TV Warranty
Bought a 50"samsung smart tv in june 2020... Started malfunctioning early april 2021. Called samsung... Easy... We'll send out a repairman next week. He called me and confirmed the problem - confirming he had the parts in stock. The day of, I got a call from the tech telling me the ticket was cancelled - samsung was going to call me within 24-48 hrs to discuss a replacement tv.
They did not call within that timeframe. I called myself, and was told I could get a refund, or an e-coupon to samsung. I explained that I did not want an e-coupon or a refund of the base purchase price, because either way, to buy the same tv today, I would be $20+ out of pocket. Not able to get further. Round and round. Was told it would be escalated for further review and would be contacted in another 24-48 hours.
Got a call tonight, and was unable to answer in time. They immediately closed my ticket. I called back within 30 seconds of missing the call. Now i'm back to square one with the same bs offer. Waiting on hold for a"supervisor"that will never materialize. I'm not getting anywhere. My expectation is that they repair or replace my tv. Not"give me a refund or e-coupon". I want my tv replaced. It's that simple.
Thanks.
Desired outcome: Replace my TV without the need for me to go shopping again - and spend money out of pocket to get this resolved.
Dishwasher and stove purchased together
I purchased a set with the Fridge, dishwasher and stove for my kitchen. (I still have my receipt.) It was last year in late summer, the dishwasher was backing up water in the bottom of it during cycles. I barely ran the dishwasher since I barely cook! I had to hire the plumber to come out and check the line and nothing was clogged in the drainage line. He determined the pump went out on the dishwasher which wasn't even 3 years old and he suggested to call a appliance technician to look at it. I had an technician come on 04/05/21 and he took and took it apart and determine it was the pump that went out. with the part & labor would cost over $350.00 the cost of what I paid for the dishwasher. He said it wasn't worth repairing since that price. Also last fall 2 of my stove knobs fell off the stove, one cracked and won't stay on and both knobs are on the left side which is front/rear cooking of the left side of the stove. I paid alot for these appliances and still is paying this on my charge card through Sear's and now I'm paying for an dishwasher that doesn't work anymore and 2 broken stove knobs that won't stay on!
I paid for the 3 appliances all Samsung a total of $1782.28 on 08/30/2018 at Sear's (Mall of Amer.) I do have photos & receipt
There is no warranty on the items yet I have defective appliance that I have to replace and not even done paying for them. I request a full refund ($400.00) for the dishwasher since I have to replace that totally and 2 new knobs sent to me for my stove.
This complaint as NEVER been resolved! I never heard back from anyone! I hate I even got these appliances.
This is the WORST appliances in the World!!! I called a second time and they said there is nothing they can do if out of warranty. So I have a dishwasher on my charge that can't be fixed and they get money out of people...I haven't heard back from anyone regarding this including this site if your helping. I need your help.
Trade in program
In March Samsung had a trade in offer. I have a perfectly great trade in I submitted and the trade in was rejected because
"You did not disable your personal security locks, including the Factory Reset Protection or Activation Lock" I called to discuss the matter and see if there was anything that could be done. I was told to request my trade in back then call back and request a shipping label. I did this and was told because I requested the trade in I was no longer eligible. It's pretty crappy to be told inconsistent information and now I was charged the amount I expected to use as a trade in and no other options were made available as a customer for 2+ years.
Desired outcome: accept trade in for value and refund of charge
A10 phone
I got a nag EVERY TIME I opened the phone to use it about setting up a security pin. I finally succumbed and set up a logon pin for EVERY time I open the phone.
Now the damned nag wants me to set up some kind of TWO factor logon?
NO F__KING WAY am I going to do a 2 method logon every time I want to use my F__KING phone.
If this keeps up, Samsung goes away to some other brand.
Desired outcome: STOP THE NAGS
Samsung Front Load Washer WW22K6800AW
Purchased from Best Buy 2019. Have had 2 White Westinghouse front loaders over 29 years. While this unit is quieter it does not do the same job. Yes it has automatic bleach, detergent and softener dispenser but, the end results are terrible. I need to run a rinse and spin cycle only to remove the bleach smell after a complete cycle. The softener leaves garments smelling of NOTHING. I have to put softener sheets in dryer so that garments smell fresh. I always use max load, so that I get the most water, NOT. Some of my garments have "pilling" and are rough to the touch. If I use cold and hang dry my clothes they hard hard to the touch. The rinse cycle has a very low water amount entered into tub. I understand the environment but the washer does not do my laundry correctly. Have had numerous service calls and nothing is resolved. I now introduce a bleach and water solution before closing door, this lessens the bleach smell. Then I run a rinse and spin cycle along with dryer sheets in the dryer. There should be a manual over ride as to how much water I can load my machine with.
I want someone to contact me as to how we can resolve this matter.
Thank you John R. Bernard [protected]@hotmail.com [protected]

Purchased phone Samsung FE 4g AU210312-[protected] ([protected])
I made a purchase of the Samsung FE 4G, 12/03/2021 and was promised a 5-7 day delivery.
It has now been three weeks and when I contacted Samsung they said I wasn't able to speak to the department manager for their Sydney office and only responded with this email.
'Our Samsung eCommerce Sydney head office team are liaising with our developers regarding a system issue affecting your order; you should receive notification once an update is available from our team. Should you have any follow-up queries feel free to reply to this email and our Service Division will be happy to help further where we can.'
I have not received a proper response as to when I'll receive my order?
What exactly doe SYSTEM FAILURE MEAN? PLEASE EXPLAIN!
Sounds like a professional LIE to cover up the real issue.
So please either make sure my product is here by the end of this week 14/04/21 or give me a full refund.
I am paying with after pay and have 1 payment left so i will cut that off if my phone hasn't arrived and take you to Fair Trading Australia.

Smart tv remote
I've been on your parts site trying to buy a remote. There is no model # on the remote I'm trying to replace. Your parts site demands a part number first before going any further. Mine has a Model name: RMCSPM1AP1 and a Model code : BN59-01266A . I've tried hard here for a while to get what I need. Help !
I tried to submit this but once again as on all your sites the customer is last and your convenience seems to be first. It demands 350 characters or guarantees my complaint will be ignored.
Visiting your sites is sorta like pulling teeth with no pain killer.
claiming of free set of earbuds and tag after upgrade to S21+
I recently upgraded my contract to the S21+ in Feb, I claimed my free set of earbuds and tag that came with the promotion online
on the 13th March 2021 I received and email from [protected]@samsung.co.za to say that my claim was revalidated and approved. A copy of the mail will be available on request
it is now 18 days later and after numerous calls to the help line and multiple visits to the Vodacom store, I still don't have any feedback with regards to my delivery.
I was told to be patient and that it was placed on a packaging list and with a courier company that will deliver, just to hear today again that they still cant track my parcel when I phoned the Samsung Help line.
they took my details and told me that a manager of supervisor would call me back, but still have not received any call as yet
this is totally unacceptable and nothing but a empty promise and scam to choose the product on promotion
please can somebody call me back or get in touch with me to sort this out urgently
my ref no on the claim is : 630803091025GPSA1
my cell no [protected]

I look forward to your eager response

Read full review of SamsungSamsung products
I bought several Samsung products in the past. Now I did not want to buy the Samsung brand again because the Samsung products did not last long. I bought TV - the remote didn't work after awhile, bought cell phone - not good, bought the washing machine - it leaks - 2 repairmen came but the problem was not fixed or solved, it still leaks, bought refrigerator - the ice machine maker did not work properly and we had to use hammer or use hair drier to melt the ice - so we gave up that ice maker - never bother to open it anymore, and the refrigerator always has water under fruit/vegetable compartments that we have to use ‘shop-vac' to get rid of the water under the compartments biweekly because if we do not do it, it will leak to the floor. So that's my problems as a Samsung customer and now I don't want to buy Samsung brand anymore.
Samsung Refrigerator purchased in January of 2018
The Model # is RF18HFENBSR-2 It has French Doors at Top and Freezer at the bottom.
The problem is at the beginning of this year (2021) we noticed our vegetable bins were filled with water at the bottom and all our vegetables were soaking wet. When removing the bins to empty the water, there was ice frozen to the bottom of the fridge. We cleared it out, dried everything and put back whatever was salvageable. Now March 2021, the same thing has occurred again.
This refrigerator and the problem it seems to have is still under Warranty and we would appreciate you sending an Samsung repairman to correct this problem as soon as possible. We can't keep losing fresh food.
Desired outcome: Want our Refrigerator repaired
Repair
I bought my daugher a Samsung - Galaxy Tab A Kids Edition - 8" - 32GB - Silver in July 2020. She was using it this past February, laying on the ground, and the screen just goes fuzzy, and we can no longer access anything. I wanted to send in for repairs, but I dont have the original box, and the serial number on the back is so small, and so light you can not see it with multiple magnifine glasses. I even took it back to Best Buy and they were unable to help me find the serial number either. Everyone at Samsung has treated me like I am an idiot, and is 0 help. I just want to fix my daughters tablet, but they seem to not care about customer service and helping the customer at all. At this point I will never buy another Samsung product and I think I will just toss this and get my daughter the Kindle she wanted originally.
Desired outcome: help with my serial number and fixing my tablet
Gas Slide in Range
We purchased a Samsung Gas Slide in Range. We purchased the extended warranty through Best Buy. We have had to it repaired the oven twice since we have had it. We have model number NX58K9850S. The repairs have been on the sensor in the oven. The error code is C-A2. Our warranty will expire soon . We purchased December 13, 2019 and have had two repairs.
Desired outcome: I want a replace Gas-Slide-in-Range
Latest ui for android
The latest UI for android is a total pain in the [censored]! Most of all, the changes you made to the screen orientation. It was fine the way it was. Actually, I wish I never upgraded to an S10. My S8 edge was awesome. One of my fav features on the S8 was the 3d pic setting. So after upgrading to 10, the first app I open was camera. I was Instantly disappointed when I couldn't find 3d. I didn't ask about the feature when upgrading because upgrading means replacing something with a better version. I'm seriously considering switching to an iphone. And I HATE Apple even more!
Have a nice day!😁
Newly purchased dishwasher model dw80r5061
In December 2020 we purchased a new Samsung dishwasher to replace our old dishwasher that had a ruptured hose which caused water damage to our finished basement and also to the kitchen cabinet that housed the dishwasher. When we purchased the dishwasher we thought it could be installed immediately; unfortunately shortly after the purchase, the insurance...
Read full review of Samsung24.6 cubic foot 3 door Refrigerator (RF263TEAESG) from Lowes on 03 Sep 2016. Also, there was an Electric Range w/Dual Ovens (NES59J7630SG)
I am a retired veteran of 22 years in the Air Force and presently working Civil Service for the Air Force. Whom has purchased many Samsung products over the years (check my account) from TV's, Phones, sound Bars, DVD players and most recent 4 major appliances to remodel my Kitchen in 2016.
Two of the items I purchased a 24.6 cubic foot 3 door Refrigerator (RF263TEAESG) from Lowes on 03 Sep 2016. Also, there was an Electric Range w/Dual Ovens (NES59J7630SG) on that same day I have been having issues with. The Microwave (ME21H706MQG) and Dishwasher DW80J7550UG) is doing great.
The refrigerator Ice Maker has been a problem freezing up since 6 months after I purchased it and the bottom freezer draw door handle broke off where the screws attach to the plastic latches making the door handle unusable and requiring a new door which no one can find. (Warranty Company won't pay to fix it)
The Stove oven temperature when set to any particular degrees, changes itself to 500 or more degrees all by itself and burns up food inside. (Warranty Company is paying to fix)
I have a home warranty company (Choice Home Warranty) working the stove issue since November 2020 with a local repair company (Guru Electric) but no one has the parts they say they need to properly repair the Electric Range oven. I would appreciated any assistance or help you all can provide me.
Thanking You,
Refrigerator
Ticket# [protected]. The ice maker on my refridgerator stopped working. After attempting to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, it was determined by Samsung they would need to send a technician at no cost to repair the unit. The day before the technican was to arrive I received a call from the repair support company, Techpro, and they told they would not be coming and that Samsung had decided to exchange the refridgerator. I contacted Samsung, and they confirmed that an exchange request had been submitted and they would be in touch. Later that day I received a message from Samsung stating that they would not be able to exchange but I could receive a 50% discount off a unit from their site. The next day I contacted the support call center, the support person told me I had an option of the 50% e-coupon or a prorated check. I told them I wanted the e-coupon. The support person said she would take care of and call me back. When she called back about 15 minutes later, the support person told me the coupon was not available and the only option was prorated check in the amount of $350. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was immediately connected to someone who informed condescendingly that Samsung was a company and had processes and procedures that they follow and if I had a complaint I could provide it to him and he could pass it along. I told him I had been lied to on four separate occasions by Samsung support and did not trust him to pass along. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor and that it would do no good to talk to anyone else. I insisted on speaking to his supervisor and was placed on hold for 45 minutes. Once finally connected, the supervisor's supervisor told me the only option was a online credit for $360 or prorated check for $350. I told him I would take the check since I intend to never buy a Samsung product again (I have purchased refridgerators, washer/dryers, televisions, laptops, phones in the past.) He then informed me that the amount he had provided was incorrect and the check would only be for $305. I have never in my life experienced such a brazened "switch & bait" process from a company. This process seems to be by design and I plan on filing a complaint with BBB.
Desired outcome: Provide a 50% discounted e-coupon as promisted.
Microwave Samsung Order number US067878080
I had a warranty issue with a microwave I purchased . After a repair person came out and ordered a part it didn't work. Another delay no part, no working microwave. Supervisor gets involved tells me he will be issuing a coupon good for replacement microwave. No that's not it they sent a coupon I had to use at Samsung .com. Got another microwave but had to pay $20.00 extra. Microwave arrives broken a bunch of transfers people who don't know their job. No fix no answers just a broken microwave.
Desired outcome: Replacement coupon for the original 159.00 to use in a store! Plus a $20.00 refund through Paypal to offset the extra money I paid. Call me back at [protected] when you have a resolution.
Active2 40mm watch - faulty with loose rear sensor cover.
I bought one of these Actve2 watched in October 2019 as a birthday gift for my wife as she liked the interface on my 46mm Galaxy Watch.
Over the Christmas period when she removed the watch one day the sensor cover was stuck to her wrist.
She immediately stopped wearing it and we have been trying to get it resolved.
After a chat session with Samsung they arranged to collect it on Monday and it is currently with the Samsung repair centre in Croydon.
In an email to us they have said:
"Thank you for sending your device to our service centre, the inspection is now complete.
Unfortunately, due to Device Lock, we are unable to offer you a warranty repair on this occasion.
Fault Issues
Rear cover has detached from back of device. Needs a whole new rear cover.
Cost of repair
Total cost of repairs for Samsung R830 Rear Cover - £49 Inc. Vat."
I have tried to establish what the significance of "device lock" is in determining whether a warranty repair can be offered but Samsung support staff are unable to provide an answer.
I have been passed from Support to Escalations with the latest position outlined below:
In a spirit of fareness and transparency I felt it appropriate to give you sight of what I am sharing on the various social media feeds regarding the issues with Linda's Active2 watch.
Original topic:
Active2 Smartwatch - Buyer Beware
Wearables
After weeks of chasing Samsung over the separation of the back of my wife's Active2 we have received the following explanation which does not help at all.
"Our service centre and wearable product team have explained that this issue has been experienced by a very small number of customers, but that this has been found in all cases so far to be related to the presence and use of cosmetic products (such as creams, moisturisers, oils, etc.) which affect the adhesive used to attach the sensor glass to the underside of the watch."
This suggests that they have manufactures a wrist watch which cannot be worn around the average human wrist?
The Samsung specification for the Active2 contains:
"35. Galaxy Watch Active2 has a water resistance rating of 50 meters under the ISO standard 22810:2010. It is not suitable for diving or high-pressure water activities. If the device or your hands are wet, they must be dried thoroughly prior to handling."
No mention of any conventionally used oils or creams?
In a recent response we have stated:
I must admit that I am surprised that the reason given by Samsung is the use of some form of lotion or oil and why this was not given by the repair centre as the reason for returning it unrepaired.
The reason given as to why a warranty repair could not be carried out was a "device lock"?
I am checking through the specification and product details for the Active2 to see if there are usage exclusions given.
I have come across a few similar instances from within the Samsung Community forum and they are not unusual.
My wife is a retired Cardiology Nurse who has used little or no cosmetic lotion or oil in our 40 year marriage.
I would appreciate any help available to resolve this?
Regards
Alan George
Desired outcome: Either a replacement watch or a complete repair under warranty.
