Customer service
The vacuum works for 15 minutes and then shuts down. Called customer service 5 times and keep getting the rudest agents from India. They refuse to help and when I say I want the unit replaced, the last representative told me he would not accept that language and that I needed to know this was a professional call? There was never any vulgar language at all!...

I purchased the Shark Performance Lift-Away Upright Vacuum in November of 2020 and registered the product the same month. After less than one year of normal use, the ball bearings for the roller brush dislodged and were found all over the floor. I purchased a Shark vacuum a year and a half ago. The rollerbar/brushbar bristles have all worn down but Shark does not sell the replacement bar for this particular model. They sell multiple other brushbar replacements for different models, just not this model. Given Costco's generally high standard of product, this is a product that perhaps should not be sold through Costco. While it was a great price, if I cannot easily or at all replace certain parts that wear out this quickly, the cost savings seems to not be there.
Customer service, navigator lift away
I was not informed the Shark Lift Away Vacuum was on back order when I ordered it on 03/04/2011.( Ultimately found out delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks later). My debit card was charged 30 seconds after placing order. The accessories were shipped right away.
