Super light Diamonds is a rip off. Buyers Beware. You win the auction, he takes your money, blocks you from contacting him, then relists the same diamond for auction under another number.

Superlight Diamonds runs a legitimate business online. We are the only sellers on the internet to offer 10-30 Time Magnified images of our diamonds for sale. We also offer V a Live Video of our diamonds. In addition to the Certificate which is included with all our certified diamonds. Certified by Third Party Independent Diamond Grading Houses.
We have absolutely no record of ever selling anything to the person who is responsible for this defamatory statements.
Whoever wrote the above comment is unfair to say the least. To try and ruin our reputation with a claim of a transaction with us that NEVER HAPPENED. You should be ashamed of yourself Sir! What if we just blasted your name everywhere for something you had never done? How would you feel about that? We don't know who you are. But what you did by including Superlight Diamonds or Benjamin Bronner in your damaging statement is simply UNFAIR. We would really appreciate it if you did the decent act and if you would remove this untrue content.

God Bless you.

I have purchased 2 diamonds from Superlight. I bought one SI2 diamond and had it tension set it n a titanium setting. The D color was graded correctly but the diamond turned out to be I1-I2 clarity. The jeweler didn't want to set it because they have a policy of not setting anything less than S2. Into their settings. They don't want the overall quality of their work to be deminished by a low clarity stone.

The second stone was a light silver diamond that I paid almost $1800 to have set for my sister. The ring our mother gave her was stolen so I bought the stone and tried to replicate the design of the ring that was stolen. The issue here was again the clarity and the appraisal I had done for insuring the ring didn't even cover almost half of what I paid for it. Superlight said it was worth 8k buy in reality it was barely worth $800. These issues came up long after the time had expired to contact Superlight about it. I don't believe it is defamation if what happened is true. Defamation only occurs if the info provided isn't accurate. I have no hard feelings towards Superlight or Benjamin. The first stone with the lower clarity is on my finger and even if it is an I1 or I2 I can't visibly see any inclusions and the stone does sparkle. My sister loves the ring I had made for her and she has no idea it didn't appraise as much as Superlight said it would. She loves the ring just the wait it is. I would buy from Superlight again but I would be more informed the next time and not wait to ask questions if I don't feel that I got what I paid for.

Benjamin Bronner at Super light diamond has been prompt in returning my money when I was not happy. He even refunded my shipping after return. I had no problem. Sometimes, I have bought other diamond from Daniels Diamond. Most of them are not all 100 % natural. They are enhanced. Do agree on clarities not being exactly same. However, you get what you pay for. Read the small prints. They post photos that are not the actual diamonds. People assume the photos are what they are getting, but you have to verify everything before buying it. Don't assume there are real bargains. There is, but one has to know a lot about diamonds and always verify everything with the seller. There are things protecting buyers from Ebay, but if you protect yourself first.

Rami Aloni is the same sacm artist like the Bronner brothers. They are ripping off innocent people who are totally unaware what they are buying. I suppose, but I am not sure, that these scam artists, s.a. Rami Aloni (Daniel. Diamonds) and the Bronner Brothers (super.light) are selling their trash under the radar and out of the limelight without ever paying taxes! These people are a real disgrace for the diamond and jewelry industry, and bringing a very bad name on our people. They are very dishonest and will do whatsoever to get the money!

Diamonds Jewelery Refund

Date of Sail: 11/29/2009 to 12/06/2009
Date of Original Complaint: 12/07/2009
Ship: Carnival Pride
Destination: Bahamas
Purchase Made: Diamond Tennis Bracelet Amount in Dispute: $2850
Date: 12/03/2009 Purchased from Store # 651
Actions Taken by Carnival: NONE Referred me to PPI Group
Actions Taken by Diamonds International: REFUSED TO REFUND

I AM SO DISAPPONTED IN THE SCAM CARNIVAL HAS WITH DIAMONDS INT'L AND WILL GET MY MONEY BACK IF IT IS THE LAST THING I DO. I was pressured to buy an item with Diamonds International and the response I got was that they could not give me my money back because of buyer's remorse. WHAT? I took this item to my jeweler and he also is willing to place into writing that this item had a clasp that was defective, which I did not know until I paid for another appraisal for this piece. He advised me NEVER to wear this bracelet until I have it fixed (this item is 4 days old, mind you) because it will fall off of my wrist. This item IS NOT AS IT WAS STATED TO ME- the color & clarity are not as good as DI has stated-in other words, they are not accurate. The appraisal that we received from DI was given higher marks than it should have been given. I was taken for a ride, so they say in the USA. My jeweler is a highly trained professional (Master Benchmark Jeweler), so I know that I have been misrepresented by Carnival and Diamonds International and will persue this to the fullest extent of the law. I will not accept your response and will take this to a higher level. We will be in dispute with DI through PPI Group, (like everyone else after I have read the FRAUD reports about Diamonds International) which is about useless because after looking on the back of my receipt, I see that they will only take merchandise back for store credit and I have also read that if they do agree to this that somehow diamonds have been "lost" in the mail even though they have been insured and sent via Certified Mail. How is this so? (I can trust them to not "lose" my diamond to give me what I am paying for?). I am willing to drive to New York to get my money back. DI is trying to wear people down so we'll just give up and accept their store credit offer. I'm in for the long-haul. I will NOT give up fighting. I will contact the States Attorneys General, the Better Business Bureau, and post their names all over the internet if they do not give me my money back. I will also open up a claim with my credit card company. I was told that 'buyer's remorse' was not an excuse for a return? Are they kidding me? If you buy a dress and then decide to take it back a month later you are perfectly within your rights to do that. Now if that dress is DEFECTIVE and MISREPRESENTED to the buyer I think you have a case for a lawsuit if they do not honor that return. We as cruise ship passengers should be protected under the laws of the United Staes, but it seems as though we were at the mercy of the unfair laws of wherever you buy the merchandise. We were also assured by the Carnival "expert jemologist" that DI was based out of New York and that we were indeed protected by US laws. Not true. He warned us of the dangers of buying overseas from unscrupulous shopowners. Little did we know that we were being scammed by Carnival and Diamonds International.

Will I sail with Carnival again? Probably not. Will I ever purchase anything of value overseas again? NO! Diamonds International? ABSOLUTLEY NOT and I will tell everyone I know! Read all of the threads! BUYER BEWARE!
