Why send out advertising paper of items that store has never received?
Sales advertised paper comes in mail however Department store Manager at the Rose's in North Wilkesboro claims what I wanted advertised in brochure has not even shown up to store. Roses is false advertising. I wasted gas going to get Pride 50/50 anti-freeze coolant advertised for 6.99 and Fall pet apparel for 4.99. for the effective dates 9-25-22 to 10-8-22 on 10/5/22. The pet section had no clothes but one tee shirt and was practically empty. Store Manager said truck coming in Friday and will call me if the items I am needing has arrived to store.
Manager Onsite At Hickory NC Roses Department Store (Sunday, 9/18/2022 around 2:30 PM), Believe Her Name is "Colleen"
This incident occurred at around 2:30 PM, Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the Hickory, NC Roses store.
I had shopped and the cashier, with whom provided excellent customer service, had rang up all of the items that I intended to purchase. The grand total exceeded $70.00. There was one item, however, that rang up as $14.99. There was NO price tag on the item for $14.99, however, I saw a tag for $11.99 that could be seen through a "white label". I asked the cashier to call for the manager, which she did. When the manager came up, I told her that the item rang up for $14.99, however, there is a price on the item for $11.99. very rudely, she stated that the item is $14.99 and I am not going to mark it down:. I stated that there is not a tag for $14.99, but that I see $11.99. She stated, very rudely again, you see the $11.99 as you are staring at the tag...
The $11.99 can be send on top of the Dept# 31, Sku 441558 section. The photo of the item is attached also.
I then asked for the General Manager's name, she stated his name was George or something. I asked for the phone number and she proceeded, again to be quite rude in getting the number. I asked her, what is your name, she did not tell me but said, she called me over the intercom (or something along those lines). She did not give me her name. I asked the cashier and I believe she said that her name is Colleen. The number that the manager gave me is [protected] and I will contact them tomorrow.
This manager did not provide any type of good or even half way decent customer service. At the end, I decided not to spend any of my money and left every item there. The tone was rude, condescending and dismissive. She did not even think to try to be courteous or respectful. This exchange was done while other customers were waiting in line behind me to be serviced. This person, manager, should not have the responsibility of being a manager of a retail store if they do not have the where withal to deal with the public in a courteous manner. There was no consideration of the total amount of the potential sale of that day. No thought of a compromise or anything to please the customer. I also encourage Roses to make sure that all products are properly tagged and this issue will not occur.
Colleen, or whatever her name is, needs proper customer service training because she failed in this instance.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate an apology and advice regarding additional customer service training provided to the local managerial staff.

I have never been mistreated in any Roses store that I have ever been in. This store the associate was prejustice toward me. The way she treated me was unreal. She was not willing to assist me do to the color of my skin. It was like back in slavery time. That is how I would describe it. This is the only Roses in Dunn NC. Store #26. The address 1817 West Cumberland St. The time is 4:39pm. The cashier's name was Debbie.
Desired outcome: Disciplinary action needs to take place. Suspension without pay to have her think about what she did. Noone deserves to be treated like that.
My opinion she should be fired... Point blank, you don't have any right removing anything off of somebody's body.
I was working in my department stocking an I thought it would be fun to wear one of the travel neck pillows that had animal faces on it during my shift, apparently I offended a employee that was in another department, so the assistance manager in training came up to me and decided it was her job to remove the neck pillow off of me herself without properly and professionally just taking me to the side an talking to me about it. It was embarrassing and things like that are just not acceptable.
Being followed by employee
I was shopping w my fiance like we normally would and this employee who works at roses in tdega bama was following me constantly finally I got tired of it I asked her is there a reason your following me she said I'm not following you just putting stuff away like seriously everywhere I go you go I couldn't take it anymore so I approached the manager of the employee told him how she was following me around and I didn't like it he said she can do what she wants just like that I said what why is she not following everyone else around but me, the bigger boss was a lady I asked her if she asked her to follow me she said no I said if you want you can follow me come on I don't mind well she said no I'm not going to follow you the girls manager was a guy and bigger boss was a girl well he said that is a rule that they have I asked him to show it to me along with the other boss they both told me no and I said okay I'm not going to deal with this anymore and I put everything I had in cart on side and me and my fiance walked out
Desired outcome: I contact the company over roses but she told she will have the district manager call me regarding my complaint refuse to answer my question on how harassment is ok or not
Poor management
I was in your store in Roanoke Va. on Williamson Rd. today 8/25/2022 about 1.00 pm and purchased a product for 4.99 and the cost was 5.25 and I gave the young man a 5.00 and a 1.00 bill and he did not have enough change in the drawer to give me .75 cents back I had to go back to the car and get a quarter from my wife to pay the bill this is pure sorriness on the management to not have change to do business with I would hope you can do better than this for someone to run you stores and also most of the time there is not any shopping cart there to shop with or if there is they are broke if you are intending to stay in business anywhere you need to do better than this I like your stores to shop in but there is no excuse for this sorry service you will not survive like this and also many products are not priced in the stores which causes people mot buy them costing you sales I know it does in my case
Desired outcome: I only expect you to do better than this I know its hard to find help now days but no change in the drawer to make change is not acceptable anywhere

I git off work early today specifically to come to store and return item. I walk in 15 minutes before closing and was denied service. I was told the"store is closing in 15 minutes and we not doing returns" I was rudly told so before I even got in line. It doesn't take 15 minutes to return an item so why was I rudly denied service while the store was still open for business? I felt embarrassed, felt as I f u wasted my time and money. This was uncalled for. Why was I denied service? If I were going in to purchase something I wouldn't have been turned away. Now my wife is going to be mad when I get home and I still have producthis was a terrible experience.
Restroom closed for two years.
Hello the store in North Randall, Ohio has its restrooms closed to the public for two years now because they dont want clean it. It says out of order. Now, I have actually sat there and watched the employees go in and out of the same restroom to use it. This is not right to shoppers who have special problems or to shoppers in general. I am asking you to have the restrooms open to the public, please. They are not broken, the employees uses them.

I was harassed by management at the Senatobia Ms Location 8/20/2022 no one wanted to hear my story but wanted to play victim and threatened to call the police when I got loud and stated I was going to file a harassment charge on them which I have all the proof I need Cassandra was showing favoritism to her nephew he comes in at 11 goes on break at 1 I came in at 9 never got a break I’m the minor he’s not a worker ran the store by themselves on 8/21/2022 customers as well as other employees will be able to back my statement up

Air mattress
My wife had brought a mattress for my god daughter and grand daughter to sleep on it 08-19-2022 come to find out it had a leak coming from the valve where you put the air in so i brought it back on 08-22-2022 to exchange it for another one but i did not have the receipt and i ask her i just brought it two days ago and she said its not her problem if i don't have a receipt
Desired outcome: I left the mattress there and the manager latoya did nothing bout it but took the mattress with the hole in it and put it back on the shelf for resale
I haven'tve purchase a queen air mattress for 30.00 and only had it for 2 days and tried to return it and they told me they couldn't exchange it that was the policy in Orangeburg sc at the Orangeburg mall. The day was August 21 2022 at 130 pm
Management of Roses in St. Paul, VA
The management team at Rose's in St. Paul, VA is constantly sitting outside the store. They talk about how much till they take in each day with customers. They are in the parking lot kissing (female kissing female) and hands all over each other. They are constantly cussing in the store and putting customers down. They are unwilling to help any customers.

Yes I have been working for roses for a year now and 8.00. Dollars a hour ain’t nothing when you can go to McDonald’s and make 10.00 a hour and when you have to put up with rude customer yeah that not fun I stay there because I love what I do but I may have to do somewhere else if the pay don’t change

At the roses store on Baltimore Annapolis Blvd at Cromwell station I was standing in line and the I guess manager with pink colored hair, a young man was belittling and talking down to an employee, he was yelling at her and being incredibly unprofessional. She said she didn't like how he was speaking to her and he got even worse on her. The young lady rung me up, I believe her name is Cathy or Catherine...poor girl didn't deserve that at all.
Desired outcome: He needs serious training in how to handle and speak to employees. Preferred outcome is he needs to be demoted down to the level of the same employees he treats so badly.

The roses store in oxford NC 27565 store number 526 714 Granville corners , The employee Tracy, was very rude and told me to go back to my store, i work next door to the roses store and it was customer behind me in line asking if roses sell the Coca Cola penny bank, obviously she didn’t see them in roses well my store next door sells them and Tracy told me to get out of her store and go next door, after i just purchase some items it was very rude of her to kick me out of the store and the date and time is 5/02/2022 at 12:45:47

I am visiting this area and decided to store by Roses, 5341 Dorchester rd, N Charleston, sc. I walked thru and I decided to pick up some Dove body wash. The sign I saw said 4.99.
I went thru the register operated by cashier Lisa. It rang up 5.99. Which is only a dollar but that’s not the point. I asked her about the price. She began to get very nasty with me. She implied that I can’t read a sign in front of me. I remained calm. Little does she know I’m a retired school teacher and read very well. I’m not one to argue so I took my bag and walked out. If this lady represents your store you really have poor representation and don’t care about your customers.
No matter where I travel, I will never shop in a roses again and will let others know.
I will not leave my address. I’m not sure if she will get it.

Jeans / pricing
On April 20, 2022, I was trying to purchase 3 pairs of jeans that was priced at. 99. This price was on each pair front and back. The cashier said that was the wrong price. She called another Rose's worker over which I thought was the manager. She said the wrong price was on the Jeans, and it should be 9.99. Well I said that not my fought it's priced at. 99. She talked to another lady Which was the manager. The manager said I could not get them for. 99 but I can get the for $8.99... I told her no that's not what the tag said. They need to apologize to my grandmother for making me hit her and compensate me for medical bills and legal fees to defend my case.
Because I am angry at them I hit my 92 year old grandmother so badly that she needed stitches. I am facing criminal charges thanks to them. and have to pay hr medical bills so I am asking for compenstion.

4/11 at about 5:30 pm. I walked in the store. As I began to browse. I was told that I would have to leave my back pack up front. I asked why. I was told it was store policy. I asked if the policy was posted and I pointed out a lady that had a purse bigger than my bag. After no response I immediately got upset. After being asked to leave. I gave a few choice words. I don't appreciate being profiled because of my skin color.
