The guys from Southwest Electric were super helpful and friendly. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. The installation itself was done in no time and we're already seeing a difference in our energy bills. Would definitely recommend Southwest Electric to anyone looking to go solar. They're the best!

i was real happy with them but they dont answer the phone. my solar stuff is about the same as before without solar. dont make no sense at all!

Had Southwest Electric put in our solar and did some electrical work on my panel box. They did a good job and my system is working good. Happy we got solar, been almost a year and my electric bill was low in the summer and got credit from APS in the spring.

Southwest Electric did our solar install and it was a disaster. We failed county inspection cuz they used 75*c temp wiring instead of 90*c like the plans said. Southwest gave diff answers bout the fail and didn't call me back like they said they would. Instead of fixin the wiring, they argued with the county to take it. Finally, 21 days later, SW came back to rewire but didn't fill in the trench they dug. Josh helped at the end and did a good job. But the company ain't reliable or trustworthy. I wouldn't recommend them.

I got my solar installation from Southwest Electric on Feb 11, 2022 for $37,732.73. It was activated on March 03, 2022 as per SRP. The installation included a warranty for a *** KW Photovoltaic system with (23) *** 360W Mono and (1) 7600H SolarEdge HD Wave Inverter. However, on August 8, 2022, the SolarEdge Inverter became defective. I tried to contact them on August 24, 25, and 26, 2022 during regular business hours but didn't get any response. Finally, on August 26, 2022, I received a call from Southwest Electric at 4:01PM with a VoiceMail stating that they had an update regarding my RMA Request. I called back and spoke to *** who told me that I would have to pay a $190+ fee for a "Call Out" to conduct the warranty service. I found this unreasonable as the unit installed by Southwest Electric from SolarEdge only worked for 5 months before dying. I asked *** to speak to Management and resolve the fee issues. Today is August 30, 2022, and I am still waiting for their response. The replacement unit is headed to Southwest Electric for the Manufacturer Defect Replacement. I hope they will conduct the Warranty Repair without a service fee and select more reliable Power Inverters for future customers who convert to ***. CASE#
