I had a so-called contract with this company
I had a so-called contract with this company. I had three meetings with the salesperson. She could not answer all the questions that I asked her. Then 10 min. after she left my house she canceled my contract and charged me 20% of my R/D. That came to $3,572.00. They canceled me I did not cancel them. Do not use RRCA roofing.

I had the pleasure of working with Tyrone C, Project Manager at RRCA. He is truly an advocate for his customers and a professional in all interactions. He ensured an open line of communication and kept to the agreed schedule. Proper permits were pulled, he advised that the supplies would arrive on Monday and work would begin on Wednesday and concludes on Thursday, which is exactly what I experienced. RRCA truly exceeded my expectations with their efficient and thorough roof replacement, professional care and excellent customer service.

Working with RRCA (Roofing & Reconstruction Contractors of America) has been an absolute pleasure. Unaware that I had storm damage from Tropical Storm ETA, casually I noticed my neighbors getting new roofs but I didn't have the out of pocket for a new roof due to price increases
Jimmy R. from RRCA knocked on my door with a Ronald and did a free inspection and they found at least 20 broken tiles on my roof. They recommended I called my insurance, and within 2 months, the insurance approved the roof after back and forth with them. My only costs was my Non hurricane deductible of $1000 and the insurance approved new gutters too!
I highly recommend them, these young men went above and beyond.
Never Never Never use RRCA!
Never Never Never use RRCA! (Roofing and Reconstruction Contractors of America) On October 19 RRCA arrived to begin our reroofing. They took off the seamless gutters along with the old roof tile when it began to storm. They did not get the roof covered in time. We had water damage to half of our ceilings inside the house. There was water dripping from 3 ceiling fans and 10 ceiling speakers. Our ceiling, walls, and carpet were wet from all the dripping water. We called RRCA and were told it was normal and would dry. At no time did they bring out drying fans to remove the humidity out of the house or attic. The next day they came back and continued to work on the roof. Our entire family along with our dog was standing in the kitchen when the ceiling in our kitchen fell to the floor along with a chandelier and one ceiling speaker damaging our kitchen table, breaking 2 floor tiles and making our carpet a dirty mess. We again called RRCA to let them know what happened. We got no answer. It took 2 days before someone came out to put plastic over the ceiling hole. After a week someone finally came out to look at the damage. They painted over all the water marks and patched the hole in the ceiling. They put the fallen broken ceiling speaker back into the new drywall in the ceiling. (it does not work!) They said they would not be replacing any of the fans or speakers because they have depreciated since we put them in. They glued the broken tile and vacuumed the dirty carpet. They said they couldn't replace the broken tile because it is depreciated and is not made anymore. They also indicated the carpet was fine being vacuumed and did not need to be steam cleaned. On our own we have had an electrician, an IT professional, a mold inspector, and an air conditioner professional come out to inspect all the other damage. To top it all off they installed the wrong roof tile color. It is not the color we selected or got approved from our HOA. This has been a very frustrating experience. As of March 18th we still have no answer from the company or a resolution. If someone ask for a good company to replace their roof DO NOT USE RRCA.

This company replaced my roof, and in my contract with them (which I still have, and if this isn't resolved I will be using to go to small claims court) it states that after completion of the contract I will receive a $500 VISA gift card for going through them, given because I am active duty military. I have contacted the person that did my claim, and now have also called a corporate number who was supposed to get in contact with him to have him send me the card... but I have still received no further communication from him about shipping him the $500 I am owed. The contract was paid in full and closed months ago, and I should have received the money by now. This work was done on my home in Crestview, Florida at my residence that I have now sold at

This company put a new roof on my house in June after Hurricane Irma
This company put a new roof on my house in June after Hurricane Irma. One week after it was complete, the roof leaked into my kitchen. RRCA came out and supposedly fixed it. Fast forward three years to the summer of 2020 and once again in June I have a leak in the same place in my kitchen. I called RRCA and they sent someone out to fix the rotten board that was supposedly causing the leak. Fast forward to September and once again I have a leak in the same place in my kitchen. I called and left a message with their answering service, then called again twice the next day, and the next day with no response (and now couldn't leave a message because voice mailbox was full). Decided to drive over to the Naples office after work and even though the sign was still on the building, there was no office furniture inside and wires were dangling from the walls.

RRCA, specifically Jason W
RRCA, specifically Jason W. (COO), refuses to return to us the total amount of money that our insurance has paid them. We have sent a letter to RRCA regarding the recession period and our demand of the money being returned to us, and they refuse to honor it (They did not include a recession form as indicated in our contract. The address on their contract was incorrect, so this recession can not even be mailed to them as required by the federal statute. There were no forms (in duplicate) given to myself or my wife as required by the federal statute). In the end, Jason sent us 79% of the funds back and kept 21% which we did not agree to. We tried working with them to come to a resolution, but the maximum amount for them to keep allowed under their contract was 10%. He continuously broke his own contract and then would not follow the federal regulations regarding the recession period.

We had RRCA replace our roof after Irma
We had RRCA replace our roof after Irma. Since then we've had them come back to our house at least 5 times to try to repair the water leak over the front door / garage area. As of today it still leaks and we believe that mold and rot is occurring in that area. The last guy that showed up to try to do the repair wound up relocating the front gutter in an attempt to fix the problem, the gutter is now 5" shorter then the other side and he said he would be back to repair. That was over a year ago! I understand the Covid issue being in business but I've never received a call or email on what they were planning or when they were planning to do the repairs. This company came from Texas after Irma and we were concerned that they would leave after the storm but they assured us they were staying so we went with them, at this point I'm extremely regretful we did! Our house and health are suffering from their inability to make the proper repairs. The worst part is they were paid in full.

I've been working with RRCA on our home remodel since October shortly after Hurricane Sally
I've been working with RRCA on our home remodel since October shortly after Hurricane Sally. I regret going with this company. They provide a great product, but you have to BEG to get the work done and it takes far longer than it should. For over three months I have requested an invoice due to receiving a call that I owe them money but they could not provide me an accurate invoice. For two weeks now I have been waiting for them to send a supplement to my flood adjuster so we can get the final numbers for an invoice. I was told this supplement has been sent out, but that was inaccurate. I am beyond disappointed and tired of being lied to by this company. I just want to pay them for their services and be done with this mess. Three people have been helpful through this process which are Zach, Gabe and Kelly, but what needs done is out of their control. I am still waiting on my fence to be fixed and for them to fix my kitchen. Please help me get this company to finish the job.

I have tried calling this company multiple times to talk to someone that is high up in management with no response for MONTHS!
I have tried calling this company multiple times to talk to someone that is high up in management with no response for MONTHS! My sales guy Jared has now been fired from the company because they must have found out he is really bad at his job and now RRCA has placed a lien on my house thinking I owe them MORE money. They threw away my solar panel for my hot water heater on accident because there was NO supervision and disconnected everything that went with it. But left the brackets attached to my roof to it that are STILL there. Jared talked me into forgetting about the solar hot water heater and promised me a new hybrid hot water heater they would install instead and remove the brackets instead. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. There was also bunch of trash left I had to have a different company come remove and on top of it all the drip edge on my roof looks like my 2 year old installed it and needs to be redone. We agreed that I would just take care of everything myself for NO extra money owed!
