Product not what advertised. Ingredients were not listed on packaging

Scam! I had the same experience as another customer. When I wanted to return the fake product for a refund, even they didn't want it back. They credited me 65%.

This company is a scam. I ordered the product over a month ago. They provided a bogus UPS tracking number. The item never arrived, however my email inbox has been bombed with junk mail from this company's email address. Now I struggle to get a refund.

I paid $30 for a product that doesn't work. It claims to restore the wood and fill in scratches--it doesn't. I tried to comment on their website several times but they claim that "the server is busy and I should try again." I've been scammed ? Don't buy this product.

Don't waste your money. Did nothing to our cabinets. They offer a 90 day full guarantee but when we asked for our money back, they only wanted to give us 65% off the purchase price...said it would cost $18 for us to ship it back so keep it. Their web page shows fantastic reviews but I couldn't find how you can leave a review

One star is too much for this product - it's a scam. The product they sent me was generically labeled, no manufacturer, no address, no UPC code and no ingredient list. I don't trust ANYTHING that's not properly labeled. In addition, the company added my email to their spam generation program and multiple times a day I was receiving spam emails about other products. Avoid this company at all costs.

First, the total cost for the product was $31 plus change. Second, the box and the bottle inside made NO mention of the name, RestoFinisher. Third, the bottle had no sprayer, only the small plastic cap. Fourth, whatever this is, needs to be applied for 15 minutes, and in a well aired space, unlike the the advetised product. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, and got all my money back, undisputed by the seller. What a scam!

Well, my bottle of "RESTOFINISHER" arrived...I am reporting you to the ComplaintsBoard.com as well as contacting everyone else I can think of. Non-toxic? Nope Restofinisher? Nope ("Wood Finish Restorer" made in China!) Same bottle as advertised? Nope Really works great? NOPE...no different than $4.95 stuff from the neighborhood grocery store. I tried to add a comment to your website and it was blocked...said to try later. You are a crook! I will make sure people find out before being cheated like I was. Shame on You!

Beware of this company! I ordered this company's product and used paypal to pay for it. When I reviewed my paypal account there were 4 orders placed for various amounts. I placed 1 order. When I called the company they refunded $9.95 for one order but did not refund the sales tax. The other orders they said were being processed and they didn't know if they could cancel the orders. I told them since I did not place them, they needed to stop the order and refund my money. Paypal will be contacted to dispute charges.

One Star, only because I cannot give Zero stars. I purchased what I "thought" was RestoFinisher, as advertised on the "RestoFinisher website": https://buyrestofinisher.com. The product I received was not the same as the product pictured. I received a bottle that has a label on it that says: "Wood Finish Restorer". In addition, the product shown shows a 12 fl oz bottle. I received a 250 ml bottle which is roughly 8.5 fl oz. Clearly, a smaller and different product was sent to me. The product is made in [unknown country] and does not list any other company, manufacturing, product code, UPC or ingredient information on the label. When I went back to the website, at the very end of the listing page, in small print, was a disclaimer about the product /website. Be very wary of this website. I will be reporting this company to my [local authorities] immediately! DO NOT BUY!

Restofinisher sent me a different but I suppose a similar product called "Wood Finish Restorer." This product was made in China. The box their substitute product came in stated several precautions advising calling a physician if the product was swallowed. However, no ingredients were listed anywhere which would assist a doctor with treating someone who had ingested the product. There are warnings about skin contact and breathing of the vapors of the product but again no ingredients are listed so as to help the consumer with a remedy for either a breathing or skin issue. Surprising also was the absence of the standard CA carcinogen warning which seems to be now required on just about everything in CA. I decided not to use the product based on possible risk to my well being. I also felt uncomfortable using a product with unknown ingredients in areas where I prepare food. When I called the company to request a pre-paid return shipping label because they did not send me the "RestoFinisher" product that I ordered, they stated that the product was similar. I said how do you know that when none of the chemicals or ingredients are listed on the product? They just repeated that the product was similar. And added we don't pay for any return shipping. So, I'm kind of stuck with this stuff until we have another hazardous waste day or I suppose I may have to pay the shipping and send it back to be rid of it. My credit card company, fortunately, has returned the charges. If I could give zero stars I feel that would be more appropriate.
