I ordered a dress from Rotita.com on the 27th of febuary and i still havent recieved my order!
It states on the website it ships in 1-4 days. I emailed the administrator and he informed me the delay because of their holidays which was in early febuary.
I asked if i can pay for express shipping but he ignored my question and said the item needs 4-8 weeks. I asked for a full refund and he refused. I explained how disappointed i am for their fake advertisement of shipping and also with ignoring my questions but he didnt seem to care at all.After a few days the administrator emailed me saying my item is done and ready to ship i replied asking if itll come before a certain date and he replied saying it needs 4-7 weeks i questioned why that long if my order is done but no reply! Ive been email Rotita for the past few days but no reply at all! This is driving me crazy because now im left with nothing for a special occasion thats in 4 days and also i cant even get my money back!

I ordered a dress from Rotita.com and it looked NOTHING like the picture so when I asked to return it, they tried to "offer compensation" and tell me it wasn't worth returning. What the heck

I don't have words for how bad of an online shopping experience this was. Poor shipping, Poor materials, Poor craftsmanship. I can't wear not one item purchased. Do not order from this site, it's horrible.

Do a charge back. Tell them the item was never received and or the items were not what you ordered! That's what I am doing. When I opened the package and took the items out I literally laughed! They truly looked like Halloween costumes! The materials and craftsmanship were beyond bad! I just cannot understand how these people get away with things like this? I will not stop until I get my money back and I will file complaints until I am blue in the face! Ugh so frustrating!

I ordered a t-shirt from my daughter 4 weeks ago. The tracking e-mail number worked a week ago showed a site that indicated the item was in transit. Now I cannot access the website or the tracking information. I am reading many complaints about this company online.

I ordered a jumpsuit on 1/20/2016 and I still haven't recieved it yet...when I ordered it they said 5-7 business days and it has been two weeks! I will never order from them again...I wouldnt advise anyone else to order from them either...they got my money but I didn't get the product...

Took ages to deliver to swimsuits, both were really badly sized, nowhere near the size they stated on their website, both were damaged as well! After much arguing with their 'customer service' department, and trust me, there was no service, they offered me a 60% refund on return of the goods at my cost. They keep saying that I had to bear in mind how cheap the products were so they were basically saying they themselves didn't expect much in the way of quality! Both items are fit for the bin.

I ordered a swimsuit in March. Webpage states 4 days for shipping. I still have not received the swimsuit but they sure have received my money.
Tracking states order received and payment received but unshipped.
WHAT THE HELL! I will be posting on facebook how crooked this company is. I will continue to post until I receive a refund or my product.

I ordered a bathing suit on April 2, 2016 today is April 18, 2016 no word at all no confirmation. They sure took my money out of paypal immediately. I have been more than patient. But they do not contact you back. No tracking information NOTHING. I have opened a dispute on paypal. I want my money back immediately. My advice do not purchase from this site.

I order several items from them in March and even paid for expedited shipping. I have not received my items. When I told them to cancel my order, they kept telling me I had to take a store credit for over $400! I told them I wanted a refund and they just wouldn't listen! I have multiple correspondence with them asking them to just be done with their company before I took any action and they refuse to listen. Do not do business with this fraudulent company!

Ordered 2 bathing suits March 28 and they billed paypal March 29. After
sending tickets why it was charged before shipped was told it was hot deal and sometimes takes longer. I have sent 3 tickets I think now and finally told them to cancel and refund my money. The next morning (April 26) I got shipping notification. When I went to shipping website no information. Now the shipping website won't even open 17track.net? I guess it is time to contact paypal.

I placed an order with this company for a dress and bathing suit, both in 3X. I wear a 2X in the US. It took FOREVER to receive my order and I contacted them twice about it before it was finally mailed. Then, when I got them... They are both EXTREMELY small. I've contacted them about returning them and they gave me the run around and then stopped answering me. Very disappointed. Horrible company.

i ordered a dress here last April 12, 2016 for $22.41. Up until now (June 1, 2016) i still don't have my package. I asked for my money back weeks ago and they told me to think twice for them coz the amount was too much. I have been exchanging emails with them to no luck. I just read their email from yesterday asking me what refund mean? Like really?

on 6/1 you deducted $29.95 from my checking. You have been paid, now Paypal notifies you should have been paid by them, not my checking. No shipping date has been noted as yet. Please let me know if you are going to ship my blouse (since you were paid). Otherwise please reimburse the amount to my checking. Thank you.

Cheap material, can't seem to get a refund, too small, bought an extra large looks like a medeum. The entire order is a disapiontment. Very angry at the scam to america and me
