I've visited the north augusta location 3 times in the last 30 days because we like the food and their staff is grade a. I certainly can't give the corporation a good grade! They refuse to get off their fat wallets and have the ac system fixed right or have it replaced. Each time we went, we were notified that there was an issue with the ac. Only working in the bar section, not working at all and the third time we decided to go because it had been a week and we figured it would be all fixed and chillin. Wrong! Still broken and it was in the 90's for the past week. Shame on you ruby tuesday ceo's. You have no concern for your employee's and apparently none for me and my family. So I will spend my money elsewhere.

First, I did NOT receive my complimentary coupon for a free meal that I complained about neatly a month ago. Secondly, I visited the Ruby Tuesday in Henderson, NC, and assumed the general manager was the chef because he was wearing a white chef uniform. He had very bad skin, and he was picking his face, and digging in his ear. I inquired, and was informed he was the GM. I consider this VERY unsanitary, and he should not be in the public view, picking his pimples! Lastly, as I stated previously in my last complaint; if I am paying $17.99 for a meal, I deserve my money's worth! I returned my meal because the broccoli and chicken was cold, and I became sick after watching the GM pick his face!

My husband and I and my granddaughter went to Ruby Tuesday's last night we were seated promptly but we waiting for over 10 minutes for server . Then all of a sudden a couple sat themselves behind us. Then of immidiatly a waiter appears and asks them did they sit themselves . He says the table is dirty he goes and gets a towel and cleans it off and then proceeds to take their drink orders. My husband says excuse me we were sitting here before them. He then rudely says wait a minute my husband and I were offended we then got up and we're going to leave he then comes over as we were getting up and ask what we want. We both say we're leaving and he then says go back around and they will sit you with someone else. We were both in shock in his attitude. I immediately went to talk to a manager. I explained everything to him and he apologized, this is not enough! I then made my husband go back in and get the servers name. He (server) then seen my husband and tried to apologize, it was to late. He (Matt) should have done that in the beginning. I go here all the time, I love the salad bar and never had a problem with any other server. I can not believe how rude he was. I know my husband feels it's because he is black that he gave him this attitude, and honestly I do believe it to, in light of everything going on this country I feel this guy should not work with the public with such a bad and ignorant attitude.

Hi my name is joe and I recently visited the ruby Tuesday restaurant in the willow brook mall in Wayne NJ. I took my daughter there to celebrate my birthday as we always do on Memorial Day weekend every year. The service was great as usual and whenter it's slow service or too loud that never bothers us one bit but the chicken dish my daughter ordered made her sick later that night when we got home. She was throwing up quite a bit so I checked her leftover chicken that we took home and it was slightly pink inside. I just hope that this doesn't happen to often but I just wanted to make you aware of this.
overcharge on bill employee stole money
I went to a Ruby Tuesday establishment number 4665 on College Drive in Suffolk VA. Where my bill was $42.69. I checked the charge while I was at the table on my phone it showed $42.69. Ten mins later I went to check my balance again and it showed the charge had changed from $42.69 to $51. 23. I called my bank to see if there was a surcharge or additional fees involved they confirmed there was none. I then called back to the restaurant where I asked to speak with the manager on duty. She said let me get your name and number and I will call you back. 24 hours passed and still no one called me back. I then called back to the restaurant where I was talked very nasty to by a woman named Megan. Saying that there was only the initial charge of $42.69 done. That there must be a problem with my bank. Upon sitting down to figure out gratituity the amount in question adds up to a gratituity charge added. I asked for my money back and was told we can't give you anything you have to contact your bank. Now I eat out all the time and swipe my card at a wide variety of places and have never ever had any problems before nor have I ever had additional charges added simply from swiping my card. I was checked out from Ruby Tuesday at 5:29 pm. I sat at table 70 and Shelly B. Was my waitress. I left her gratituity in cash on the table. At this point I will never ever go to another Ruby Tuesday simply because I was talked nasty to by a manager and they allowed their employee to add additional gratituity to the bill after I paid and left. I will also make sure that everyone I know hears about this and that they in turn will boycott as well. Not only is it wrong to steal from a loyal paying customer but is immorally wrong to go along with it. I demand justice / satisfaction for this. Someone needs to let them know that you can't steal from people. I am also filling police charges for fraud and embezzlement from the employee and the establishment unless this is handled immediately.

Hello, I'd like to say my recent visit to Ruby Tuesday was very disappointing. When I got there and went to the salad bar there was no salad and many other things were empty. I had to wait for salad and had to keep going back to get croutons/cheese/etc. when we placed our order our waitress brought us an appetizer we didn't order but luckily took it off our bill. After we finished our meal our waitress had an issue with understanding how to split the check. I gave her 3 coupons to use whatever worked best however she didn't use any of them and told us she needed her manager but did not try to get him. We ended up leaving a lousy tip and paying full price for everything and upset with our service. I know the feeling of a lousy tip as I am a server but this experience was not good. Very disappointed and will not be returning for a while.

I along with my family went to your Grenada, Miss location last night. The service was awful and so was the food. We had to shake our glasses to get drink refills, then when the waitress did come to our table, she was very rude, even to the point of acting as if she cared not whether they had any customers or not. She brought our appetizers out and they were cold, as well as our plates of other food. The salad bar was a total mess...from the cheese container having a dead fly in it, and being empty, to dressing strewn all over the bar. We stopped in as we were travelling back home. We normally always do eat at Ruby Tuesday wherever we are at if the town has one...so we are RT regulars...I say that to say this...This particular experience was horrible, the worst ever...and being as our ticket was right at $100.00, it should have really been much better. At this time, we have NO intentions of ever returning to another RT unless this issue is rectified, and our next experience be on RT. Due to how horrible our recent experience was, it's only right that our next experience, (meal) be on RT. I asked to speak with a manager last night, and I was informed that the manager was in the back "busy." Really? So "busy" that they couldn't respond to a group of VERY DISSATISFIED "PAYING" customers? Management in NO place should EVER be that "BUSY!" Last night was the worst service experience of our life. Our server Mike lacks the skills to be in the field of service. He struggles to make eye contact, he spilled half of our tray of drinks. I had to get out of my seat to not get wet. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and over 1 hr to get an appetizer. Three tables that came after us got there food before us. Our food came out in sets of twos and the last two were 15-20 minutes after the 1st set. The ribs were not sauced and we were told the cooks did not do a good job. Additional sauce was brought to the table that was cold out of the refrigerator. It took another 20 minutes to get our checks after asking for them. I spoke with the manager to ask for our checks because we were just sitting and while watching him take orders for other tables. His manager had to go get him and give him the directions to close out our tickets before going to place another tables order. All while we are watching people who came after us get there food. With one of the tables having a party of 6 like ours. I even tried to talk to our server to give him some insight on our experience. It was not received because he continued to make excuses and not own his part in the service or lack there of that we received. I cannot remember a time when I did not leave a tip but after trying to speak with the server without any understanding being reached, we wanted to make a point because we were in disbelief. We are from Dallas/Fort Worth. We are visiting Fort Campbell for my newphew's re-enlistment. I was stationed at Fort Campbell from [protected] and I am certain the quality of service then was light years ahead of what we received yesterday. The industry of service is not the field for him. No AC in the restaurant at West plains, Missouri. That really wasn't my problem tho, it was the fact that the air conditioning had been out since Mother's Day which was 3 weeks ago. They told us that it would probably be another two weeks before it would be fixed. These employees of yours are working in very hot conditions, because the heat index outside today was 102! They were extremely nice and very helpful trying to make us comfortable, but this is ridiculous! It shows your lack of concern for your employees and it shows your lack of concern for customers and it shows the level of your mentality! I hope they all walk out and you have to shut the doors because you can't find anyone to work in those conditions. My rant is for your employees, I can deal with no AC for a little while.

I'm complaining about the food l got on my takeout order. I ordered the chicken broccoli pasta. When l got home the food was cool not cold or hot but cool. But the worst thing about the meal was that the pasta was so dry there was little or no sauce on it. I've ordered this meal before with no issues but today it just wasn't done right. Very disappointed...
Food gets cool on the drive home. That's why there are ovens and microwaves. How stupid are you?

Managers were screaming shouting and cussing in the back over shift and working jobs. Several other customers couldn't believe it was happening. I got up from my daughter to ask for a manager and was told that was there managers that were fighting. I then told the other booths of customers that it was the managers fighting and having loud words in the back during lunch hours. I had taken my daughter out for her 14 th Birthday and my 42 Birthday. And we were subjected to blatant disregard and disrespect while we tried to enjoy our lunch but felt very anxious and upset and we just wanted to leave. This happened in Dublin Ga, 31021 near the I 16 exit ramp. Please look into this matter. [protected] if you need to speak to me further.

Latest Ruby Tuesday commercial is probably the worst marketing and branding decision I have ever seen. The screeching and terrible acting is so bad, it's hard pressed to actually finish watching the commercial. I really hope that the executive at Ruby Tuesday would not want this to be the branding of their restaurant. The commercial is so annoying that it puts such a bad taste in your mouth, and the last thing the commercial makes you want to do is dine there. I really hope they get rid of that commercial as soon as possible.

Went to Ruby Tuesday's waited 10 mins for a hostess to acknowledge me and all staff avoided eye contact. A staff member (hostess) walked in my direction and I asked if I should seat myself. Her reply was sarcastic. "Have you eaten at a ruby Tuesdays before? Did you seat yourself then?" Then asked me when I have seated myself. She appeared to be the manager and not just a hostess. Regardless, she did not have a personable or friendly attitude. Also, my chicken was undercooked. Needless to say not returning to eat there again. It was a waste of money.

We went to the ruby tuesdays in cross roads Cary, NC. While there once we received a server he was great, however the other working ruined the experience. The girl rolling silverware behind me was swearing the entire time then the other server sitting in the table next to us started an arguement about who was taking a table with another server. Swearing and at points yelling at each other then to top it off she then stated the she was sorry she is cranky she was bleeding... at that point we paid our tab and left.

My wife & I went to your restaurant ruby Tuesday last night for dinner around 9! My wife ordered the 7oz sirloin steak my wife ordered it to be cooked well, well done! I ordered the ribeye steak and wanted it to be cooked medium well! When we got our food my ribeye was so rare the blood was on my plate. Ruined our dinner! I had asked our server good she fix my steak the way I wanted it! That's when her attitude changed! She SURE I grabbed my plate up and off to the kitchen when she brought it back to me the steak was so charred it was not fit to eat! Our server was terrible I asked for a manager but no one came! We had to have a server for more refills! We spent $30 and that's a lot of money for my family! We were just having a date night! & your servers & management! So thank you for that! I will be calling. better business bureau.

I go to Ruby Tuesdays every other month or so and I usually get either the ribs are a small steak. Everything is usually very good. Tonight I ordered the pork chop. I was very very disappointed. It was not a pork chop but some kind of pressed pork meat. There was no texture to it whatsoever and fatty not like pork chop fat but fat in the meat, not on the side like a pork chop. I am not the one to usually complain about my food but tonight I had to. The manager did not seem too happy with the fact that I was complaining about the pork product he served me, and tried to tell me it was a pork chop. I told him I'm 63 years old and I've been eating pork a long time and this is not a pork chop. If you're going to continue to serve this on the menu you need to change the name to Pork by-product.
Yo my man its in a plastic wrap and comes in frozen. Not as advertised at all!
