I visited your restaurant in Rehoboth Beach, DE tonight for my birthday dinner with family. We were immediately seated and then sat there for about 10-12 minutes until I asked a wait staff who was our waitress or waiter so we could finally order our drinks. By the time we actually had a waiter at our table we were all able to put in our drinks and our meal orders. We ordered the salad bar with our meals so we helped ourselves to that once our orders were placed. Once we sat back down we realized we had no utensils. We waited for about 10 minutes before I personally walked up to the host section and grabbed our own utensils. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our meals when not even half the restaurant was occupied. We ate our meals and then sat there waiting for our check for about 20 minutes while we watched our waiter walk outside and have himself a cigarette...while I'm waiting for my check. Finally, one of the members of my group walked outside and asked him if we could have our check before we left. He returns in, doesn't apologize and then we asked for boxes as well. He returns with the check and I had to ask again for boxes. This is was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. As a customer service manager, I'm quite upset. This is the second time I've had a terrible experience at one of your restaurants. For our check to be almost $70 I expect much better than that.
Firstly, why are you commenting on my post to argue with me? Secondly, you can gladly argue that I don’t work. I’ve been working consistently since I was legally old enough to have a job. Due to my work ethic, I have taken over a company at a young age, ( you must be offended because I’m a young person that probably makes more than your parents). Also since you wanna bring up breaks, I have no issue with taking a cigarette break as people are entitled to. However when you’ve preformed that poorly to multiple tables resulting in multiple guest complaining, taking a break at that moment was probably not his best move. As a manager, I go many days a week without a single break, is it legal? No, but my store is ALWAYS fully staffed at all times with people that care about their jobs. When the rush is over, take a break. Not in the middle of closing out a table? That just doesn’t make sense. You can stop responding to my messages now since you are obviously ignorant on how the industry works. Blessed evening ✌🏼
customer service
My wife and I are seniors and frequent customers. We went Tuesday for their $5 promotion between 10-3. We got delayed by the bridge opening and closing in Wilmington NC. We arrived about 3:05. The manager would not make an exception, saying the computer would not allow access. I complained online and asked "Do you mean to tell me that the manager can't make a decision to override the computer? They replied but never answered my question. When I called corporate, I could not get a human to talk to. I left word for the marketing department, but of course never got a return call. This company could care less about loyal customers!
You two do not understand. I was so angry at my wife that I slapped her and punched her. Because of them she is thinking of leaving me and pressing charges.
No he didn't. The [censored] response above is from a troll account. replaced the L with a capital i so it looks similar but it's really just a saddo trying to make trouble.

Came to this location fory birthday dinner and it was horrible. From the manager to the waitress. My food was returned twice and we waited 40 minutes for drinks to go and small to go boxes. We had to repeat asking for the drinksand the to go boxes. I am greatly dissatisfied. We visit this location often and we only have a problem with this waitress. I asked not to be seated in her area but for some reason they still sat us there. Please email me back at 86hkjames.com I do not want to stop coming here because I love the salad bar. But i will not pay over $40 every visit for this kind of service.
illegal actions
The battle creek Michigan Ruby Tuesday has employees that I believe are smoking and working high on marijuana. I went there to eat and the greeter appeared to be high and my waitress also had a smell on her it was awful I couldn't believe this. As I was leaving the establishment with my small child there were some employees around the side of the building smoking I didn't see what they were smoking but it did not smell like cigarettes.
service/management
This is the most poorly run food Establishment. Food is decent, salad bar, great but terrible service/management!
We were celebrating my mother-in-laws 80th Birthday only became she likes the food at Ruby Tuesday's.
We called ahead and made Reservations for 15 a week in advance. Had family meet there for Near Baton Rough and Jackson to find out that, "they didn't take reservations". We wanted understandably for 45 minutes to be seated( Not all together either), then 30/45 minutes for drink order, then 20/30 for food order, then another 30/40 for food!
There was no discounts offered to our tickets for inconvenience or any other accommodations made.
And, yes we tryed calling around to different places to see if they could accommodate our party after we were waiting for so long, but it was Sunday.
service
We were in the ruby tuesday on mcdade blvd and we walked out. After the hostess seated us, we sat for about 5 minutes, she then offered to take our drink orders since our server was no where to be found. She got us our drinks which she then warned us about, bc everyone was sending them back. The calibration was clearly off since my boyfriends pepsi was all syrup, and my ginger ale was mostly syrup as well. We then see her approach our server and she let him know that he still needed to come see us, to which he clearly seemed displeased. He checked on all the tables in his section and when I tried to make eye contact he comepletely turned the other way. We were there for about 20 minutes, finished our drinks and after that I felt completely disrespected; my boyfriend let the hostess know that we were leaving since we had not seen our server once. She jokingly said she'd grab him my his neck and bring him over, we replied if you have to force him to do his job, then we do not want to be here. She said he was really busy and running around with other tables, which I understand because my dad was a manager for 40+ years and I worked in the food industry. However, it is never acceptable to completely ignore customers. Had he apologized for the wait, we would have stayed, it's that simple, but he wanted nothing to do with us. We don't even know his name.
services given at ruby tuesday's in anderson, indiana
When my husband and I entered the restaurant the two young ladies at the register failed to greet us. One went to check on tables while the other one stood there with her back turn trying not to acknowledge us. After a few minutes she turned and ask how many was in my party, I said two. She said there will be a fifteen minutes wait. I said OK I then ask her is there seating in the bar area she said its a wait in there also. So my husband and I sat waiting patiently as others that were finished started leaving. We waited a little longer. The couple that came in before us was getting restless, my husband got up to check on empty tables. In the mean time two ladies came walking in and asked if they could sit in the car area, the young lady said there's a wait and they needed to go to the restroom. Upon them coming out of the restroom they were seated immediately. So I said quietly
to my husbsnd why did they exclude us from sitting at the bar, we were dress well, polite, and respectful. At this time the two young ladies come to put us in the last booth by the restrooms when it was clearly better tables to seat is. Our food was cold, my ribs were 1/2 sauced and my husband chicken and fries were cold. I didn't try the baked potato because by then I had lost my appetite on sloppy service. In the end we had to flag our waiter down to ask for a receipt and he comes with an insult when my husband and I was leaving. Ma'am would you like a diet coke to go. At that point I had to laugh because this was comical at my husband and my expense. I don't drink diet coke. The waiter then ask me oh did you get full off the salad, No I didn't get full at all this train wreck of a circus called service at Ruby Tuesday's Friday night was an embarrassment to the entire company. I will be spreading the word about the over the top rudeness and bad service. Total Unsatisfied
hours got cut and I got fire.
It was the end of the shift and I was surrounded with grease trap I could of fallen. I asked a co work if they could hand me a broom to clean up, he respond with " I could but I won't". Another co worker bought me the broom. The boss called me in her office and told me I was fire, she didn't explain why but told me that I could finish the week or don't come back was my choice and that she not firing him even when he started yelling at me, Because that was her best friend. Now when I first started working they hire me as chef but kept me as dish boy. I was promised for weeks that I will be promoted to chef and the promise wasn't successful. Tonight as we were cleaning she cut my hours but told the next guy they could come in get extra hours after telling me they can't promise hours. I have a 3 month old baby to support and a wife who is very sick. She fire me over simply asking for a broom.
commercials
I thought the witches and waitress screaming was bad enough. And the two witches showing that it is ok to call people names. Really! I cringed everytime the commercial came on the TV. But now, Ruby Tuesday's Marketing Dept has proven they can out-do themselves, by making a commercial that is worse - a women portraying 3 young girls that only blood-curdling scream nonsense. Ruby Tuesday wins the WORST COMMERCIAL AWARD! I'm with all the other commenters that will not go back to Dumpy Tuesday's.
I also have never taken the time to complain about a commercial, however, this one with the three girls screeeeeeeching at us is horrible. Is the marketing dept. TRYING to annoy people into coming to Ruby Tuesdays? I didn't even know who was the sponsor of the commercial until I just saw it for the 100th time this day because I was so annoyed with the noise of it! Please please please do something pleasant to encourage us in. Thank you for considering this.
waiter
My husband and I just left Ruby Tuesday's in Lewisburg, WV. My husband asked for dessert in what should have been in plenty of time to get it. In fact, he told the waiter he wanted it at the first when we were ordering. Then asked for it again in order to get it in time since we. Had a six thirty appointment. When the waiter came back he brought the check and it showed we had a three course meal and some other things. The total was about fifty one dollars. All we had was two salad bars and two iced teas. My husband had given the waiter his debit card and when the waiter came back we told him that the bill was wrong. He took it back and rung it up again and said the kitchen was backed up and that is why my husband didn't get his cheesecake. We canceled the cheesecake because it took too long and we had to leave. We really like Ruby Tuesday's salad bar, but after this experience, I don't think we will be back. Also, we did not get to use our five dollar off fifteen dollar coupon. We think that after all this we should be compensated somehow. Also, the restaurant really was not that busy as there were plenty of opened tables.
Thank you for listening and looking forward to hearing from you soon. We would like to remain your customers, but not sure we will after this experience. Thank you again.
restaurant service
My husband and I (Lu-Anne) while staying at the Hyatt hotel decided to go out to dine at Ruby Tuesdays Movie Towne Port of Spain Trinidad. The service was poor. Our food came late we ordered fries as apetizer the waitress forgot and after eating our meal we reminded her then she brought it some dark and we still had to apy for it. We ordered the salmon mashed potatoes and vegetables worst plate ever it was so dry and the vegetables like raw still. I requested a sauce they said the only one they couuld give me was within price range of my meal was I believe he bourbon which messed with the taste as it was sweet and peppery like honey.
Mind you my husband ordered a similar dish the only difference was a sauce and three (3) literally 3 shrimp for almost 45$ more. This was unbelievable to us. We left very disappointed your standard has dropped and the Grand Bazaar Valpark trinidad branch also. We really loved dining there years before and I told my husband sometimes you see establishments close down and it has nothing to do with the economy even though its a factor but ita rhe poor customer service that leaves a bad taste in customers mouth (poor service for spending so much money). We walked outside and over heard other customers complaining for poor service at Movie Towne branch Port of Spain Trinidad West Indies. Thanks for your time my contact number inTrinidad is [protected] any further info feel free to call.
service & food
Me and the 3 others in my party, were sat at 650pm. It took close to 10 minutes for our server Ashley A. To even acknowledge us. Another 5 to take our order. And by order I mean everything! Our drinks, app, and meals. My husband and I had enough time to visit the salad bar and eat said salads before Ashley showed with our 3 waters and 1 diet coke. Giving us the excuse that the restaurant had no clean glasses and she had to wait for the dishwasher to clean them. Our appetizers came out about 720pm. No plates were made available. I got the Manager at this point who did get us plates after our appetizers had been at the table for at least 10 minutes. The rest of our food was delivered about 745pm. Almost an hour since sitting down. Our Medium steak was really well done. All around bad service. We won't be returning. Worst server ever.
manager and server
I visited the Ruby Tuesday on Millersville Pike. It took the waitress forever to come over and get us our drinks when we ordered our food my grandson ordered shrimp from the kids menu and they brought out chicken fingers. When it came time to pay the bill the server who did not know what you was doing she said there was a discrepancy in my car. It only took part of my money out so we had to pay cash for the other which was not true for some reason it showed my card balance on the receipt when we talked to the manager his name was Phil Pizarro he was very rude and stated to me when I ask why I didn't get a receipt for the New Balance because he said the waitress adjusted my balance he told me that this wasn't a supermarket and you don't get a receipt and get to bring back your food he was very rude the service was horrible and I will not recommend that restaurant to anyone I also work in the food industry and if I would talk to a customer the way your manager talk to me I would be fired he should not be a manager
Food Poisoning
We ate at the Ruby Tuesday's in Battle Creek on July 2, 2018. I ate the Salad Bar and 2 Cheeseburger Sliders. I ended up with food poisoning. I have been sick for 6 days and am still not over it.
I am sure it was at Ruby Tuesday's because that is the only day my boyfriend and I ate different meals. I became sick within 24 hours.
I will never eat at a Ruby Tuesday's again!
food
On July the 7th my son and I went to Ruby Tuesday in Jonesboro, AR around 12:30 to eat lunch.
We had a very nice server who went above and beyond her duty as a server.
Both of us ordered 2 petite sirloins. He had one side and a salad bar. I had 2 sides and salad bar with upgrade to the new corn.
Salad bar was very good. However, our steaks were so tough we had to chew and chew to get them down. Our sides weren't that good either. Brought collard greens instead of corn I ordered, but that was no big deal, except it arrived after we were done eating.
Server asked how our meal was and I said, The steak was so tough you could hardly eat it and I usually don't say anything, but if I owned a business I would want to know the truth. She asked how sides were. I said I really don't like the green beans and the corn was alright. She said I'll let you talk to manager.
MANAGER refused to come to table and said just give her a dessert!
Probably only second time I've complained in my 63 years. I was totally astounded. What started out as constructive criticism that I thought my help your business, ended up leaving me stunned! I like to see businesses succeed. I'm still upset over it, but it is what it is.
Thank you,
Debbie Robeson

refusal of service
My husband (67 yrs old) and myself (58 yrs old) ordered dinner at Ruby Tuesda in Arlington, Virginia along with one beer and one glass of wine. The waitress advised she could not serve us alcohol without ID. Our passports were at a nearby hotel but we were able to provide a Canadian drivers license and Canadian government issued health card. Both of which along with other information contain pictures and date of birth. The waitress checked with the manager and we were advised the ID's were not good enough and that they could not serve alcoholic drinks to us. But, they'd be happy to fill our dinner order. Needless to say we left and had a lovely dinner elsewhere.
ruby tuesday
First I want to say I love ruby Tuesday but tonight the waitress was disrespectful I ask for a refill on my tea they didn't have anymore and then I see someone who came in after me gets tea then I ask for broccoli and cheese she said they have no more cheese and it was plenty of cheese on the salad bar this was dissatisfying for the money I spent the service should have been better I don't know if it was because
it was closer to closing but it was terrible
customer service by manager katrina hayford/airport blvd, mobile, al store#4983
My wife and I love Ruby Tuesday's salad bar we both come in 2 to 3 times a week
to get the salad bar to go as we work busy jobs so we like to get salads for our lunch
but each to we come in Katrina watch us as if we are going to do something wrong,
so we ask for a bowl so that our fruit and veggies don't mix together we were told that you couldn't have a bowl with your salad to go, but when we were dining in we
noticed that she gave other customers not of the same race bowls with their salad
to go. On today 6/27/18 I asked for a bowl again and she said I told you you can't have a bowl with your salad to go and I advised her that I observed her giving some
other customers a bowl with their salads I asked is it that I'm black and she asked if
I was saying that she was racist? I said I think so if you said they can have bowls with theirs and I can't with mine. I would like someone to check the out because it's not right she is the manager and the other employees are watching the way she treats
customers and we send quit a bit of money in your business because my whole family comes in for dinner a lot. I'd like to keep coming if this can be resolved.
lack of air conditioning
My daughter and I went to your restaurant today, 6.26.2018, West Plains, MO. As we were greeted, we were advised that they had no air conditioning service. We went ahead and stayed. We ordered and while waiting, I asked one waitress if they expected to have it repaired by tomorrow. They said they hoped this week because they had been without air for 2 months
That is unacceptable and disgusting. I had pondered on wheather to call the health inspector. They said they had to wait for corporate to fix it. 2 months? Why? Corporate should have to endure this hardship and work in this same environment. It was atrocious. The temperature had reached 99.2 at one point. Cut the red tape and take care of your employees.
Since your waiters and waitresses depend on tips for wages, how to you tend to compensate their wages since most people don't stay due to lack of a/c?
Due to your lack of respect and care for your employees, I find it difficult to patronize your restaurant anymore.
We know that it dip into profits to fix repairs, but you've lost more business in over 2 months because you failed to fix the a/c quickly. You may lose more than you expected in months to come.
I agree. Have stoped for lunch 3 times and each time I was told that they were working on it. Unacceptable.
burnt burger
We went to the Wilkesboro, NC location today for a cheeseburger... ordered it medium and it came out charred... waitress came back by asked what was wrong and we showed her it was not medium... she said she would get it replaced... she was gone for only 2 minutes... she came back with the same burger and they had tried to scrape burnt off... she said she would get another but said cook was slow... it wasn't her fault but I think they need a new cook.. photo attached.
