worst experience ever. warning... do not buy from this company!
I purchased (financed) a golf cart May 16th and informed it would be 4-5 week back order. 1st thing I received the invoice over priced which they did fix, then my 4 weeks turned into 16 weeks. I spent 3 months making payments & interest on something I didn't even have. Roger would always say he would call me with updates I would have to call in to find out my own updates. I made calls in to CS and sent support tickets and 1 time in 16 weeks I received a return call from Bob who was nice and Bob is the only reason I left the 1 Star.. I finally got the good news my product was shipping come to find out they had that messed up too ;( Cart in a 1000lb. crate ended up getting dropped off in my driveway and was suppose to be shipped to a business that had a fork truck. I had a 1000 lbs. of parts that come with no instruction manual how to put it together. We removed all the parts and inspected to find several that were damaged or scratched badly. They told me to email support with the request on the manual and that system was down too. Oh my gosh what a nightmare... Today I submitted a ticket for the damages I hope to have these matters resolved quickly. I'm concerned because of the experience I have had so far and hope that safer wholesale will take care of this situation and live up to there name (safer wholesale) because this has not been a safe experience. I can't forget to mention Jerardo is the worst unprofessional human I have ever spoke to. He is spoken of many times on the bad reviews on the internet I don't know how he has a job in speaking to customers. Leave keep all of the 5 stars on there company site. Because this is not what you see on the internet. There are pages and pages of bad reviews and Jerardo is mentioned several times. I wish I would of done more research.
golf cart
I absolutely loved their golf cart. I had bought it on around early this month and actually, I've loved this cart whenever I go to the golf course. I've taken it out 2-3 times already and every time, I haven't really experienced a single problem with it. I would advise others to get it as well because no one else could actually find a cheaper deal at it. That felt really nice and comfortable and considering its price of three grands, I don't think anything better would've actually been possible in there. It's really spacious and nice and comfortable, something we don't quite get to see very often, now do we?
Solar powered gate opener
This was a disaster area. Not only did the solar gate opener take about 6 weeks to arrive with the most uncaring, horrible lack-of-customer service I have ever experienced, but the gate opener motherboard went bad on the customer within a month, had to be returned (all the while my company had to do free labor to replace) and later the customer was so disgusted with how it didn't function, they had us remove it. We have at least 10 hours in lost/unpaid labor because of defective/poor-quality material supplied by this company. I will never, ever do business with this company again, and recommend that you do not either.
Order
I have made an order and purchased two things from www.saferwholesale.com. My order was placed five months ago. They took my money very fast but I did not receive any confirmations and there was also no tracking number. When I contacted customer service about my order status they did not reply. Five months passed and I just received one of the items (a tent) which arrived in a terrible condition, second item is still missing! Please stay away from SaferWholesale and don't buy anything from them.
eBike Cemoto e08
Bought this thing a couple of months ago. Immediately had problem getting to talk to technical support regarding assembling it. Got a friend to help and figured it out.
Now throttle broke. I called and got a support guy who complained that they (saferWholesale) should not have sold me extended warranty because they don't sell it and have no parts. Asked what to do and he said he didn't know. I suggested sending me the throttle with the wires cut so I could splice it myself and that's what I had to do.
It's working now but company won't give me money back for extended warranty even though they can't supply parts or fix it if something else breaks.
Do yourself a favor and research before you buy things like this and whatever you do don't buy from SsaferWholsale, they are nothing but scam artist crooks.
And don't even pay attention to their responses here that they will take care of it. They're liars and are full of crapola.
Poor service
I have made an order and when I received it one item was missing. Everything else was perfect and I was really happy about my purchase. But still there was one item missing so I emailed customer service and asked for help.
SaferWholesale replied nothing so I went online and tried their live chat. The person I spoke to was nice but he did not reply to any of my questions. I explained many times that something from my order was missing but received no information.
Things they sell are nice and prices are also great, but customer service is extremely useless and unhelpful.
Such a waste of time
When I made my order I contacted SaferWholesale customer service and asked for some delivery details. They promised to send me a notification message when I will be able to pick up my items and said that they'll deliver everything to the nearest UPS office.
When I received the message I went to the nearest terminal and UPS employee said that my package was at their second office which were almost 4 hours away! So I wasted my precious time an spend almost 8 hours just to pick up my order and get back home!
I'm very disappointed! Such a waste of time.
Shipping was a disaster.
Ordered some items from SaferWholeSale website and things I received were great. I was very excited about my purchase and was very happy that there was nothing wrong with my items. But shipping was a complete nightmare! When I made my order they said that my stuff would be delivered to the nearest terminal. But in reality they delivered my order to the terminal which was located almost five hours from the place I live! I guess I wont be ordering from them again, I wasted too much time just to pick up my stuff.
Lying salesmen and junk Rocketeer sidecar
Don't buy the rocketeer sidecar or trust these people. I was told I would receive my order in 4-6 weeks. I started calling at 5 1/2 weeks and was told over 20 different days that it was shipped or going out that day. I finally got it 10 weeks from when I ordered it after I called my credit card company and said I wanted to get my money back. The rocketeer sidecar was junk that I put about $2, 000 more into to make it safe for the road. The only good quality parts were the 3 adjustment bars and the axle (looking okay so far). The frame needed reinforced and extended 2 feet in order to attach it where it needed to sit. We had to weld an extra cross bar in so we could bolt it on where the reinforced fiberglass plates were.The attachment brackets were so cheap they bent as we tightened them down so we made all new ones except for one, it collapsed ten feet out the door on the first try. The 3 tabs that were used to bolt the fender on bent over until the fender rubbed on the tire after only 20 miles. The windshield hardware was useless. The body was far from "paint ready" as it was covered with pits and gouges. There is no way this "kit" could travel safely at even 5 miles an hour when put together. I wish I could give it a zero star rating.
I received my RocketTeer sidecar with instructions for installation of Trike kit nothing for installation of sidecar. I’ve emailed them several times as well as called to no avail. I’ve just got the run around. Not happy at all with there customer service they need to be properly trained and knowledgeable about there products.
Great sports inc - most of the parts were missing
Hello I bought Cypress (350w e-scooter 36v brushless scooter model number tpatv527 vin number l6ascjl7xea200247 make 2014 peace) last year, most of the parts were missing, no one ever helped me to get the parts, I called, emailed, and got no response, well now the scooter will not even charge, I'm 50 years old, I rode it 4 times, now it won't even turn on, this thing cost me $500.00, please what can I do just to ride it.

Shoddy go-karts, no refunds/poor customer service
I'm amazed these guys are still in business. This appears to be my only option to get satisfaction. We purchased two go-karts for our boys and got approximately one hour run time each. We took one into the machanic on the suggestion of the parts and service department and spent an additional $600 in repairs then the go-kart broke again after 30 minutes. On one there was an oil leak and within an hour the engine had drained and seized up. The other go-kart got stuck in gear. One go-kart came with a broken headlight and missing emission hose. Parts and Service were contacted but we never received the part. The mufflers broke on both go-karts, the carborator came lose on one and almost fell off, the chain guard broke on both go-karts. Keep in mind these were run for only one hour each. Beginning January 5th we have been trying to get a refund or warranty but today we have given up. The company is designed to frustrate you to give up. There seems to be a mandatory "hold" time on the phone of about 25 minutes when you call. You are asked to email specifics and invoices but to no avail. You will not receive a response. Finally I "took over" the case as my husband is beyond frustrated with the lack of response or service. I asked to speak to a General Manager or Owner. I was told "we don't have one". I was told the various departments are set up with six managers and no one else is in charge. No company is set up this way. I asked who payed them, "payroll". Who hired you? "The owner but I can't give you his information, it's my job to help you." I told him he hasn't been able to help us and I had read the reviews online and at this point was painfully aware we would not get any satisfaction from this company. The customer service man was rude, disrespectful and continually wanted to transfer me to parts and service. He repeated told me I needed parts and service and I repeatedly told him I wanted "customer service". At one point he cut me off mid-sentence and rudely said he is transferring me anyway to parts and service. I told him, "wow, that's nice", and he responded sarcastically with, "it is nice, probably the nicest thing we will do for you." I was then put on the "mandatory hold" while waiting for parts and service. The parts and service man was patient and polite (a tough job given how many of these complaints he must deal with on a daily basis). I spoke with him about the ethics of the company he works for and that hard-working people are getting ripped off while the owner remains "hidden" and makes money. I was told they are a cheap Chinese product, and I told him that he knows that as do I (now) and the website should indicate they are a "piece of crap". After reading the reviews, our well-documented numerous contacts with this company, and my own personal experience with the Customer Service Manager, yes, he is a manager, I now know anyone who buys from this company will be at a loss and basically, "ripped off". I informed the Parts & Service Administrator that I plan on reviewing their company on as many sites as I can, because the consumer needs to be protected. What was supposed to be a great Christmas present for our sons became a disappointing and frustrating (and costly) deal. I just found out today through research the Illinois Attorney General has a lawsuit pending trying to shut this company down in Illinois and revoke their license (alert on the BBB of Illinois).
125cc Challenger go-cart/Steering Box Failure/Immediate Safety Threat
While riding my grandsons go-cart in a turn the steering box failed locking the steering down and almost causing it to roll over. After getting vehicle stopped I noticed that the two bolts on the steering box, one was missing and the other had backed half-way out. I found the one that had came loose and had fallen on chassis and put it back in and tightened the loose one to no avail. This go-cart was only two weeks old, after several E-Mails to WARN Them of the IMMEDIATE Danger in which the consumer or a Child could be Injured or Killed and that since the cart was under warranty They have not responded. Ive asked them to send me the steering box and all Parts and Instructions that I would Fix and install myself since it is obvious that a Thread Locking Compound needed to be used to prevent this from happening again!
150cc Super Velocity Scooter
I'm having a problem with getting my scooter started to run, and myself called the manufacture parts department and they gave me a phone number to a machine sop in my area Mr. Dave # [protected]. I received this shipment on 9/08/2015 I spoke to Mr. Jerry in the manufacture of parts department and last but least he stated that it could be a defeat in the starter. And he was going to send another starter from the company within three til four business days. Which is 9/30/2015. I'm looking for some closure in this situation soon. I've had this scooter now almost it will be three weeks and unable to enjoy it as needed. Thank You for your concerns with this matter
Tobago Cantilever Umbrella
Ordered a Tobago umbrella like we owned previously. Paid $370.
Had issues with it being delivered, but not found. I had to track it down my self, after begging them to give me a tracking number.
THEN we receive the umbrella, but its not the same as the one we ordered! They switched it out for a Blue Wave umbrella sold on Amazon for $200! Piece of crap.
The customer service people that work there in both the customer service department AND claims department are totally rude! They don't care if you get your stuff or what you get!

Crap product
I purchased two (2) ATD-80cc mini dirt bikes for my kids Christmas present in 2014. Both dirt bikes were complete pieces of crap! One arrived damaged while the other was missing parts. The assembly instructions were useless so fortunately I knew enough about motorcycles to finish assembly without instructions. I paid $849 total for both bikes and they were completely useless within 3 months. This is not due to off-roading or oversized riders. Simply put, the product is crap! Warranty is crap! Customer service is crap! All the negative reviews I've read on this site so far have been dead on. Unless you like to waste your $ DO NOT buy from this business.
UTV purchase
I do not recommend this company at all. I have had problems from after I paid all the way to the end of received MSO information.
First 2 weeks into the order they say they don't have the one I paid for and they are shipping a different one. The I get a call from UPS saying they can't deliver because they can off-load. So I call the PM says he will work it out after 36 hours no return call. So I'm stuck going to get UTV 50 miles from my house. FYI this was supposed to expedited shipping to my door and off-loaded. When I see the box at ups low and behold the unit is not assembled. I had no idea I had to assemble. So then I get it assembled and learn I don't have paperwork to license it. Call them again with this issue and they say they took care of it and I should be receiving it. Well It's been 2 weeks from day they said they mailed it and still haven't received it. Called again and said they would have to call manufacturer and have another sent to them and then they send to me.
So long story short - I don't recommend this company. Very unpleasant to work with. I spent $7775 on my purchase you'd think they would at least do what they say. After the fact I started doing research and found they have law suits and major complaints all over the country.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them!

6 months still no merchandise
Orderd and paid for Patio set...salesman said 6 weeks delivery, after 6 weeks emailed and said they don't have that model but could get us the same model just slightly different. October just went to November, after numerous emails and phone calls, no return calls from Dan or Safer wholesale although they said everytime they would get back to me...I got my patio set Febuary 2015, Wrong color custions and no extra paid for set in Terracota, now they owe me two sets of Terracota custion covers. Dan said Two weeks delivery, after many phone calls and emails and NO RETURN EMAILS or PHONE CALLS WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK WITH TRACKING NUMBERS...still nothing April 10 2015. Excessive Delay
I paid for a 150CC trike in full with a check on 12/09/14. The sales rep said I probably would not get it by Christmas, but I should be able to have it within a week after. Three weeks after I ordered I was told the trike that I already paid for was not in stock and it would be 6-8 weeks before it was back in stock. They offered me a replacement, which I accepted, another 2 weeks went by before it was finally shipped. No instructions were received with the trike. Assembly of just the wheels, battery and mirrors was a 4 hour process. BTW if your new bike doesn't start, too bad. They only send replacement parts with the warranty, there is no guarantee that it will actually work when you get it. You pay for the repair out of your own pocket, regardless if the bike is brand new or not. I've now had the bike for 2 weeks and still can't ride it because I don't have the title yet, which was mailed last week Thursday. Lesson learned don't buy from a wholesaler. Almost 2 months later and I still don't have transportation.
ripped off, no customer service
I Bought a golf cart for my 80 yr. old Mother-in-law from this company, The only thing they did fast was to take my money. Very slow to ship. Delivered by UPS damaged, paid for home delivery, had to take it to a company that had a forklift. then hire someone to deliver to my home. No refund for anything. Battery's all dead, wires had to be replaced, over 30 emails ignored, 20 phone calls put on hold for 20-30 mins. Got to talk to Arti the rude customer service guy, he can waste a least in this case 5 months. to tell you you have no claim
this is after I called UPS and was told that Saferwholesale never put in a warranty claim in the first place, for the shipping damage that
I reported and sent pictures of and documents 5 months earlier. as for the dead battery's and wires nothing, extra money paid to them
for delivery, extra cost to me that I had to pay for delivery nothing. I would never deal with this company ever, they lie and cheat, and hide behind a number of different names.

Bought a ATV sniper 250. Got it and it wouldn't start. It has been in the shop for a week now with mechanics trying to figure out what is wrong with. I did notice that the clutch cable was cut off on it when it arrived. I should have checked the company out. They have a BBB rating of "F".
Once you place an order you cannot cancel, and their customer service is rude and disrespectful.

same story as the rest of these people. Been dealing with them 3 months now spent 2500 dollars tried to bargain with them when they said the scooter i bought was out of stock 2.5 weeks after I bought it. Got nothing to show for it. I will be filing in small claims court tommorrow and found this website to take info about this company with me to court. Worst people I ever dealt with anywhere.
