I have a business phone that keeps restarting up to 6 times a day, often during use. I did error reports, was told to take to a samsung store. Shortly after it wouldnt unlock/restart/turnoff. I took it to a samsung store, there they did a factory reset (wiped all my data as the phone would not backup). They said if it still had the restarting issue, bring it back for replacement.
A week later and it is still restarting all the time. I took it back to the store, to be told it now has to be sent in to be assessed - and I have to buy a new phone to use in the meantime. It will also take a month to be assessed.
So after losing all my photos, data, and info, and resetting up the phone, I have to buy a new phone, set that up, then reset up again if they repair my current one and return it to me.
I use my phone for business and cannot go 4 weeks without it, and what is the point of buying another when I will probably have to get this same one back, probably with the same fault still present? Either way, I am out of pocket because of the faulty phone!
Desired outcome: I want a refund for the faulty phone
