This bank failed to update passport information as a result of which a sum of money could not be transferred to my account. [1] The bank was sent [i] a screenshot of a facebook messenger conversation in which the updated passport information was supplied [ii] a copy of an email sent to the bank with the updated passport information attached [iii] a copy of a document which clearly included the new passport information. Note: [i] to [iii] above were sent over one year ago, failed to acknowledge it and failed to act upon it. To date, the bank has failed to respond to that matter despite being sent three emails over a period of two weeks and a detailed telephone conversation with the bank's customer service representative. [2] The bank has, over a period of two weeks, been asked to provide me an appointment at the local branch. To date, it has failed to do so. [3] The bank has provided contradictory information pertaining to the documentation required to update an account that the bank should have done one year ago. And as a result of this incompetence, delay, evasion and contradiction I am still unable to receive the sum of money.
