South Plains solar installed panels at my residence in June 2023.Something was wrong because the panels generated very little energy if any.My electricity bill was still the same.I tried severally to contact the company via phone,texts,emails.I was given a couple service tickets and promised that someone would come and check on the issue.To date,July 2024,no one has ever showed up.No one answers my phones,emails,voice messages. Instead,they came to my residence without my knowledge and turned off the solar system and locked with a utility padlock.Can someone please help?I live in Aubrey Texas. This has been my worst nightmare.

South Plains Solar put in a system on my house. When it was turned on, I started having power surges. I called *** and they came over in an hour and checked their meter, which was working fine. They told me to contact the company that installed it. I did, but they didn't come for over two weeks after I lost power in parts of my house. They found burnt wire in the breaker box where they connected it and fixed it. They said they would install a lead line tap to the system with fuses, but they haven't come back yet. They also told me to get an electrician to fix the damaged house wiring. I told them that the surge broke my clothes dryer and battery charger, and I want them fixed too. If I have to pay for it, I expect to be reimbursed for my loss! It happened on May 27, 2022, and I called their rep. I called again on June 7th, and they said they were sending someone, but they didn't come until June 14th after I lost my patience. Please help me fix this problem.
