 30 days had passed. They claimed they contacted the primary contact on the account. When I asked for the phone number, it wasn't mine. They never updated it.
They refused to refund or reorder the part, citing their 30-day policy. How am I supposed to pick up a part if they don't contact the number I give them and fail to update it in the first place? In short, they never updated the account phone number, sold my part to someone else, and won't refund or reorder it. I paid for a part I never received and was never contacted about. They still won't update the primary contact to my phone number. I'm out $220 and stuck with a broken phone.
I took my iPad to RepairALL for a screen repair last year
I took my iPad to RepairALL for a screen repair last year. When I got it back, the home button wasn't working properly anymore. A few months later, the iPad stopped holding a charge and would go to a black screen. I brought it back to RepairALL in July/August 2022 to address the home button issue, which should still be under warranty since it was broken when they replaced the screen. I also wanted them to look into why the iPad keeps going to a black screen and not holding a charge.
RepairALL asked me to pay money to open up the iPad and see what the problem was. They mentioned it could be a bad battery, a tri-star problem, or an issue with the motherboard. I told them that since it should be covered under warranty, they should open it up and fix the button without charging me. But they said that since it's a new issue and not related to the broken screen (even though the home button was part of that job), they needed to send it to a master tech. They would then let me know how much more it would cost to fix the issue.
I never received a call, but a week later, I got a call back saying that my iPad was ready for pick up. They said it was the battery and that it had been replaced. I asked why I wasn't called first, as RepairALL had told me they needed my consent for any further repairs. The associate didn't have an answer but told me the price to pick it up. I could either pick it up or wait for a call back from RepairALL.
The next day, RepairALL called and said it wasn't the battery after all, but the charge port had been replaced and it was now working fine. I picked up my iPad, but within a few days, the screen went black again and the home button still wasn't fixed. I took it back to RepairALL on September 23, 2022, and once again, they told me that it wasn't covered under warranty because the charge port had been replaced last time. They said they would open it up to fix the home button that was never fixed in the first place, but they were not going to do it for free. If I wanted the iPad fixed, it would need to go to their master tech again, as it was most likely a battery or motherboard issue (again? But not under warranty). It feels like my time and money have been wasted.
In September, me and my friend Jessica went to RepairALL in *** to fix her phone
In September, me and my friend Jessica went to RepairALL in *** to fix her phone. Both the front and back screens were cracked, but they only had the front screen available. They fixed it, and Jessica also preordered the back part for $220. The lady at the counter told us to leave my phone number for communication. When we came back to pick up the phone, we asked them to change the number to Jessica's, but they didn't do it. I called on Friday to ask about the back part. The owner I spoke to said they tried calling the number to collect the part, so we decided to go in person to understand what happened. The employee said she would contact the owner so we could talk face to face. The owner called us at the store and said their policy is 30 days for repairs and parts. We explained that the number was wrong and we tried to change it, but they didn't listen. The number on file never received any calls. The owner kept misquoting Jessica and ignored the fact that the number wasn't changed. She said the receipt mentioned the policy, but it didn't. There were no signs in the store. They refused to refund or repair the phone and sold the part for Jessica's phone.
