After I enrolled, I order a phone, but the phone arrived damaged, after making few phone calls, they finally asked me to send the damaged phone back for repair, so during these 3-4 weeks I had no cell phone to make at least 1 phone call(their policy), so they cancel my contract, I called them 3 times and explained that it was not my fault, how to make a phone call with a damaged phone, but they kept on saying there is nothing they can do, they are bunch of thieves. So stay away from Safelink.

When you sign up for the free lifeline phone, They send you this tiny little piece of crap phone with a screen smaller than an mp3 player, And buttons that are one quarter the size of my fingernail. How is any disabled person supposed to use a tiny little phone like that? They can't that's how. So I went to their website and noticed the ad that says bring your own phone. After an hour on the phone with a tech specialist, yeah right. They finally said that my phone was not compatible with their system, Even though they sell the same damned phone on their website for a hundred bucks. Bring your own phone is a lie. What it really means is were going to force you to buy one of our phones, Or we won't transfer your service. Needless to say I cancelled the service within a minute after [censor]ing out the fake tech specialist for lying on their website. I will never buy a cell phone from anyone, And i'll never sign up for a free phone again. Completely useless junk. My home phone works just fine.

I submitted a re certification application along with a copy of my Veterans Pension Letter which contained very personal information. It's been over three weeks and Safelink has yet to say that they have received this copy. I've called over a dozen times these past few days and all I get is double talk. The copy was sent to a Milwaukee Wisconsin PO Box.

On 2/25/18 i made several calls to safelink because on prior notices i had requested that my cell be temporarily interrupted due to the phone being lost. The services were reconnected without my consent when my son found the phone and services remained connected.
My issue is on 2/28/18 i called to verify if my security question could be changed and if my services were ever interrupted if any party can call into reconnect services upon my behalf. I spoke to a female customer rep whom was very rude and not at all listening to my concerns. She spoke over me and when i requested to speak to another party she refused to connect me to a supervisor in which i requested. The call was transferred to another department and i was on hold for over 20 minutes, hanging up and calling again with the same concern.Then the "supervisor" whom identified himself as that personnel said all he can do was address this further but gave me no ref#to call if i needed to follow up regarding this. After several calls as well my services have been working improperly with no dial tone and as if the phone is not at all connected. Ive called to technical support and the department says my phone is working in which its not. I feel discriminated and am upset at the fact that i have had services with safelink wireless for a long time and im going through this difficult situation. Is there any reference to help my concerns.

trying to switch old phone to new ph n old ph #with new ph.
this started a long time ago all ready. but on Oct 4 2017 we got a sim card for the phone I wanted to switch my free min. too witch I was told I could do. so when we got it we had to call them back to active it. well it still didn't work. she said well give it 24 to 48 hrs n it should work. well needles to say it still didn't work. tried calling them back they said there was nothing they could do about anymore n hung up. so needless to say we ended up not having a cell ph at all. until I brought a new sim card for my ph. I keep getting messages on my ph from u guys but no min. so when my contract is up I will find some other company that will actually listen to what I am saying or asking. I sorry to leave I really liked u guys.

I have done everything but bark like a dog to get my minutes I am a 67 year old who lives alone. I need the phone for when I am away from home.. They are just ignoring me don't know what else to do.. I have submitted the documentation by fax my email and by upload on their site.. and I have not gotten anything.. this in my re enrollment.. I have had to call in and beg for my minutes every month. the phone doesnt work in the country.. they take away several minutes for a text and they take away more minutes on a call than u actually use.. and you always get a phillipino who you can hardly understand.

Tuesday, January 23, 2017, I called the customer service telephone number and was informed I could place my telephone number in the your system and someone would return my call and resolve my problem.
When the individual returned my call a few minutes later, I was informed he would bring up my account to see what the problems was.
After holding for three minutes, I was disconnected for some unknown reason. No one returned this disconnected call.
Please help me resolve this pending problem as soon as possible.
I am over 72-years-old and this is the telephone I have available to use.

I am complaining about being lied to by a safelink employee about a replacement phone being mailed to me.
I have been a Safelink customer for a number of years. I recently went online to what I believed was the Safelink website and responded to their offer of a upgraded phone.
When I arrived home on January 16, 2018, I had an email informing me that the phone had been delivered approximately an hour before I arrived home. The phone wasn't there, it had been stolen. I immediately called Safelink, informing them of this. I was told that they would deactivate the stolen phone and issue me a replacement phone that I could expect to be delivered in 3 to 5 days.
I called today, January 24, 2018 to find out the status of the phone. I was told that a replacement phone had not been sent, because they didn't have the order number for the phone. I couldn't believe that the person I had spoken to on the 16th had lied about having a new phone sent out, and have me waiting for a phone that was never sent.
After speaking to three different people, who couldn't locate my order, even though I provided them with the order number and other information, I was finally told that the phone I ordered was actually through a third party vendor, called Quality One who distributes phones for SafeLink.
The people working for Safelink/Tracfone need to be more knowledgeable. Almost every one I spoke to were incompetent, and put me through unnecessary frustration and aggravation.
I would like an immediate refund of $108.99.

On March 1, 2017 I did not receive my monthly 500 minutes .I contact safe link to inquire why, A representative from Safelink informed me that someone had Applied for new service using my address . I have had this phone for over five years and three years at the present address 86 Forrester st SW apt 101 Washington DC 20032 . I had my phone stolen in December and they had to turn my service off, as I waited to my new phone came in and was told I could only have 10 minutes because they already transferred my minutes to my old, now disabled phone. So I waited and was able to buy some minutes but not enough to last the month. On the 1st of January I checked my phone to see my minutes but their was none. I called safelink and was told I have to wait till May to be eligible for service because the National Data base said I have a different provider but I do not have a different provider. I have been with safelink for a long time and they have never let me down until now. Now because of this I will have no communication outside my home so I can not leave my home till May I am disabled and am on life alert . I do not understand why I have to wait till May when I did not do anything wrong!

Everytime I call the give me a new ticket # and tell me that they are out of the phones that they need to send to my son. My Son is the one that gets a phone but I am his payee for all his needs. He has been waiting for a phone since September 2017. Then I was given yet another ticket # to call in 48 hrs. to see how they were going to resolve this problem.

Put on hold for 20 minutes The Lady on the phone was from India she could help me she spoke very poor English .She transferred my call .An I had to wait 20 for some to pick up the phone . He was no Help . I have called several times because I was told that I needed to reapply, didn't use 1 call a month. So, I have requested applications twice and have not received. Can't speak with a human at the 800 number. What needs to be done to ensure I get my free service back. I have no other phone for when I am away from home. I've called 6 times in 2 months to have a phone sent to me. I was told first that I'd have to recertify. Did that. Called again when I didn't get any thing in the mail.. Called again an was low to about my application being processed. Called again an was lied to about having a phone sent to me. Called again was lied to on record about a phone being sent to me. Called again on record was lied to said they would correct it an send the phone. I get a freaking sim card I can't use because I don't have a phone to use it in... Found a phone called again an was lied to yet again was told ur wait 24 to activate the phone. Well as of today sunday dec. 3rd was lied to yet again after waiting the 24 hrs an was hungup on twice. Im beyond pissed.. Safe link wireless is a joke scam company and screw u over even when ur just trying to get a damn phone so that I can be reached by my drs since I'm filing for disability an need phone service to be reached. I've contacted a lawyer an will be filing a class action lawsuit very soon...

Called last week because phone would not stay charged. After pushing multiple buttons and being disconnected I finally spoke to someone who barely spoke english. Told me to turn phone off and take out battery to look for red. Never called back so I went through it all again. You are sending new phone and it should be here 7 - 10 days. Today they disconnected current phone. Called and could not get person to understand. I am oxygen dependent disabled now without cell. Very unhappy about service and will be changing.

In the first days of sept 2017 I had no service from safelink, called they said, I have to reapply yearly (What I did early summer) so I did on the phone, supposedly they recorded it. But they said, I have to fill out a form, what they will send. I called 8 times, and finally talked to 3 supervisor, 3 manager, all promised, to speed up the pry said, it will take other 3-4 weeks to get back my service, so finally last friday on now 18th I talked to the some managers, and demanded, cancel everything take me off of their record, I don't want them want to go to a bother, lifeline service, where I get it, and they not deceiving me promising and do nothing. For me it stress!, they promised 3 times (!) they will fax the form, I fax it back to speed this process up. They lied, deceived me, never sent the form! On the top of it they was not willing to give me on any of my call a confirmation code to prove the call to them! While I was on the phone with them she said, ok right now she cance everything. And after 48 hours, I can't apply to other company. Meanwhile I found out, without my knowledge, and agreement, they locked me in till 1018. May 128th. I was thinking with cancellation everything is over. Well, I just called qlink, they said, nothing can be done, I am still locked in till above day. I am a prisoner of that company. They lie, deceive, etc, do nothing and I still can not get lifeline service. This is criminal! Dangerising my health from the stress, and have no emergency phone!

I have been a Safelink customer for 5 years now. after 2 years of being informed that I could update my phone, the old flip/flap phone did not work well so I called Safelink to let them know the problem since it is my only reliable phone to which I ' have my lifeline connected and used for all my medical activities. Little did I know that those people shot my phone. So I called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor to whom I explained my situation. Being alone at home and my lifeline is connected to this phone. She was so rude saying "so what do you want from us?"
So, my phone was disconnected, my medications were not delivered because my pharmacist could not reach me.
My days of non-services were subtracted and instead of a smartphone for an upgrade as promised, I received a very small phone that I can not read the numbers nor the screen. I can not take pictures with this one in relation to the other or with any phones elsewhere.
I can not keep this tiny phone, I have headaches just trying to read a message and if I return it I will be out of touch with the outside world.

I received a free offer for a free ringtone or wallpaper on my old Safe link phone that has no minutes left on it because I now have a new Safe link phone which I did NOT! receive an offer on. I called customer service and they told me it because it is a random offer. However; I have received this offer for the last 3 or 4 months. They basically told me I am out of luck. It also took 2 weeks to get my old number transfered to my new phone. I had to call them at least 5 different times and get 3 different ticket numbers to do this.

After two weeks, i cannot get my phone to send or receive text messages. Now for the past 3 days i cannot receive or make phone calls. After numerous calls today was told my minutes for October were added and phone should work, but all agents told me that account was showing zero and they would fix it, but not working at this time. updating a sim in a bring your own phone
this is the 4th day that I've tried to get this settled. at one phone call i didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone, because they either could not understand ENGLISH or just didn't want to work. they were talking 2 people in the background in Hindi langue and laughing, before I even got to explain my needs.
What kind of service is this. There are a lot of people out of work here in the US who could do this job from home, BETTER
i still have not been able to resolve my issue.
