I gotta say, RevoluSun Smart Home's customer service is a real letdown. I've been trying to get in touch with them for over 2 months now, and every time I call, they promise to call me back but never do. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, come on, how hard is it to return a call? It's just plain rude. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service.

I calculated that I owed less than what they said, but they didn't agree. One of their employees replied to my email with a rude comment, calling me a bad word. I'm not sure if the problem is fixed yet, but I'll send them my payment anyway. It's frustrating that I have to deal with people who act like kids instead of adults. I didn't realize they were like a pest control company in town, or I would have gone somewhere else.

I signed up with Revolusun on July 26. My first payment of $2500 by check got lost, so they suggested I use a credit card instead. I did as they said. The $1250 deposit was for HECO application submission, scheduling of pre-inspection, and design. I made all subsequent payments on time, totaling $21,220.18. Unfortunately, the system has had problems, with panels being offline and not producing or reporting. I'm frustrated because my emails and phone calls are often ignored, or I have to follow up myself. The receptionist won't give me the owner's name or connect me to him, referring me to someone else who also doesn't respond. Finally, someone else did, but now I've learned that HECO doesn't have an application from Revolusun for my participation in the Battery Bonus Program, which is why I signed up. The poor customer service and apparent incompetence have led me to file a complaint. The only efficient part of the company seems to be the billing department. Once they got their money, I was left to deal with problems on my own. I had to call attention to issues because they weren't monitoring or troubleshooting. What can I do besides pull my hair out?
