Rhino Camera Rhino Camera Review: Disappointing Purchase & Frustrating Customer Service Experience

So I gave this Rhino Camera thing a shot and man, was I disappointed. I ordered my gear on a Tuesday night and was expecting it to be sent out for shipping the very next day. As you can imagine, I was pretty excited to get my hands on these items as soon as possible.

Well, Wednesday rolls around and I get in touch with their so-called "support" team a couple of times just to make sure everything is going smoothly. They assure me that everything is A-OK and that my order will be dispatched that very day.

But lo and behold, just like a monkey wrench thrown into my plans, I get an email that same Wednesday night saying that my order needs "further fraud checks." Excuse me?! What kind of nonsense is this?

Look, I already used the 3-D Secure payment option on their website, which is supposed to be an added layer of security. And my bank already approved the payment using the 3ds service that Rhinocamera offers, mind you. So why the heck are they questioning my transaction and holding up my order? It's downright disrespectful and unacceptable, if you ask me.

I sure hope they get their act together or else customers like me will be taking their business elsewhere. I demanded that they cancel my order right away and refund my money ASAP. We'll see how that goes.

Rhino Camera Terrible Experience with rhinocamera.com: Non-Professional Communication, Late Delivery, and Missing Items

So, I've bought a camera from rhinocamera.com on November 23th during the famous Black Friday sales. I saw an offer that I couldn't resist, and I decided to give it a try. It was a lovely camera with a battery and a lens filter for a delightful price.

Honestly, I was so excited to receive it. However, I had to wait for an entire month to get it. I did ask about my order a few times, and their communication wasn't that much professional. Sometimes it was even aggressive.

Finally, I received my order on December 24th. The package was opened, and there wasn't any invoice inside. I knew I would receive a refund, but I decided to see the camera anyway. Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with what I saw. The battery wasn't compatible, and there wasn't any lens filter inside. I got a cheap battery that I couldn't use, and the lens filter wasn't there.

I didn't expect to receive something used or black market kind of stuff. I was very disappointed with the entire experience. It's essential to receive your order in perfect condition, and rhinocamera.com failed to provide that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Please be careful before you order anything. It's very suspicious to receive your order without an invoice, and there are no guarantees that you will get what you've paid for. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision.

Rhino Camera Slow Shipping and Poor Communication: My Experience with Rhino Camera

So, I recently ordered a camera from Rhino Camera website (rhinocamera.com). I gotta say, their shipping department needs some serious work to fix their issues - let me tell you all about it. Firstly, after I ordered, the response was so slow! It was like pulling teeth just to get any information. Secondly, they didn't even know the tracking number for my express delivery package! Like, what's the point of paying for express if it's gonna take just as long as regular shipping from other companies? Ain't that a shame?

Another thing I noticed was that Customer Support don't seem to be in direct communication with the ordering and shipping department. How does that even work? And to make it worse, they don't even have a clue about when a product will be back in stock. I mean, I asked specifically if it will be available the next day, and they were clueless! Jeez!

On the plus side, my product came with good packing through DHL regular post, even though I paid an extra 25 euros for express delivery. I gotta give 'em props for getting it to me within a week. Overall, Rhino Camera has some major issues to fix, but the product itself and packing were good.

Rhino Camera Rhino Camera Review: Nightmare Order and Delivery Experience

I recently made a purchase from Rhino Camera website and wasn't too impressed. The website looks cool and it seems easy to place an order. However, when it comes to delivery, that's when the problems started for me. I ordered a Canon lens and was disappointed to see that it came without its original packaging. I found it randomly wrapped, even without any accompanying manual or warranty.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the lens turned out to be faulty. Besides the lens, I had ordered other small items that were missing from the delivery. I was forced to ask for a refund since I wasn't getting the items I had paid for. But then, there was a catch. The refund process wasn't smooth at all. I had to spend money out of my own pocket just to have the product shipped back, and the cost was pretty high (USD 70), thanks to DHL.

The whole thing was a nightmare, and it took over 40 days of non-stop emailing for me to get my money back. Considering my experience, My honest advice? Go to your nearest camera/electronics store and buy from there. Yes, you might have to pay a little more, but that's better than going through a cumbersome process and ending up with a poorly made product.

Rhino Camera Rhinocamera's Customer Service is the Bomb! A Review

I gotta say, Rhinocamera's customer service is the bomb! I've been haulin' from them twice already and I tell you, their free shipping option is just as sweet as pie. The first time was a-okay but the second time, I waited and waited for like a couple of weeks and nada! No package in sight, man. I figured I'll email Rhinocamera at ***@rhinocamera just to check what's up. And guess what? They replied real fast but the shipment couldn't be found. But you know what's even better? They promised to send another one, pronto!

I was a bit worried that it might get lost again, you know, so I asked if I could pay a bit more for DHL express shipping. They told me they'd look into it and I was like, "Cool, man."

And then... guess what, again? Two days later, I got an SMS from the local DHL courier asking me what time I'd like my package delivered. And you know what's the cherry on top? It didn't cost me extra, man!

All in all, I gotta say Rhinocamera's customer service deserves a big fat kudos! They're on the ball and they're super nice about it too. Keep rockin' it, Rhinocamera!

Rhino Camera Rhinocamera Review: Disappointing Customer Service & Lack of Communication

I placed an order for a lens on Rhinocamera's website, right on the cutoff date before the Xmas holiday. However, I started to worry when I didn't receive any email mentioning my order getting shipped. Unfortunately, I didn't get my lens on time for Xmas, which was positively disappointing. My frustration led me to contact their customer support, and I was informed that the shipment would be in touch within a few days. But I didn't receive any update from DHL, even after several days. I contacted Rhinocamera again, and they asked me to be patient while assuring me they would update me via email. Consequently, I waited for another couple of days, but I still didn't hear from them.

Feeling frustrated and agitated, I contacted their customer service yet again, and this time, they informed me via email to hold on for a couple more days. However, even after several days had passed, I hadn't received an update from them. I got back to Rhinocamera yet again, and this time, they suggested that I drop a mail detailing my issue. As instructed, I dropped a complain of which I got a reply on the 6th of January stating that my order had been lost. Deflated and disappointed, they wanted to know whether I wanted to wait since the lens was out of stock or if there was an alternative product I would like to purchase instead. To my surprise, they didn't offer an apology for their mistake, not even a dry "unfortunately" or the likes. Not receiving any offer for a refund from Rhinocamera, I requested one, and this time, for once, they delivered.

The entire experience was utterly underwhelming, and I wouldn't recommend Rhinocamera to anyone, nor would I patronize their store again. I was severely disappointed by the absence of adequate communication about my order, and their lack of courtesy to apologize for the damage inadequacy had caused. With Rhinocamera, the only pain-free procedure was getting my refund, and that may be a cause you wouldn't want associated with a reputable store.

Rhino Camera Mixed bag experience with Rhino Camera: good prices, poor customer care

I think the prices at Rhino Camera are pretty good, but I gotta say, their customer care isn't the greatest. Here's what happened when I ordered from them:

First off, there was some major confusion with their staff about which carrier my order was sent with. At first they told me it was DHL, but then they said it was part of a break bulk dispatch without any tracking number available. That just left me feeling pretty confused.

Then, when my package arrived, it was wrapped in DHL cellophane even though it was actually shipped via TNT. Like, what's up with that? Was it trying to trick me or something?

Turns out, according to TNT, my package was never actually part of a break bulk. It had a consignment number assigned to it all along - but Rhino Camera didn't bother to tell me about it.

Also, when I ordered and paid for my stuff, I used my name - Nayia Zachariou. But then the shipping name was listed as Panagiotis Chountis. Like, what? And even though I specified a different billing and shipping address, they just ignored that and did whatever they wanted.

So like I said, prices are good, but maybe Rhino Camera could work on their customer service a bit more.

Rhino Camera Rhino Camera Review: Great Service, Quality Products, Minor Flaw

I am a repeat customer of Rhino Camera and my first experience was pretty great. This time around, my experience was almost just as great except for one small hiccup. When I received my Nikon 70-200mm vrII lens, I noticed a visible white speck of dust on the second glass. Although it didn't affect the quality of my photography, as the light bent around it, it disappointed me that an expensive and professional piece of equipment like this would arrive with a minor flaw. I didn't return it since I didn't want to go through the hassle of the replacement process and the wait time involved. Yet, it still bothers me as I expected it to come clean and in pristine condition.

To be honest, it's not Rhino Camera's fault that the speck was present on my lens, but I do think they could have inspected it before shipping it to me. Perhaps, they could have caught it and removed it before sending it off. However, I don't want my situation to deter any potential customers as Rhino Camera still has good prices and fast service. I just wanted to share my experience in case others have had similar experiences.

Overall, I would still recommend Rhino Camera as a great place to purchase camera equipment. In my opinion, they have solid customer service and quality products. While I was disappointed with the speck of dust on my lens, I still trust Rhino Camera and will consider them for future purchases.

Rhino Camera Rhinocamera Review: Unbeatable prices, free delivery, and bonus Black Friday deals!

Had a freaking amazing experience with Rhinocamera, yo! I copped a Canon EOS 90D for the lowest price I could find, bro. I saved like 200 EUR compared to the prices here in Malta. And then, because of Black Friday, they even threw in a free battery for ya gal, which is dope, dude.

When the package came, the Canon EOS 90D was in perfect condition and packed perfectly, fam. And get this, the delivery to Malta was free, man. Even Amazon be charging a ton for delivery. And like, I placed my order on a Sunday during Black Friday. Then, two days later, it already shipped, man. It took about two weeks to arrive, but considering the craziness of Black Friday, the pandemic, and Christmas approaching, it's totally reasonable, ya know?

I even attached a photo of the camera I ordered (the lens didn't come from Rhinocamera, by the way) and a photo I took with my new Canon 90D, which turned out fire. Like, I'm so hype about this camera that I'm about to cop a Canon lens from Rhinocamera, since the price is unbeatable, bro.

Rhino Camera Rhino Camera - A Nightmare Experience: Delayed Delivery, False Promises, and No Refund

I'm just going to let it all out about Rhino Camera. I ordered a Nikon Z5 on Black Friday in 2021, thinking I hit the jackpot with a good deal. But boy was I wrong! I placed my order on their website and waited for my camera to arrive. Days went by, but I never received any notice of my package being shipped nor a tracking number. I reached out to Miguel Garcia, their go-to guy for inquiries and asked about it, and he responded, giving out some BS excuse about 'bulk shipping' and that they haven't sent my package yet. Fine, I thought, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and wait. A few weeks went by, and it's almost Christmas, and I still haven't received it. I contacted Miguel Garcia again. He said that it should arrive before Christmas, and I believed him.

Fast forward three months, and I haven't received squat! I'm beyond frustrated, and I've already canceled my order since January due to the seemingly never-ending delay. They promised me that they refunded me after the cancellation and that it would take only a week to hit my account. But guess what? It's been two weeks later, and I still don't see any refund in my account! And to top it all off, I asked for proof of the refund - they didn't even bother sending it to me. Can you imagine that?

So, let me get it straight. Rhino Camera sucks - don't waste your time nor money. If you're looking for a reliable camera store, go somewhere else and skip these guys altogether. Don't be a dummy like me and buy from some small online store. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable seller - trust me on this one.

Rhino Camera Mixed feelings about Rhino Camera's service and delivery

So let me tell you about Rhino Camera - rhinocamera.com. They got some good prices and the buying process is simple as pie. Like, I didn't have to jump through no hoops to get what I wanted. Good stuff. But, and this is a big but, my package arrived late. Like, way later than expected. And then I contacted customer service and they sent it out again - no word about what happened with the first one. Not cool, guys. Also, they didn't even give me no tracking number or nothing. Come on now, it's like 2021, you gotta give people that. But, to be fair, when it finally arrived, it was all good. Like, everything was delivered correctly and I ain't have no issues with that.

Overall, I ain't totally convinced with Rhino Camera. Like, they got some good prices and all that, but that whole shipping situation was a little sketchy. Maybe it was just a fluke or something, but I ain't feeling too confident about ordering from them again.

Rhino Camera Rhino Camera Review: Solid Build and Easy to Use, but Slow Delivery and Lack of Tracking Info

Got my Rhino Camera from rhinocamera.com yesterday. Took slightly longer to arrive than I was expecting, but that's probably because it was sent from Gibraltar to the UK first and then to me. I do wish they give you the tracking number when you make your order, would save a lot of worry. But hey, at least they can send it after the parcel is in the UK.

As for the camera itself, it is pretty solid. It's nice to hold and easy to use, but I'm not particularly knowledgable when it comes to cameras so I can't give you too much detail on that front. But I'm happy with it and it seems like it'll last me a while.

Can't complain too much, would recommend.

Rhino Camera Rhino Camera: Terrible Customer Service & Long Wait for Order Delivery

Man, my experience with Rhino Camera was bad. I purchased a Sony Alpha about two months ago (order 810820), but I still haven't received that bad boy yet. The customer support wasn't much help, they weren't telling me where the package was, but they just said that DHL was behind schedule. They didn't even hit me with a tracking number to boot. After asking about giving my cash back, they told me if I put up negative reviews they was going to hit me with a lawsuit. What even is that? Smh, unbelievable!

So, I just wanna share my thoughts on Rhino Camera. They're based in Europe, Gibraltar to be precise. But, don't fall for their claims of being present elsewhere. If you're hoping to get your camera repaired, you might be at a loss because, phone numbers to call are out of reach. There's no original warranty, so better cross your fingers and hope you don't face any issues. If you're thinking of returning your camera, I would say, good luck with that, as getting a refund is possible but not guaranteed.

Now, don't get me started on TrustPilot. You might see some customers praising Rhino Camera, but let me tell you, they're probably paid accomplices. I'm not kidding, they're only living off their shady deals with the sellers. It's simple math, if you know what I mean.

Yo, I gotta say, I had some trouble buying from Rhino Camera. I mean, like, I was tryna pay and the payment provider was being a real hassle. This ain't no small thing, ya know? I'm worried bout credit card fraud and all dat. I ain't tryna get scammed. So, I gotta give a lower rating 'cause of that. But, hopefully, when I get my stuff, it'll be worth all dat stress. And, like, why don't they have PayPal? That would make things so much easier for a lot of people.

Rhino Camera Review of Rhino Camera: Terrible Customer Service & Shipping Costs

So, here's the thing. I used Rhino Camera for a handful of months for my job, but then the darn thing stopped turning on. Can you believe it? I was pretty peeved, but luckily it was still under warranty so I decided to send it back. Unfortunately, I had to pay the shipping to send it back myself, which was kinda lame.

Anyways, I sent it back and that's when things got even worse. It's been over 4 months and I haven't received my camera back yet. I've tried contacting their customer service (which, I gotta say, is extremely unprofessional and kinda rude), but all I get are short one-liner emails that don't really help me at all.

I'm really stressed out because I need my camera for work and I've already wasted so much time and money dealing with Rhino Camera. I just want to know when I'll get it back, or if they can refund my money so I can buy a new one.

Overall, I would advise against using this company. Their customer service is terrible, the shipping costs are a pain, and it's just not worth the hassle. I feel like they've totally ripped me off and I'm even thinking of seeking legal help to get this resolved. It's just not worth the hassle if you ask me.
