Agree that Company does not care about their workers and always threatens them with termination
Agree that Company does not care about their workers and always threatens them with termination. Company forces us to LIE to homeowners. They overcharge people when much of the merchandise is from Amazon. They don't respond to project inquiries for months! They promise callbacks but never follow through. Call center employees don't receive their promised bonuses. The owner is oblivious to the chaos. They hire anyone to cope with high turnover due to lack of professionalism. Employees are underpaid for their multiple roles. They face lawsuits for not completing projects timely or for shoddy work that fails again.
Clayton, Martin, & Sam were very professional
Clayton, Martin, & Sam were very professional. They made sure that my home was prepared properly so that the remnants from all the work they did was not all over my house. A vacuum was run in every room they were in when they were done to clean up any aluminum remnants from the project. They were kind and courteous to myself and my family and made sure that they answered any questions my family or I had. They even stayed 10-15 minutes after the job was done so that they could talk with my husband when he came home from work. Even though they were only replacing our upstairs windows, they found issues with our lower ones and made sure to let us know what we needed to do to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and Sir Home Improvement for your next window replacement.
I had an appt. to see a Sir Home improvement representative on Apr. 12, 2022 at 6 PM, received a call after the rep. did not show up for the appt., offering an extra discount if I made another appointment with Sir Home Improvement, which I did for the following Monday. On Apr. 18, 2022 the appointment was set for 5:00. After this appointment was made, I received 5 different calls which I did not pickup on because of work, no answer was on my message from Sir Home Improvement. I was gone for Easter the weekend with family, another call came through on Saturday which I thought was strange with no message left. The representative did not show up again, I called with my unhappiness with the no show, and before I finished talking, Lizzy, on the other line hung up on me. I hope all of your calls are recorded for this type of service rendered.
We had Team Elite install our windows. They operated like a well-oiled machine, prioritizing the more difficult second-floor windows. It was evident they had a passion for their work. The trim was impeccable upon completion. Our old house posed numerous challenges, but they communicated any issues promptly. We were thoroughly impressed with this hardworking team. Serving them lunch, which included grilled chicken and homemade potato salad, was our pleasure. The finished product was nothing short of perfect.
Had windows installed on Friday, April 29. The team did an amazing job installing them. We are very happy with their work and professionalism. They were very nice young men. Thank you so very much.
Management doesn't care about their workers asks them to lie repeatedly, Supposedly gives 60% off of labor to not even actually honor the discount, Supposed to be a successful company but can't even give reimbursement on gas to sales employees so it runs them dry just from appointments. They don't have follow *** or make sure you're on track for success until it's too late for you to succeed so it makes you fail at the position forcing you to find a new job company is full of lies with a Boss who just turns a blind eye to all the chaos. Won't be surprised if they fall apart within the next year.

I wanted Sir Home Improvement to provide a quote for my basement windows, which I need replaced. However, they refuse to quote only basement windows and require that I also get some upstairs windows replaced too. I have no interest in doing that and told them as much. However, they will not stop calling, texting, and even tricking me into answering the phone by having someone call me stating that they are trying to deliver a package to my house. This is ridiculous because I'm not even the one who said no to them! They are the ones who refused to complete the project I want done! This morning they even offered that they could do the basement windows if I also got my shower or bathtub replaced. I just want my basement windows done and if they aren't willing to do them they should just leave me alone.

Gutters and Helmets installed improperly. Wont return calls or they they send someone out to sell other products and avoid the main issues.
We had a fantastic experience with SIR Home Improvement and our installer, Mr. D. He was very professional and did a lovely job. They transformed our old, outdated walk-in shower with brand new acrylic marble-looking wall panels and shower base. Mr. D was not hesitant to ask us any questions about where we wanted our shower seat and corner shelving to make sure it was the shower we hoped and wished for. We are absolutely in love and would recommend this company and Mr. D to anyone.

On Thursday, April 22, We got 10 of our 11 old windows removed and new windows installed by Collin and Clayton. They did an excellent job They arrived when they said they were going to and they worked very diligently throughout the day. When they left, everything was in order and no messes to be found anywhere - the new windows in place and insulation around accordingly. Then Collin, Clayton, Wade, and Mike showed up op on day 2. They all worked well together to get our 10 windows wrapped and to remove our old picture window and replace it with a beautiful bay window. We are very pleased with the installers, they were all very pleasant, punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the fact we got new windows, you had no idea they were even here. We will most definitely call on them again and recommend them to any who ask.

These folks are top notch - meticulous, professional, honest, warm and gracious. They did a superb job of replacing all the windows in our home, and a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They were WONDERFUL with our dogs and relaxed about the initial barking and excitement. They work quickly but thoroughly. Id hire them again in a moment for any work we needed done.

I've been working to get someone out to fix a ceiling issue I've had since before 12. The issue is still present. The job was originally approved and scheduled to be fixed. Due to COVID, the job had to be delayed, understandable. After SIR resumed work, I had to have someone come out to re-approve the work.. Frank came out and told me there was nothing he could do because it wasn't caused by his workers. After much disagreement, he reluctantly offered to let a tech come out and do a cover-up job. After speaking with the tech that completed the fix, he agreed the "fix" was not a proper fix and stated the whole ceiling would need to be redone due to a probable mistake on the original techs work. Despite numerous calls, texts and emails, I have been ignored and my problem persists. Frank is unprofessional and SIR has lost it's reputation for being an honest company.

This is our first time working with SIR on a home improvement project. We had windows installed a week ago and this week they finished the project by installing our new entry door. I am so impressed with this company overall but especially with the installation team. Wade, Sam, Marty Sr and Adam P did an amazing job installing the door. As usual, they were on time, professional, friendly and informative. They answered all questions I had during installation and kept me informed along the way. They were mindful of the cold weather and worked as efficiently and quickly as they could in order to get the door in without skimping on quality of work. Before they left they made sure I was happy with everything. I said this before and truly mean it - I highly recommend SIR Home Improvement. It is a big investment, but with the quality of the product, the installers knowledge and the lifetime guarantee, it is WELL worth it. Thank you!

Jordan S was assigned to finish my bathroom remodel. He was scheduled to install the flooring, vanities, and toilets. Jordan did GREAT work today! He called prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. I was impressed that he arrived at the beginning of the time range I was given. He came in ready to work. I appreciated how he covered the floors to protect my carpet/rugs from damage, he asked permission before utilizing space to put his supplies or doors that he has to remove to work in the room. Because of a unique situation with the water shutoff he had to work quickly to remove the old vanities and he finished with time to spare. He checked in with me at certain points to show his progress and make sure I was happy with the work he was doing. He was very respectful and professional the entire time. He cleaned up after he was finish for today and verified the time of his arrival to finish the project tomorrow. I am very happy with the work he has provided!

We could not be more happy with our service and our newly renovated bathroom! Ben, the project manager, was so wonderful. He was so great with communicating with us. We made last minute changes and he was great to work around our time frame. The whole crew was great and I don't know if all the crews at Sir Home Improvements are this skilled, but Carter, Arnold, Mason, Shane, Nick D, and Collin were phenomenal. Carter, who did most of the installation was honestly the best worker we've ever had work on our house, and that's saying a lot since we bought a fixer upper and have had a lot of different companies work on out home. Carter was polite and even gave us advice on some butcher blocks we were cutting. His work in the bathroom was stunning. I know this is a long post but I just have to keep raving about this crew. Arnold the dry wall guy, did an amazing job. He was so kind and super professional. We were so nervous we would be living in renovations for a long time, but Shane and Mason were so fast and clean and the demo. We will definitely be requesting these guys for our next bathroom remodel.

I looked for 2 years to find a contractor that could remodel my master bathroom in my 1930s home. And then I found Sir Home Improvement. Here is what you can expect from SIR Home Improvement and their staff. First, they have design style and were able to figure a way to install the shower in my bathroom with all my old home constraints. They offered suggests even while in process of remodeling such as placement of the vanity to balance the room. Second, they have courteous skilled tradesmen from carpenters, to plumbers, to electricians all their work was top end. And finally, customer service, starting with a responsive owner and contractors, to calls daily to notify who was coming the next day to work, to contractors covering all floor services to protect while working, and cleaning up nightly like it was their home. And after all was complete, there was a follow visit to resolve a minor issue the day after I called. There was not one concern that was not addressed. My entire remodel took 8 days even during a pandemic, how amazing is that! I will definitely use SIR Home Improvement on my next home project.

AWFUL customer service! We purchased 3 windows right before COVID shut everything down. The sales guy was great and sold us on the "stellar company with an A+ rating." I am not sure how they even have that rating based on our experience and reading these horrid reviews. Long story short, the communication was horrible. All 3 windows were installed incorrectly on May 4th and not fixed until September 4th. (HORRIBLE communication and false promises.) The owner was finally in contact to "make it right" with my husband in August after many calls and emails. "Making it right" was giving us pet screen at no cost. Great! The windows are $5000 and I could get the pet screen from the local hardware shop for less than $50! Oh! Then the owner told my husband the only thing he could do was to give us a deal on a door wall! No thank you! You will not be getting more of our money when we already paid more than $100 a month for 3 broken windows! Thankfully the men that finally fixed our windows were nice and thorough. Total bummer, because we definitely rave to everyone about great companies! We had a sign out for the amazing heating/cooling company we had this summer. I will definitely spread the word to avoid SIR like the plague! Social Media is definitely a powerful thing!

Five to ten minutes AFTER they were suppose to arrive, I receive a call telling me there was an emergency and the representative wasn't able to be there. Likely story - are we really operating like junior high students. When they called back several days later and wanted to rescheduled the appt I told them I was no longer interested in their services. That was about a year ago and the calls and texts continue on a regular basis. I have asked them repeatedly not to call or text but they continue their tactics, even after they share they are taking you off their list or putting you on their do not call list. They even text or call you without sharing who they are with the message that they are trying to deliver a package to you. When you call the number, surprise, surprise its Sir Home Improvement trying to get their sales man in the door again. I'm thinking they have to be desperate for business or why else all the attempts to contact the same person. I am so sorry I ever tried to do business with them. I have been inconvenienced by them so many times. Unless you looking for someone to talk to for the rest of your life, stay away from this company.

Well, things started out just a bit rocky, but it all worked out in the end. A plumber was to be here on Thursday the 18th of Nov. 21, between 2 pm & 4 pm. Never showed or called. I called Ben & left a message. Ben called back the next morning to say that they (Sir H.I.) had dropped the ball. He was very apologetic & hired a private contractor (Brian P) to fix the leaking valve in the well house on Monday morning. This was a must before the bathroom remodel could start that Monday. And, although Brian had to make a 24 mile round trip to the local Menards, it was finished in plenty of time. The tear-out crew, I wish I could remember their names, did a great job. They also informed me that they never leave a job without the home having a working toilet. That was a relief! Bright and early on Tuesday, Carter showed up to do the install - new subfloor & shower stall. He put in a long day and stayed late. I just had to feed that hard-working young man! Carter came back on Wednesday to finish up and was done about 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. However, I am still waiting on the proper size shower curtain rod. Carter was given the wrong one. I can't say enough about those three young men. And, I'm not forgetting Brian P, the private contractor (plumber). The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that it has only been a week. Ask me in a year or so.

I will start by saying the work was well done. I have no issue with the employees who came to our house to complete the work. That is the only positive thing I have to say about Sir Home Improvement and the only reason I gave them one star. To begin with, we requested a simple quote, sat through 2 hours of sales, and were pressured into signing on the spot by being threatened with insane increases in rates if we waited. The only reason we felt okay about taking the plunge during that initial meeting was that they offered a price match guarantee. When we followed up with a second quote with another reputable contract company, our quote came in at less than half of what SIR was charging. I submitted the quote for their price match and was promptly told that no-one can match their quotes because of their lifetime guarantee on labor. Essentially, they've created a fairly useless guarantee in order to NEVER fulfill their price match option. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP! They require an exact apples to apples quote in order to price match. When I requested to cancel my contract, we were told that we would still get charged $500 for the FREE sales call and account setup. Rather than lose that money, they offered us a discount on our project (still nowhere near the other contractor), but we felt stuck. They had already called our second contractor without our permission to poke at his quote, ruining that relationship. Lastly, we had SIR do a simple plumbing job which we planned to finish. Once they were done, we continued with the work as discussed. MONTHS LATER, SIR sent a letter stating that they had filed for a permit and we needed a final plumbing inspection. WE WERE NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS! Basically, we've now had to remove the work we've completed in the interim in order to complete the inspection properly. We accept some fault in this for not asking about permitting, but it would have been nice of SIR to either let us know before, during or immediately after the job they completed. I would NEVER use SIR again. This is not a review about the work, but about their insane pricing structure, shady business practices and arrogant handling of our price match request.

Back in 2012 I had this company replace all new windows and 2 sliding doors. Everything was great for some time. Then in 2019 I had to have screens replace. At that time I told the person whom replaced my screen on the windows and screen doors to look at the kitchen patio door track. The track over years had become rusted and hard to open the door. He did look at it and told me to use WD40, it'll do the job. Well I thought to myself that was a lazy way to say he didn't want to deal with it but I didn't say anything and I did for awhile try his recommendations. But overtime it wasn't doing the job. Now it's to the point it's getting cold again and it's getting unbearable to open the door. Also my main large window in the front living room totally had came apart. The window had literally came apart from the frame and now I can't lock it nor close it properly. Cold air is coming through. At the end of 2019 I tried many attempts calling Sir Home to have someone come out and evaluate the door track, screens, and my front window. No answer, had to leave messages. Then COVID hit. I waited until the end of 2020 and started calling again in Oct 2020. At that time, I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone nor could I leave a message. I finally got a hold of Sir Home in the Spring 2021. She scheduled someone to come out, but no one did. By then both patio screen doors needed new screens and noted to be quite flimsy screen doors, there're not even straight, there're very flimsy, the track had worsened, and of coarse I'm trying to keep my front window together. I called again. The person who I talked to said she didn't know anything about someone coming out but will arrange for someone to come out, which on July 26 he did. He looked at the window took a picture of the serial and said it definitely needs to be replaced and felt the company doesn't even make those anymore. He was going to make sure they order me a new window. He looked at the track and stated, "I don't take care of this problem, they'll have to send someone else to take care of that". Then came the screen doors, "yup, they need replacing too, will order 2 new screen doors for you". So he never put on new screen because I'd be getting new ones. He told me orders are behind, he felt I wouldn't get anything in until Sept/Oct. Told him no problem as long as I get it all done by fall. Well in Sept called Sir Home again and a new person answered. She didn't know anything about my order, will check on it. Well in Oct called asked where my order was another new person answered and said she didn't have any order for me but will check into it. Just like the person said before. Called again this time asked to speak to the owner, wasn't able to. The person on the phone asked if I could take pictures of the window and serial numbers. Told her I already did that and so did the guy name "Chip' in July, you should have all that information? But she didn't. Resent pictures Oct 21, 21, now it's Nov 6, still no news about my order or anything. Sad Sir Home, you were good in the beginning now I wished I never signed up at *** for you to come out. You need to make things right with me. After all my windows and patio doors are life time warranty. I paid a lot of money for your products. Homeowners- beware of Sir Home Improvement very evident not worthy of their commitment to homeowners

Windows will not lock
Windows will not lock. Screen still wrong. Multiple appts cancelled. No call backs from messages. We special ordered windows in January . We paid half down $3000. They were installed in April and balance paid totalling $6000. They do not seal and lock and we have not received the correct screens. Our house is unsecured because the windows do not lock. They have cancelled multiple appt and they keep telling us they are ordering parts. This is the fifth time. We do not received call backs from our messages.

New Roof installed on house not up to Michigan Building Code. We paid $25,000.00 for a new roof in 2012. It was not done according to Michigan Building Codes. The Mason County Building Inspector was here and agreed. Ever since installation, they have tried numewrous methods to rectify situation. I had mold appear after one year, which was cleaned up by them. I now have ice and water in my kneewall areas, and it appears mold too. I have provided ample photos each time this occurs. The excuse is "we'll take care of you". I will be willing to talk to the media about this if need be. Thank You

Unfortunately, I have continued to be contracted by this company asking if I want other projects (bathroom, windows) and they will not stop calling even after I've asked numerous times. They have also sent misleading texts and voicemails without their company name telling me to call them about a package I have to pick up. Turns out this is just a scam by Sir to try to get me to call them for them to try to sell me something I never wanted again. Very misleading and dishonest sales tactics. I would love to be taken off their contact list all together, but they have not done this after I have requested it.

Bait and switch. In 2001 *** came and instaled Windows & Siding and a new slider and redid my porch in front of the house. The first time they came here they tried to pull a fast one on me and her put all the wrong windows and slider in my house they were supposed to be triple pane and they were only dual-pane I caught this mistake. They came back a month later and switch them out with a different product then what I was supposed to have. cheaper. I've been having problems with *** getting this job done the right way for 20 years I'm sick of his crap his lies deception and all the tricks that he plays. The job still is not done correctly still has not trimmed around the slider door I found other mistakes that they have made throughout the house and I'm tired of all this deception.

Sir home improvements fixed my roof in November . They did an entire tear off of the shingles and replaced the shingles with Mystique shingles with a lifetime warranty. After they did the work shortly after the roof started leaking and they had to come back and fix the leaky roof. It's now September only 9 years since the roof was replaced and the shingles are falling off. I have called them 3 times and sent them pictures of the damage that was discovered by a home appraisal company. I am trying to sell my house but cannot until the roof has been repaired. I want this business to abide by the contract we signed on 11/01. I purchased their consumer protection package that includes property damage insurance, lifetime labor warranty, and money back guarantee etc. please do something I need to sell my house ASAP I still have to make the payments and I lost my job so time is of the essence. Experienced difficulty contacting service department
Experienced difficulty contacting service department. Repair person did not keep appointment that was set up. This past spring, I realized there was a problem with the top half of a double hung window that was installed in the Spring of 2019. The sash drops down with no warning when the window is unlocked. Starting on May 29, I called three times, left my name and phone number, but no one would call back to inform me of Sir Home Improvements procedure to get service, until the last call on Sept. 10, 2020, when I finally contacted a live person. I filled out the online form to request service, as instructed and received an email from Adrienne B, Service Coordinator, informing me that someone would come to fix the window on Friday, Sept. 25, 2020, which I confirmed. No one came on 09/25 and as of today, 10/01, I haven't heard from Sir Home Improvement as to why the appointment was not kept.

We have been waiting for over 16 months to get warranty work on a broken window and 2 sky lights that have ruined our front foyer, The Bay window is cracked and appears the entire window is starting to sag causing cracks in the wall. The 2 sky lights they have made many attempts to repair and only the last try worked for a couple months before leaking again. The skylights leaked water causing the insulation to to become saturated which then ruined the ceiling and we had to remove the damaged area and wet insulation. Before this was done the water ran down the front wall and door which at this time we can barely open because of the damage, this is the only entry door we have to the house. We have a constant smell from the foyer and the water damage that has been done. We have made many attempts to get the repair work completed but they always have some excuse that they are waiting for. The roof is no longer level because of the damage and holds water which leaves into the house.

My mom & I recently got an estimate from this company for our bathrooms. Before the salesman left, he said we must give a $5,000 check, even before the service or even a credit check was completed. Days later,they informed us that our credit was not approved. The woman did not say anything about the check at that time. I called & asked what happen to the check & she said it was cashed. I told her it needed to be returned, we did not get any work done. She said it would be "held" for 10 days, how does that make sense if they cashed it? So over 14 days went by, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. At that time the person on the phone didn't know anything about it. She transferred me to another telemarketer or secretary who said it would be sent out the same day. I asked why it was cashed anyway without a service. She said it actually happens a lot to people who have not received work or a credit check. This seems very fishy to us, our bank & local businesses also feel the same way.

I bought windows for my house in like November paid cash for all of them. It was a mess with the service. these windows is suppose to have life time warranty. When then came to actually put them in I got a call to let me know it was a delay because my windows (NEW) had got damage and had to be remade. So i had to be on the about that. Trying to get in touch with them was not easy I got the run arounds. So i made appointment to have them to come out to give me a estimate to re do my bathroom. They called! Then I told them that i will never have their service and what was happening and talked to the CEO, He didn't care! He just took the call and that was it. finally got my windows. happy! on Fe.18, 2020 I sent them pics my window was cracked. they fixed it. on. feb 10 2021 i sent the same lady that handle these issues. one was actually from where the window where they fixed it had bent the trim. and the screen. it was loosing the paint service. i havdecalled many times, notjhing

During installation of my tub, damage was done to my wall
During installation of my tub, damage was done to my wall. Also the tub was broken. been trying for 3 months to get them to fix it. I purchased a tub from SIR Home improvements in January. It was delivered on March 27th. When the guy was done, big chunks of my plaster from the surrounding area were broken off. He said one of the guys from Sir would have to come fix that. He only did installation. He didn't tell me I had to call to set it up, and he also did not set up the appointment. I waited but never heard from them. Then I called and told them my issue. I was told a work order was put in and they would call me. They never called. I called back several times. I waited from them to respond each time. I was told that a work order was put in 4 different times. Still nothing happened. I have made at least 10 different calls over the last 3 months. Finally at the end of June someone came out. He did 10 minutes of mudding. Told me that as it sinks in, to reapply more. Said he'd be back the next day. He never showed. I called, and they made note of it. I received an email showing that they have made note of it. Nobody ever showed up again. nobody ever called. I'm done calling them. I paid a $3,000 down payment Which I cannot find stated in any of my paperwork. I still owe $6,691. Acct. # ***. They say I have a lifetime warranty that will be void if I let anybody else fix it. I cannot finish my bathroom because they have not finished their work. It is now getting close to mid July. It is ridiculous how long this has gone on. I feel they made a lot of promises that they didn't deliver on.

I am having problems with Sir Home Improvements honoring their lifetime warranty for my roof
I am having problems with Sir Home Improvements honoring their lifetime warranty for my roof. I have been dealing with them for a year and a half, it will be two years this coming winter. When it snows and rains water comes in and drips and actually pours off the wall depending how bad the rain/snow is. It has warped the paneling and ruined my carpet, night table and clock radio in that room. I have been given every excuse after excuse in the book (materials on back order, can't find materials, will call when materials arrive, new office staff being trained, very busy will add you to the list, will talk to boss and call you back, behind because of co-vid, on phone with lawyer because of co-vid, working in Indiana not Michigan, transfer to talk to several different departments, don't do roofs now. Now we do windows, etc.) and still it is not resolved. Several people have come out to look at it and so did the owner. So they have the facts/details. They just don't want to do it because it is under warranty. The few times the workers came out half the time they were a no show and didn't even bother to call. That in itself is rude. The owner said only deal with him and he has given me the above listed excuses as well. Co-vid has nothing to do with the delays. I have been dealing with this a good year before Co-vid. Also he will just lie to me and say he will call me back the next day and he never does. Can't even tell you how many times that has happened. I am at my wits end and desperately need your help in resolving this matter. I have been more than understanding with them, but this is just not acceptable. My parents are the ones that paid but I live at the address with said problem. They are old and don't know all the details as I do. I have been the one dealing with Sir Improvements. 3 windows installed incorrectly, poor customer service, inaccurate timelines, does not return correspondence. This is the email i sent to their Customer Service: Okay let begin with my frustrations of how awful your customer service and company is: 1. GIVEN the COVID situation, slightly understand, but the day of the initial install the installers did not show up at the pre-scheduled time of 8am, they showed up around 1pm...and when they showed up they explained that they didn't even know our project was supposed to be done, last minute job. This a result of POOR COMMUNICATION in your own office. 2. The installers were unprofessional all the way around. This shows me that you hire incompetent employees and that you don't care about who you hire and don't look for the best around. Poor HR in my opinion. 3. They installed them rather quickly, and right away my wife noticed that the flashing was crooked. Due to POOR INSTALLATION leads to POOR HIRING practices. 4. A few weeks after the install, we noticed a crack in the window, not a BROKEN style crack, but a stress crack, which had been determined by another certified and licensed window installer. Also the screen was NOT attached to the frame. This is due to POOR INSTALLATION again this is a result of POOR HIRING practices. 5. SO I complained and we went through the scheduling process and you had scheduled for the window repairs to be completed on 6/17 (1 month ago) between the times of 10am-12pm. If you look below in YOUR email, the service technicians cancelled due to family emergency and they would be out for the entire week...HOWEVER you contacted us 30 minutes from when they were suppose to show up instead of earlier in the day or even the day before. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, because we had to completely rearrange our schedules in order to be here for their arrival and be here for the repairs...AGAIN! 6. SO you re-scheduled 1 month out for 7/17, which happens to be today. Again in YOUR email you wrote "I will get these items ordered so they will be ready for install during your next scheduled service visit." NOW today your guy came out and all he did was take MORE pictures, and was not prepared to install or fix ANY windows or screens and finished off by saying that it will take at least another 2 weeks before the windows will come in. These windows cost well over $5000 and we are paying $100 a month for crappy windows and service. Your Sales Rep did a fancy job explaining how the company is A+ with the ComplaintsBoard.com

Agree with the sentiment that the company shows a lack of concern for their employees, often intimidating them with the threat of job loss. The company compels us to deceive homeowners. They overcharge customers significantly, despite sourcing much of their merchandise from Amazon. They fail to follow up on projects for months! They consistently promise callbacks that never happen. The call center staff are not receiving their promised bonuses. The owner is oblivious to the ongoing turmoil. They hire indiscriminately just to fill positions because they suffer from high turnover due to a lack of professionalism. Employees are expected to take on multiple roles without adequate compensation. They are facing several lawsuits because they either fail to complete projects promptly or the repairs are substandard and quickly fail again.
We had new windows installed a year ago still having issues - company refuses to fix the problem, using every excuse in the book - even though we were told lifetime warranty
