Stay away from these guys
The site took my order as if everything was normal. Shortly after I received an email saying my address was "incorrect" even though it was correct. I replied to the email and received an automated reply back saying they were out of business as of a date four months prior, and "if your credit card was charged, then we apologize for the inconvenience, but we will not be able to process your order. Unfortunately, we are also unable to process refunds for any charges".
It looks like they did not charge my card, but I am very annoyed.
Great Service
This company is not as bad as everyone says it is, I placed an order with them on October 1 and received my order on October 6. Once i received my parts i noticed that I had ordered a wrong part. I sent them an email requesting to return the part, they sent me a prepaid UPS shipping label to my email inbox and I used this label to send back the wrong part that i had ordered. A couple of days after they received my returned part I received the correct part that i needed. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!

CANNOT CANCEL A BACKORDER ORDER
I ordered vacuum bags on 9/18/09. As of 9/25/09 the bags are on backorder, don't know when they will be in stock or shipped and THEY WILL NOT CANCEL MY ORDER EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT FILL THE ORDER.
WARNING- If you want problems, you have found them here. The company cannot be contacted by phone, just email. customer service is the WORSE THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. Why can't you cancel an order that is on backorder, has not been charged to your account and they cannot even tell you when the order may be shipped. Be sure to read their About Us page. This place SUCKS with a capital "S".

Vacuum24x7 may be out, but Vacuum.genius is the way to go. Excellent service! I had a bad experience with 24x7 as well, will never go that way again, so I went there and so glad I did!
my bank card was charged twice for my order on may 31 2010.order no.;177993 ref no.;6446 the date my account was chared was june 7 2010. two charges of 50.45 and it should have just been once.

no complaint with product, but i was double charged on my bank card for my order.my order no:177993 order date may31 2010 ref. no.:6446
know my bank statement i just received on june 22, 2010 shows my card as being charged twice in the amount of 50.45 on june 6th 2010 totaling out to be 100.90 and it should have just been 50.45 total. PLEASE CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WITH 50.45 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE are call me back.
P.S MY PRODUCT WAS GREAT WITH GREAT TIMING .

I placed an order for a vacuum part that I needed right away and couldn't get locally for a couple of weeks. Not only has this company billed me, but they won't even respond to my e-mails now. I placed the order on 12/30/2009 and it's now 2/5/2010 and I have received nothing! Be cautious with this company...may be a big RIP! It's been almost 6 weeks now and I haven't received a refund or merchandise...What does that sound like to You?
I Have Placed an order on January 13th its is now January 26th and yet to receive my order. Customer service Sucks they do not respond. They took my money very quickly though. I will not recomend these people ever.
I also have made several attempts about my order which was placed on 11/04/09 and still have not heard anything back. They were quick to charge my cc though. I will post a negative comment about them on every site possible.
I'm having problems registering - it won't let me enter my city and state, but it won't continue withohut them!
Kind of the same thing going on here. My replacement handle was "back ordered", but then "shipped".
The problem is - they didn't include my entire address on the shipping label, and the box got Returned to Sender (them). Then they only refunded me $8 out of the $14.98 total payment, citing some non-existent Return Policy to keep the rest of my money.
Same thing with the phone - a recording. The only emails I got were the *I* made a mistake. How could I make a mistake when I pay with Paypal - my address is right there on the paypal confirmation to them!
I think they might have sent an empty box to a known bogus street address, knowing it would be returned to sender, so they could keep $6.98 of my money. I even asked them to cite in the Return Policy they claim they could keep my $6.98 - no reply, and they have stopped replying to my email.
