waited a long time for order, part of it came later. shrimp the size of a dime!
Arrived at Ruby Tuesdays at 5:00p.m. on Tihlman St. in Allentown, Pa. Placed our order at 5:05. Received cold and old coffee to start with then waited 30 minutes for cheeseburger and New Orleans seafood. Half way through my cheeseburger fries finally showed up. My wifes 5 or 6 shrimp were so small I could'nt believe it. Looked around and noticed restaurant only half full.With (4) cooks working 7 waitresses and (2) managers standing around waiting for orders. Both managers appeared to be lost as to how to operate the business especially when you see 7 waitresses waiting for orders all at the same time.
$50 gift card
I just left your establishment on west ridge road in Rochester, ny. I inquired about the $50 gift if i could by now use it and the $15 gift to use during promotional months she said yes. When the Bill came I paid cash and she returned I realize it was not the same girl but they look alike. I waited 15 minutes for my waitress to come back or anyone to come by, I also after 20 minutes waived 2 girls inside bar area and one girl stared at me but no reaction. 2 others were on there cell phones texting in back room that I can see through little window. Finaly I get up and go to bar the woman with dead stair says did you wave at me, I said yes I was trying to get help and explained I wanted to buy$50 gift card but didn't realize writes was a different person than hostess and that I wanted to do that to get $15 card. She goes in back and gets your manager Douglas Claus and immediately as he walks out starts telling me in a rude voice I can't do that not happening if you want to buy a $50 card I can sell you one. I told him I just paid $80 cash and wanted to get gift card to get $15 free gift card. He said can't do it did you close out I [protected]@rdidiamonds.com how should I know if i closed out but I have been waiting 20 minutes for help. Douglas goes in the back comes back out and said no it is already closed out and can't do anything about it. I said why not refund the check and the do it, he so said no it is considered fraudulent sorry. I told him your kidding me i waited and if your staff would of came out from behind I could of taken care of it. Then I walked out

Cleanliness: Yesterday Monday April 10 6:00pm I went to the Ruby's in Holmes Pa. by myself to eat dinner. I sat at the bar and notice the bar top was sticky and greasy. This was not just the spot I sat down at but all over the side that I was sitting. I ask for a moist napkin and wiped to wipe my area down. I asked the bartender for a beer and noticed as he poured it the over flow was flowing out of the swill drain in the floor and going across the floor (where he and waitress were walking through it.) to the floor drain. The areas behind the counter looked like it had been sometime since they were wiped down and cleaned.
Service: A couple sitting in the booth to my left looked disturbed and talking to each other. After about 20 minutes the waitress asked if the bartender knew that there were no ribs tonight because they hadn't been put in the oven. Apparently the couple had been wAiting for there ribs to come out for over an hour and were then told that there were no ribs. They left angry. No more than 15 minutes later 2 gentlemen sat be side me and ordered ribs from the bartender. He placed the order and walked in the back. I told the gentlemen what had happened to the other couple a they said something to the bartender, who then corrected it.
I have frequented this Ruby's many time and have noticed a reduction in the cleanliness and service at the bar over the last 2 years. I hope this is corrected the next time I visit. I really like your food but can't tolerate this neglect.
small burgers
We used to love Ruby Tuesday's the food was good and plentiful and the price seemed about right. Now the burgers have shrunk and the fries have gone way down hill to the point that I no longer want them on my plate. However, the price has not declined. I do not like paying premium for second rate. These burgers should not cost more than 5$ and those potatoes need to be given back the dignity that they deserve.

I don't remember what her name, but she has brown hair and wears glasses and works bar tender, but I went with my husband on a date and I've seen her give an attitude jto a couple customers and I saw her give attitude to a few employees who where actually really polite to her. It really sickened me, and it just made me not wanna come back to the Augusta...

My wife and I went to Store #5013 Blue Ash, Oh on check #4544 on April 7, 2017 at 6:17 PM. I told the waitress that I would order a small chicken tender dinner and the additional salad bar for $3.99 I would share with my wife. When the bill came, I was charged $9.99 for my wife's salad bar. The waitress said she would fix the issue. The manager returned and said that because I ordered the salad bar separately and therefore had to charge $9.99 for the item according to Ruby Tuesday Policy. There is nothing stated on the menu, that says you can not split a meal.
Moral of the story. Get your ticket before you get your meal.
It is a shame the waitress was so friendly, but the manager was so not managerial.

I took myself and my 3 children to Ruby Tuesday in Northport Alabama (Store #3610) . Upon ebering the restaurant we were greater at the door and seated after 3min the server came got our order for drinks and my son also ask for the complimentary biscuit the server replied they might not have none because they go thru them like water. We where brought our drinks and place our order for the meals. After about 22mins my smallest kids received there meal then about 3minutes more my son & I received our meals. I ask for ketchup & mayo we received it & our check for the food we ordered before we can attempt to start eating. My son once again requested some biscuits the server said the people in the kitchen do what they want to do back there and no biscuits and tured an walked away. Upon looking at the food and checking it it was not hot, nor fully cooked, and the scent from some items smelled bad & removed from the plate my son asked for a refill an was ignored as we sat there the servers, kitchen staff (cooks ) all stood watching & staring at us as we attempted to eat some of what we ordered the just stood, some even sat down and watch us the entire time and yet no one helped in anyway. I gather to pay the $32.83 for the unsatisfactory food so me and my children could leave immediately. I took a picture of my receipt because I felt I wouldn't get a copy and of course the server just walked up grab the check & money and took it to the front and sat back done. No one said nothing. I am so hurt an just appalled at the experience me and my children received. I mean to share my experience with others about this. Normally the staff have been amazing and this time it was rude, an eye opening to me I would not go again nor recommend this restaurant to anyone that's just how much it affected me & my family.

Me and my family went to ruby tuesdays in Mayfair NC right by military cut off and we always go to ruby Tuesday but this time we went to a different one for our anniversary for one year of marriage and the friendliness was great but those food was AWFUL. It tasted like left overs and as if our food was cooked on a dirty grill. It was 9 pm spent $100 and it just was a horrible experience. I live in Jasper Alabama and the Ruby Tuesday down here is good food wise but the service and employees is horrible. They are so rude to people making to go orders over the phone and then when you go to pick them up they argue with you about what you order and when your dining in they never refill your drinks you have to flag down your server to get a refill and they don't bring out the cheese biscuits you have to ask for them and then they bring 2 biscuits to a table of 8! Plus since when did y'all start serving the food in baggies? My to go order today the rice was in a baggie and if I wanted my food bagged I'd go to the grocery store and get it. People in corporate need to do some house cleaning starting with the manager that hires all the incompetent people that are rude and work there that don't know how to do their job!'

My name is Ron Ohr, I have 43 years experience in the food service industry, I am currently employed at the Dubois PA Ruby Tuesday, I am the opening chef and work doubles on the weekend.
Approximately 1 month ago I pointed out a rattle and obvious noise in the hood fans and reported it to my manager Mike Mancusco. Apparently the wheels turned so slow that the bearings burnt out A WEEK AGO, and we have been running without them. Hello? Anybody aware of the heat index of a Ruby Tuesday line in full operation? The kitchen staff is expected to fulfill its duties in unbearable heat. In all my years I have never been subjected to such working conditions, it was a waitress that brought 3 small fans to blow the smoke around and our manager Jan Wyant is so casual about the situation as our refrigeration is now shot. The protein box next to the grill has been running in the 50's and 60's since last Thursday. Maybe a atta boy would be nice from the boss as I struggle with the catering AND significant to go orders on the daily, or a Gatorade after ten hours on the grill on our busy Saturdays.
In ALL my years, I've never seen anything like it anywhere, running a restaurant with no proper ventilation and expecting anything less than catastrophic refrigeration problems, and subjecting professional chefs to perform their duties, and all the BOH employees is crazy. I've lost all respect for our G.M and Ruby Tuesday in general for allowing this situation to continue, I get really pissed when I'm told I'm not wearing my apron correctly, really? That will fix things...

On 4/3/17 a server said to a customer who was in a hurry due to her dad was dieing. The sever was DENNIS LAMB said I don't give a #### right to their face and took like 20 mins to cash them out

I am being discriminated against because i m disabled. This is my 12th year with the company .i love rubys.tje store im at now has not always treated me well and lately the new gsc veronica golden has told host not to seat me because of my back, told me i should not be working at this job, screamed at me in front of guests and coworkers.she has told host not to seat me with parties, made parties wait when i had open tables.ive talked to my manager but she feels like her back is agai st the wall because veronica is needed right now as we are short handed and because erin was not there she couldnt stop veronica from not giving me tables..i have. Dedicated 12 years of my life but i cant. Keep going to work and only geeting threee or four tables a shift its not fair.

Went to the one in Collinsville Il, left my glasses there went back this morning to see if they were still there. The manager on duty was rude and said to me it's not his responsibility to keep up with my glasses. We spent a total with tip 100$. I would expect a little bit more from a manager. The food wasn't that good and I still left a 20$ tip. I have never felt the way I did today from a manager. He was very disrespectful. Will never eat here again.

My wife & I Stopped here @ Ruby Tuesday's #4612 for a happy belated valentine's day together @ around 6 PM & didn't get 2 finish dinner at 7:24 PM! Our Server who waited on us Tyler A. says: "Valentine's Day here was a NIGHTMARE!" What a terrible thing 2 say 2 a customer. My wife ordered the new York strip steak medium well, garden bar, & add 2 shrimp skewers, & ice sweet- t. I ordered the California primvara, w/ the garden bar, & 2 drink had a glass of water w/ lemon, & a cup of coffee. @ the salad bar I couldn't believe how awful the freshness was on the lemons & limes over the top of the salad bar. I stopped & told 1 of the workers there that the salad bar is not 2 fresh over top. Lemons & limes are rotten. Had 2 wait close to 5 minutes just to speak with a manager. Pointed out 2 the manager that what the freshness quality issues were. He told me flat out: "We change out the produce every single Night!" I have worked in produce in grocery stores for over 20 year! Stopped by 2 weeks later still same problem. Then my wife & I stopped in Last Friday & the freshness was Absolutely Horrible! The same server Tyler A SUCKED! The new Manager says: "They have 2 put out what they get!"
Looks like there will be a bee hive of big wigs at that restaurant studying every move at that location! If you don't take care of your customers and listen too them - you will go out of business!

I came in this monday the 27th with my children for a family dinner around 630pm at your south riding location . I have come into this location many times with my family and have always enjoyed my dinning experience and the food. After this last dinner I don't believe I will be able to come to your location again. While our server was attentive and frankly fantastic I'm afraid I'm writing to speak about your choice of management. I first saw her when walking in she was standing at the bar chatting with staff while we were waiting to be sat. After being sat, when one of the other staff had attended to us she did not even move from where she was standing even after noticing us, we ordered and our food and it took entirely too long to come out. While waiting I over heard this "manager" speaking to your staff in a completely inappropriate manner. The explicit language she used was disgusting and completely unlike what I have always thought Ruby tuesdays stood for. This is so unlike the family friendly environment I have come to love over my years of coming to your restraunts. I am apalled that this location could be so pressed for staff to have a manager on who does not even care about the way she speaks in ear shot of children. When our food finally came out she didn't even come over to check on us. I guess she was too busy socializing to notice how long we had sat waiting. While eating I even over heard her yelling and berating a staff member in the dining room which I thought was completely unprofessional. At this point I do not plan on coming back. You have lost a loyal costumer and need to look closely at the people you choose to put in charge of your restaurants.

Me, my sister and my aunt went to Ruby Tuesday today. We all ordered the same thing. The triple bacon cheeseburger. I made sure I said bacon cheeseburger b/c also on the menu was a triple burger without the bacon and cheese, needless to say the waitress still messed up our order and we got a burger without bacon or cheese. We told her that the order was wrong so she apologized and said they would fix it. When they brought our food back, we got a burger with cheese and still no bacon..we told her again that they forgot the bacon and just decided not to worry about it..so we begin eating our food, my burger that I ordered was suppose to be well done but it was still pink in the middle, I had to pick around the burger in order to not eat the raw part and decided not to worry the waitress since they apparently couldn't get our order right..We were 3/4 into our burger when she brought out 3 strips of cold bacon to us, by this time we were almost done with our burger and fries..I also asked her for a refill on my drink and she clearly forgot that as well and by this time was bringing us our checks..

I was taken back when my fiance and I came in to meet some friends from work and the bartenders decided to put everything on our tab without asking me! Who does that? After $303.00 later I was stcuck with a bill that had been clearly over charged! I will keep posting and calling until I get my money back! Or Iwill make sure my company and my co workwra never seg foot jn your establishment!

Why did the server give me a coaster asking me to sign up for a free appetizer. Wasted my time doing so and then Michelle said we don't do that here, What does that even mean...It invited me on the coaster she put my drink on to apply and I would get a free appetizer. Who does that...She thought she was a blast humiliating me for dare asking. Asked for a manager I suspected she was on something because she kept laughing at me and playing with her hair it was bizarre. 25 Minutes later someone named Dave came to the table we were about to leave I don't think he was a manager but he said no you cant have it. I never saw Michelle again had to hunt her down to pay. Somebody else dropped the food on the table and that was it. That was the extent of service.

Me and my family went for dinner and first of all my sister ordered the cailfornia primavera pasta and it looked nothing like the picture when it came to the table because they didn't put the basil pesto sauce on it and they didn't put as many veggies on it as were shown in the picture. Secondly, me and my mom both ordered burgers, cooked well done inside and when we got our burgers they were well done but they were burnt. And lastly the fries that we got served weren't cooked all the way, they we under cooked.
