Samsung 55" class q90t qled 4k uhd hdr smart tv

On Oct 15, 2022, I called Samsung to tell them that my tv was not working. Representative Engelbert created a service ticket #[protected]. The next day I received a text that Samsung had cancelled the ticket. I called Samsung and they said that they did not have the receipt. I said that I had bought the tv from Samsung.com. Why would Samsung not have the receipt? I ended up texting screenshots that I obtained on Samsung.com.

On Oct 18, 2022 I talked to Representative Ramises and he said that Assuriant handled my warranty claim. I said that I had bought the 4-year warranty from Samsung, who is Assuriant? I was told that Samsung hired them to do some of their warrantees. I called Assuriant and the person I spoke with was Representative Aleren. He told me that Samsung premium care at [protected] is who I needed to talk to. It was terrible because each of them said it was the others’ fault.

On Nov 1, 2022 I talked to Representative Vince in the tv department who wanted to start another ticket. I asked him what was he was going to do different than the person first who created a ticket? He said that he would take care of it. I told Vince that I didn't want him to create another ticket because it has come full circle and I didn't want to start all over again. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and I was hung up on. Later I received a text message saying that ticket #[protected] had been created.

On Nov 4, 2022 Service Quick came out to look at my tv. Nathan, the technician, said that the ticket had shown that it was an out of warranty service. I told him that it wasn't out of warranty, and I showed him the online receipt showing that my tv was bought in 2020 and that it has a 4-year warranty. Nathan said that he would get that fixed when he ordered the parts. He said that he was going to come back on Nov 9, 2022.

On Nov 9, 2022 The technician did not come, and I didn’t receive a phone call from Service Quick.

On Nov 10, 2022 I called Service Quick, and they told me that the parts never came in and they don’t know when or if they are coming. Then I called Samsung and spoke with Representative Joseph. He was checking out what was happening to my ticket. He said to talk to the service department at [protected] and they will give me an answer about getting my tv repaired. Joseph also stated that Samsung is supposed to replace my tv due to the parts delay.

Nov 11, 2022 I talked with a representative Louis who said that I needed to talk to a supervisor in the warranty department because someone had canceled my extended warranty. He said I need to have Contract#[protected] reactivated before anything else could happen. Later that day, I talked to Samsung Care Plus and talked to Representative Avi who said she would escalate the issue and that I would get a call in 2 to 3 days.

I hadn’t heard from Samsung by Nov 15,2022 so I called them and spoke to Representative Grace. She said that my warranty had been reinstated. While I was on hold, Grace had been talking to Representative Berto in the Refund and exchange department. After 1 hour and 25 minutes on the phone I was supposed to be transferred to Bento but instead I got hung up on. Neither Grace nor Berto called me back. I called back trying to get to the Refund and Exchange Department. I was transferred twice to the wrong department. On the third transfer I got a lady who said that could have transferred me to the Refund and Exchange Department but that they closed 15 minutes ago. I was very upset. Over the next month I called frequently trying to get the Refund and Exchange Department and was always transferred twice to the wrong department and then promptly hung up on. It was extremely frustrating!

On Jan 5, 2023 I got the idea of calling the Samsung Experience Store in Glendale to see if they could help me get my tv replaced. The Supervisor Katie couldn’t help me, but she gave me a phone number to online sales support at [protected]. I talked to Representative Jess who said that she could transfer me to the Exchange and Refund Department. I was insistent about getting transferred to the Refunds and Exchange Department and after 45 minutes she did. I spoke with Representative Evens. I had a hard time hearing him and kept asking him to speak up. He wanted to start a third ticket and have another technician come out. I said this had already happened and they never got the parts that was ordered plus Samsung closed the ticket saying that my tv was not under warranty. After that Samsung had two months to start another ticket if that was what they wanted but they did not. I have had bear the consequences of Samsung’s mistakes. I have not been able to watch my tv in three months and I have had to go to hell and back with Samsung trying to get my tv fixed or replaced. Plus, my subscription to paramount plus and the Disney channel was going to waste. Evens had no compassion for what I had been through and would not replace my tv. I asked to speak to the supervisor and said that I would wait on hold until one was available. About an hour later I was able to speak to Supervisor Andi. We were on the phone for less than 5 minutes and then I was hung up on. He did not call me back. I called back to hopefully get back to Supervisor Andi. I was not able to get ahold of him because the department closed.

Desired outcome: I want my tv replaced with QN95B Samsung Neo QLED 4K Smart TV 2022. I need it to be installed on my tv mount and to also continue my warranty. I want the money back that I paid to the steaming tv subscriptions.

Samsung Defective television

I have a samsung 65" 8k tv. It has not worked for the last 7 weeks. First it wouldn't power up; the set had no power to the printed circuit boards. After 4 weeks of receiving 1 new board at a time that problem was resolved. Now, the picture works just fine but there is no audio. When it first powers up it has sound but after a few minutes it stops and will not come back on. The techs finally came to fix it again today. They replaced one of the boards and assured me that the problem was fixed. 10 minutes after they left it presented the same problem. I called the asurion tech back and he said that it could not be the tv and it had to be something else. He did not return to address the problem again. All this time, with both problems he was in contact with samsung tech support to try to resolve the issues. It is still inoperative, and it is obvious to me that neither the asurion tech nor the samsung tech support people have any idea of what is going on. Now, they are sending out another tech after a 10-day delay. I don't believe they can solve the problem; just like all of the previous visits. I have a lemon.

Desired outcome: replace the tv immediately with a new set.

Samsung Samsung fridge

Dear Sir,

This is to express my severe disappointment of how "Samsung" dealt with my appliance.

My Fridge the complaint subject, ID P1, was broken down four times in the last three years (almost). Each time I called "Samsung" for maintenance (as shown on P2 and Vid 1) but the same problem came back at each time.

The two prblems are:

1- No cooling at all, especially at the Freezer were all frozen food got melted.

2- Very loud and strange noise comes up from time to time )Vid 2)

As Samsung failed in repairing this repeated problem I'm asking to be provided with a new similar product.

Samsung Refrigerator glass shelf / samsung care plus - 3 year

We bought a Samsung Family Hub refrigerator in Nova 2020. Yesterday my husband was in the office and heard a loud noise so he came out to check what happened. He didn't see anything. It's windy & rainy here so he went about his day. Later we opened the refrigerator and the tempered glass shelf above the vegetable bins was exploded all over.

I called Samsung that night. They didn't tell me if the part was covered under the Samsung Care Plus we'd purchased. The next morning I called back and they said it was NOT covered.

I had to order a part for $156.65. I think it's ridiculous. The glass shouldn't just break by itself. This should be covered. Here is a photo of the glass shelf in the trash. I wish I'd thought to take a photo while it was still broken inside the refrigerator.

Samsung Galaxy watch 5

Samsung Galaxy 5 Watch... Purchased Nov 2022.

Shortly after purchasing this watch I learned that it was unable to take blood pressure reading. I inquired and found that it was unauthorized in the US and that Samsung was working to correct that problem. They anticipated an update would be available shortly.

Not having received an update I inquired and spoke with a representative on several occasions. Most were difficult to understand and all didn’t have a clue what I was talking about. After a quite some time on the phone they all came up with the same answer... “not authorized in the US”, and no idea when that would change. They prompted me to go through the update process which only led to a disaster.

I’ve had several “smart watches”, considerably cheaper than the Galaxy Watch 5, and all could read blood pressure. I have been a 100% Samsung user, phone, tablet and watch. I want a watch that will record blood pressure. The idea that your watch won’t operate in the US is crazy. Maybe I should get one from the UK.

What are my options?

My new watch bought in December doesnt hold a charge at Im about ready to return and the charger is not capable of bringing everywhere. Help I need to use for more than 24 hours at a time

Samsung RXO delivery service

Have been trying to schedule a return of a dryer to samsung to no avail since december 16, 2022. First attempt to schedule this was with an hour-long phone call where I was left on hold off and on for close to 50 mins to find out the customer service agent was scheduling my washing machine installation that I told her I didn't need because I ended up hiring a plumber to do that service because the initial installers told me it would take 2 weeks before next installers could get me in. I again reiterated that I was calling to return my dryer and she then ended the phone call after keeping me on hold for almost an hour because I was then transferred to the after-call survey.

I then tried the chat feature, and that customer service agent was at least able to start the return but did not schedule it, instead I was told someone would call me within 24-48 hours to schedule the return and that a ticket had been raised.

I called back on the 17th and was told there were no appointments available and that someone would be calling me from the resolution team in the next 24-48 hours. Called again on dec 18 and was told again there were no available appts and that a ticket was raised with the resolution dept and would be receiving a call. Called back on dec 19 and was told the exact same thing.

No one is scheduling me, it sounds ridiculous to say there are no appointments available? Has samsung gone out of business? How are there no appointments available.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome is for RXO to contact me to schedule a return, for them to complete the return this return by picking up this dryer and for me to receive a refund for the dryer

Samsung Refrigerator model rf28jbedbsg S/N 07Y743BKA04533R

This refrigerator freezer has been a problem since we purchase it, I purchase a GE ice maker just to have ice. At this time REF: ticket [protected] a service technician is coming out to take a look at it. My concern is having to pay for a replacement ice maker that clearly was a defect from the beginning at which Samsung was aware of. The item was purchase at Home Depot

Desired outcome: Fix this defective ice maker at no cost to me.

Samsung RXO delivery service

I purchased a refrigerator from Samsung because the delivery date was supposed to be Dec 8th. I received an email saying the delivery date was now Dec 16th - a day when I would not be in town. I tried to reschedule the delivery but was told that the entire shipment had not arrived so it was impossible for them to reschedule the delivery? (a Bespoke Refrigerator and 2 panels - one panel still not at RXO).

Since the refrigerator and one panel were at RXO I asked that they delivery what they had. They said that was also impossible! Incomplete orders could not be shipped. I was told I could call Samsung and ask them to authorize RXO to do a partial shipment.

Called Samsung and was told that it was impossible for them to authorize a partial shipment.

WTF?!?!?!?

Desired outcome: I want my refrigerator delivered before Christmas. With or Without both panels.My current refrigerator is barely working. I really need this appliance delivered before December 24, 2022

Ordered microwave from samsung on line 12/5, received confirmed delivery on dec 8. To expect a call from shipper to diverly on or before 12/8

Repeated calls to samsung and rxo confirmed delivery not scheduled and don't have any info when it can be scheduled when it will be scheduled

I have either chatted with samsung and rxo december, 6. 7, 8 nd 9 several times with no good information

Breakdown History: My mobile display was slowly blinked, and display got off which is kept on the table without any external force or any damage or even not a single Airline Scratch was there.

On 10th Dec'22 afternoon, met one of the service advisor @ DRB Enterprises (# 21, Part-A, 2nd Floor, Chitalapakkam, Chrompet, Chennai 600064).

Came there to give my mobile to service which is in Dead condition (Earlier Display was changed on 10.10.22 due to Display broken, they had advised me as 3months warranty).

While receiving my mobile in hand itself, service advisor said that it will not cover under 3months warranty and stated as Backdoor damage and side panel dent may cause the Display damage (all her observations were belongs to handling past 2years) even not a single Airline Scratch was there in the display screen.

Half an hour later, she informed as Display & Mother board to be replaced under my cost and then i met branch manager he directly told that Display is good but Mother board needs to be replaced, and he agreed to change the Display in warranty if mobile failed to resume to good condition post Mother board change.

Today/12.12.22 I got call from service center and they stating as Mother board is good without replacement but display needs to change under my cost even Warranty period exists.

Being a long years and genuine customer, am not trusting these people's word and am totally disappointed on the Samsung Products, Service Parts Quality and Service center analytical skill & behavior.

Desired outcome: I need my mobile Display change under warranty claim instead of multiple and wrong guidance from service center.

Samsung Order #us306324732 &/rxo delivery service for samsung

Ordered Bespoke Washer/Dryer/2 pedestals (under Samsung Financing). Delivered Friday December 2, 2022 by RXO Delivery Service. Washer and 2 pedestals were fine but dryer was damaged plus it sounded like a 747 engine so delivery people took dryer back with them and said I would have a new dryer within a week. A week later and no dryer, 4 hours on the phone so far with RXO and 3 hours with different Samsung Depts to find out where my dryer is. No one can answer the question, The last person I talked to at Samsung says that the only thing she can think of is for me to cancel my order and go through a new order process. She says there is no option to get a new dryer without cancelling the first order. What kind of resolution is that? I have 3 of the 4 items and all are under the Samsung financing which I am paying on. Why can't Samsung just send out a replacement dryer? I never heard of such a thing. My attitude is then Samsung can refund everything and come take their washer and 2 pedestals back also... but she said they can't do that either. All I want is my dryer NOW. Is there anyone who can get this issue resolved because Samsung nor RXO seem to be able to.

Samsung Samsung S22 Ultra

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S22 ULTRA in march of 2022 it is still under warranty, and my phone stopped connecting to my At&t network, I took my phone to AT&T and they changed my sim card and factory reset my phone to no avail. I called Samsung and they sent me to their authorized repair specialist uBreak iFix located @ 2099 Sun Harbour Ave Ste 110, SUFFOLK VA. I made three visits to this store they replaced my network adaptor twice and said my phone was unrepairable. I then contacted Samsung again and was advised to mail my phone in for repair or replacement.

I was contacted by Samsung and told to pay just over $200 to have my LCD screen fixed, they mentioned nothing regarding my network connectivity issue. Furthermore, my LCD screen was not broken when I sent in my phone, and not reported as broken by UBreak iFix they fix LCD screens every day, they would have told me if it was in fact broken. I asked to have my phone sent back to me because I don't want to spend over $200 and get a phone back in the same condition I sent it in with and that's not connecting to my network. I should not have to pay for these repairs. It has been three weeks that I have not been able to use my phone, I would like my phone replaced at no cost to me.

Samsung Samsung note20 ultra 5g

My wife gave me this mobile as a gift. Just because of the recent firmware upgrade that cause my mobile screen to have those pink/green lines appearing vertically on my LCD screen. Did as advised on your support site (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001485/)

below but couldn't resolve this.

This was caused by a firmware that you all pushed down to us and caused this issue. This firmware upgrade caused many users over other countries (India, Philippines, Vietnam) as well to have this issue. I am frustrated over this kind of attitude that Samsung provided to paying customers like us. Contacted Samsung and as my warranty expired and was told to pay for this repair. What is going on with Samsung?

Desired outcome: Have a free LCD replacement for this issue.

Samsung Dryer

I purchased a Samsung dryer from Home Depot and received it on November 1,2022. Because it uses natural gas, I had the dryer converted to propane for $279.99. I went to use the dryer and found that I would select a drying selection, i.e., Normal for say 42 minutes and after 2 minutes it would register 1 minute and stop drying. This happened on all settings. I called Home Depot who contacted a service company that services Samsung products and the original date was Nov 17, 2022. I was away so we rescheduled for December 2, 2022. Was called on December 1, 2022, that thew a service call was canceled by Samsung due to them not having the replacement part. When I spoke to Samsung, I was told by them they would refund me for this unit. Since this unit was installed by my propane provider, I was seeking an additional $276.99 compensation for that installation. I need to be refunded for this as well because I now have to purchase a new dyer and have it installed AGAIN!

Along with the representative from Home Depot and myself, we have been forwarded and told numerous variations of what to do and none of them have included compensation of being compensated for the expense of the conversion or not having a dryer that works.

I am continually forwarded to either the Philippines or Columbia and speaking to persons with accents that I find difficult to understand and cannot provide me with any way to speak to someone who can assist me in the USA.

All I want is to be refunded for what I payed for dryer including taxes and what I payed to make the conversion. No one I spoke to at refunds and exchanges seem to understand that it was their dryer that was defective, that THEY should be responsible for making me come out EVEN by refunding me the conversion costs. I shouldn’t be out any monies for their defective machine.

Samsung Samsung galaxy z fold 2

Good morning,

I had my Samsung Z fold 2 send to Samsung for repair on December 2021 for repair with repair ticket number: [protected], but Samsung has replied to me that Samsung were unable to fix my Samsung Z fold 2. Samsung has offer me a replacement, but it never happens. After going back and forth with Samsung Z fold department, Samsung Z fold department has offered me refund for my phone, but that never happen as well. I had been without a phone since December 2021. I have a job and really in need of a phone for my daily duty. It got to the point that I have to borrow my cousin old phone for a year already and I'm still doing payment on the Samsung Z fold phone that I don't even have since Samsung have my phone for repair and never send me a replacement. Samsung please

Desired outcome: Would like my refund back from Samsung ,since its they have my phone since 2021.

Samsung Samsung S20+

Dear Sir,

My name is Rahul KRISHNANKUTTY, I am a Citizen of India but staying in Uganda, East Africa. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20+ from Kampala, Uganda on 29.08.2020. I am using Samsung Phones Since 2008 and the very first mobile I bought was Samsung Wave and started my journey with Samsung.

Until now I have used different models of Samsung like Samsung Ace Plus, Samsung A5, Samsung Note5, Samsung S9+ and finally Samsung S20+. Recently also purchased Samsung A52 and Samsung M53 for my family members.

Until October 2022 my mobile was working fine and had no issues with it, then I got an update for Android 12 One UI 4.1 and updated it as usual.

After some days one morning when I woke up on 31st of October, 2022 to my surprise I found one green line on my display. I checked on google and YouTube to find the issue with the screen I found that many peoples have been complaining about the Samsung S20+ green line issue and also found an article stating that Samsung is giving free FOC replacement up to 31st of December 2022.

After a week I found another line has added and as on today it is around 6 lines, which is very heartbreaking and also disturbing while working. The screen is not clear due to the lines and can’t watch anything clearly.

Somehow, I found the service center located in Kampala, Uganda. where I went today to inspect my Phone from the authorized service center. The service center technician first of all told me that this phone is Vietnam Make and we cannot help on this, secondly, he told me that this screen gets issues due to time even if there is no physical and liquid damage. He gave suggested to replace the display and gave a quotation of USD ($550), Which is almost more than half price of the phone.

I am shocked and I think Samsung is cheating their customers by taking their hard-earned money. I would prefer buying Chinese phones than these expensive phones which goes of exactly after warranty period. I used to suggest people for buying Samsung phones for its reliability and customer service. But I see that Samsung is no more a reliable brand.

I don’t know whether this email will reach you or I can get any solution. I still believe that Samsung is a worldwide brand like Apple cannot sit back and ignore their valued customer who is affected by this issue.

We use Emi schemes or loans to buy these damn expensive phones and if it can’t perform well then it is better to shift to another local brand or Apple. Even Techno, Oppo can be value for money.

I was planning to buy S22 Ultra this Christmas on exchange and this thing happened, now they can’t even give $100 for this phone. The lines are increasing day by day and the phone is becoming useless. Hope you can understand the situation.

Samsung False promotion

Samsung email me with a promotion for buying the Flip4 5g phone with promotion

After going through it, I found one of the promotions "wireless charger Duo". This suit me as it can charge my new phone and also my existing Samsung ACtive2 watch. As the phone did not come with charger.

after payment and received my phone, the charger was not deliver to me.

After few minutes, they claim my purchase has no promotion. After arguing for some time, he checked again with the sale. Few minutes informed me that I bought the wrong phone for this promotion. Argue again, checked with sale again, few minutes later, claim that my model did not have this promotion. Argue again, checked with sals again. Few minute later, they claim that my phone storage 128gb do not have this promotion. Argue again, then I attached the samsung promotion notes on this promotion to him. He end the chats

Few days received a note stating that there is no such promotion

I emailed an attachment on the promotion.

Few days later, they claim that "out of stock"

I wrote back to them; they should inform me before collecting my payment

On that day, the promotion is still on. If no stock, this promotion should cut off.

With all above excuses, it shows that they are cheating customer by putting false ads.

Since then, they keep on email, their right.

I already paid and my new phone with no charger.

They are big company, what can buyer do about it.

Please advise what we can do.
