I purchased a fan heater around about the end of September 1st of October and I've used it a few times in those few times I had no problems with it but on November 17th I use my heater to warm my room I turned my heater on as I was walking out of my room to go and fix me some food and when I did that I started to smell something burning I came back in and the card was burning so I went to unplug it and then it caught a fire and in that socket my wall socket my TV is plugged up in that socket as well so I tried to unplug it and it was stuck to that wall socket and I got it unplugged and it was burnt where my TV is plugged up too and my TV immediately turned off and it wouldn't turn back on I couldn't get my TV plug out of the wall and I have a 49 in LG flat screen TV and it's a smart TV and I'm not saying this because I'm just upset because I've never done a complaint to a store before I've never had to I love roses and I use my heater because I have arthritis I have multiple sclerosis I'm always shopping that roses I'll get good stuff out of roses but I use my head because I'm cold blooded I'm cold all the time and I just don't understand what happened to my eating and I don't have a heater in my room and I'm just upset about the fact that my heat is not working now my TV is not working now I don't know what I'm going to do I'm going to fix income I usually manage things and I don't have to eat I don't have my TV I don't know what to do so that's why I'm doing this complaint because this was just a new thing to me.
Claimed loss: Fan Heater, LG 49' Flat Screen, Smart TV, and Wall socket.
Desired outcome: Replace what's lost.
I meant to put fixed income . And this is my first store complaint.
This is my first complaint I just want to get this handled.
