The roses store here in conway sc.29526. Store number 562 2300 church st conway sc 29526. Every time you go to the store and shop they always have one cashier and other workers are outside smoking cigerettes and manager stands around.

Patio egg chair broke within weeks of purchase
I purchased a patio egg chair on 3/16/22 from the Montgomery location at 4001 Eastern Blvd. suite 120 zip 36116. I rarely sit outside and am a reasonably sized person, on 3/27/22 while sitting in the chair it just gradually fell apart literally underneath me. My quam is that when myself and my husband spoke to the manager on duty (Vanessa) she told us basically once it left the store if it didn’t break there it’s our problem no return. But when I called myself at 9 a.m. a male personnel told me that I could in fact being the product back just ask for Vanessa. I understand the chain being whole sale but it literally has not been 30 days since I made the purchase which I think is unfair business practice. I initially said that I world exchange it if there were more available but at this point I would just like a refund in the method of payment that I made the purchase (debit card).

I got to the checkout counter on 3/28 My total was 13.27. I handed the cashier a 20. She said she has no change of. 93 to add to the 6.00 that's due me. There was no sign up asking that exact change be used. I had to wait for the RUDE keyholder to come to refund the 20 back so that a card could be used. The issue at state is why would I have to give up.93 when the store were not willing to give me.27😩

On Saturday March 12, 2022 I purchase battery in store which was price at $3.99 in store but when I check out it ring up $5.99 , I notice the error before leave out of the store, I turn around and explain this to cashier the batteries is ringing up wrong she call so name Vanessa to come help me she up to the front of the store with so Krispy Kreme doughnuts in her hand, very unprofessional. I was very disappoint the no one can give a correct answer on when my money with be credit back to my account. later on the day I check my account to see if my money in pending back to my account it was no show, so I contact Rose discount Store#528 located at 4001 Eastern Blvd Montgomery Alabama, Spoke with person who said he was the manger of that store refused to give his name very impolite rude person to be a manager he overtalking me and come not give correct information regarding to how long take for a refund credit to go back on debit card. I will not recommend anyone to shop at this store cause

Sylva store manager
Tried to return merchandise to Sylva,NC store. It had been 40 days not 30 since purchase. Have shopped this location since 2003. I didn't want money just to exchange for correct size. Manager informed me that he couldn't do that and "If I could learn to read I would see it had been 2 months since I bought the merchandise and that it say 30 days." First of all no need to be a rude a**hole to a longtime loyal customer" so I got rude back and told him to F off. I then pushed the Cart out of my way hitting the door. He actually had the audacity to call the police and lie telling them I broke the door when in actuality a screw fell out of the door handle. Laughable this male chauvinist pig actually wanted to see me arrested. Funny part is the cop actually referred to the Manger as an [censored] and said he calls cops the time. Maybe if the store was maintained and not such a crap hole the screw wouldn't have fell out. Roses your nothing but a junk store anymore so you won't see my money anymore. By the way the cops thought is was hilarious and I didn't get arrested

I am complaining about the The customer service that I just experienced at the Millsboro Delaware location. I have a business and I am a house cleaner and a went And for some cleaning supplies and personal. I have a two separate transactions and the second transaction I will receive $10 in change. The lady at the counter never gave it to me so I went over to look at a shovel and a rake since I put it on doing my garden this spring. And I looked at the receipts and I looked all over myself. My $10 was not there. So the manager came out with an attitude as normal and countdown her drawer will guess what she had my $10. I don’t know why people think they can get away from stealing but it’s so wrong to do that to someone else thank God I keeping track of what I am doing. The lady that try to get me for my $10 I hope she gets fired I can’t stand thieves. And I will be back in that store tomorrow. I live right behind there and enjoy shopping in that store. I just wish we had better people to hire than thieves.

I visited roses in Dunn NC in December looking for Christmas lights and as I was arriving to the isle I spotted some workers talking down on the other workers and treating them terribly. i thought roses had a friendly environment but I suppose not. I will not be visiting this store anymore until disciplinary actions are taken. That is bullying and it's disrespectful to be treated that way in a work environment.

I went into the Montgomery, Alabama location on Eastern Boulevard and the cashier was very rude. I love the store and prices but as I waited patiently in the line to exchange an item she told me to step to the side. There was no one to assist after I waited in the line for twenty minutes just to wait even longer to exchange the item. The store manager was no where to be found and I was not given any explanation. Please if all possible assist the cashiers and managers with some customer service training and please place price of items into the items for purchase. Highly disappointed with the customer service and their attitudes, if they could receive some type of training it would be sufficient. Thanks, and happy holidays!

Good Day,
I have a compliant pertaining to returning two items. I have a picture copy of my receipt due to a chance of the original getting list. I attempted to return this item today and was told they had to have the hard copy even thought all the information was able to be read. One of the cashiers even stated that if the items were from another store they could scan the items and get the rest of the information from the receipt I'd the manager approved. We'll the manager did not approve. Many other stores would return with picture of receipt or debit card used when purchased.

Customer service from cashier- Montrese
I was in the Roses store #0266 at approximately 13:01:41.. I went through the customer service land because I had to return an item and I had list my receipt. I had been told by another cashier I could do an exchange but couldn't get any money back, which was fine. I approached the cashier- Montrese and told her I wanted to return the item I had with no receipt and just do exchange and that I knew I couldn't get my money back because of no receipt. Montrese turned the cashier next to her and inquire about the transaction, that lady advised I could do an exchange but no cash refund. Montrese rang up all my items and then told me my total purchase price. I knew it was wrong because it was extremely too high. I asked her if she deducted my return off? Montrese in a hostile manner said " you can't get cash back". I said I know but did you give me credit on my return? Once again very hostile she said " you can't get cash back". At that time the other cashier heard as people in the line did too. The other cashier came over to the register and made the transaction correctly, explaining to Montrese at the same time how to correct her mistake. Then in another rude manner Montrese said it's waiting on you just like it was the first time! Customer in line were looking at me and rolling their eyes at how Montrese was speaking to me. Then Montrese bagged my items and and threw them over to me. I picked up my items and I told Montrese "if she treats all her customers like me she needs to find another job"! Montrese spoke to abruptly " I'm a customer and a human being too". I then just turn and walked out the store. The police was in the store and he witnessed the behavior of Montrese the cashier, and he following me outside and he told me that I didn't have to take that kind of treatment. ( so you know it had to have been a bad scenic for the policeman to follow me out of this Roses store) So that brings me here. Montrese got me so upset i didn't tell her I was a senior to my discount off of 10 percent. I'm 64 years old and she didn't even go ahead and discount my receipt voluntarily.

I worked for Roses Department Store in Marion Indiana. I started on November 20th 2021, I worked from 9 to 4 on the 20th & 9 to 4 on the 21st. I went into work the following day Monday November 22nd at 7 a.m. I was hired as a key~holder, the store manager never gave me keys, I quit on 11/22/2021 Due to showing up at work with no~one at the store to let me in. I have not recieved my paycheck. I would appreciate someone resolving this issue.

I have been a customer at Roses Discount store for quite a while. Recently proctor and gamble had a coupon for 2.50 off dove body wash 22oz and above. This particular store was very rude about honoring these coupons. The coupon clearly stated two items per transaction per shopping trip, I was even told to pay for one and go to the end of the line to pay for the other. Each time I went in there it was some issue which held up the lines. These people at this store are very rude and don't understand the concept of using a simple coupon.I would never recommend this store to family or friends

I want to add something. Sadly what happened at Roses made me very angry. Infact I was so angry that when a mother with a three year old told me that i was out of line i told her to shut up. If she did not apologize to me i would beat up her toddler. Her husband said that if i touch his daughter he would send me home in a stretcher. What a coward. A nan threatened a woman with physically harm. The cashier took his side. I was told that I was nit welcome back. Later i told my grandmother about my experience. She us hard of hearing. I was too angry to remember this. I thought that she was not paying attention. I took her cane and started hitting her with it. Now I face assault charges thanks to Roses. Roses made me so angry that i took the angry out on my frail grandmother and threatened a 3 year old. I face criminal charges thanks to them.
