I've been a customer of Safety Insurance Company for many years, insuring multiple automobiles since the mid-1990s. In 2016, I also added Home Owners insurance to my policy. Unfortunately, as my teenage children got their licenses and started driving, they got into a few accidents, which resulted in us having to pay higher premiums and surcharges. To make matters worse, Safety Insurance Company decided to send us a notice refusing to renew our policy. It's strange that they never refunded or credited any of the premiums we've paid over the past 20+ years, especially considering we only made one claim during that time. It seems like they're only interested in making a profit and don't care about customer loyalty.

Horrible, horrible! They do some really bad stuff that's against the law and not right. They're also racist, and it's obvious. They're so disorganized and have zero customer service skills. I'm a minority, and they treat me like one. It's unbelievable that they won't transfer me to someone higher up. These people don't care about what I have to say, even though the proof is right there on their computer! They should handle my claim with honesty and confidence. And on top of that, they talk to me like I'm aggressive, even though I'm not yelling or anything. I'm in pain, and I'm the one who got hurt, but they treat me like trash.

I made several phone calls to them, and they assured me that everything was taken care of.

They never respond to phone calls or messages that I leave. I've been paying for insurance for three months, going on four, for a car that they said could be fixed. After months of silence and me paying my bill, they suddenly tell me that the car is beyond repair and a total loss. I'm completely fed up with this company. I paid $800 to ensure that my insurance would take care of me, but they're telling me they can't.

All my airbags popped out, front and sides. I got whisked away to the hospital with a head bump. Safety did their first check and gave me an estimate that had stuff that didn't even belong to my car, and they tried to lowball me on the payout for a car that's clearly wrecked. It's been like 2 months now, and I've been trying to sort things out, but Safety won't admit that fixing the car won't make it safe to drive. The garage where my car is at even told them the same thing, but they just won't listen.

It's been almost a month now and still no word. My adjuster, who goes by the name of ***, messed up right from the beginning. I then contacted the adjuster of the claim, and she said that the subrogation department forgot to pay me.
