Our MD at SISO in Bangalore has suddenly behaving like a Hitler, he has made mandatory log in time as 8:00 AM in the morning, how can we have BF, and he also has informed the cafeteria staff to stop providing BF at 8:15 AM, if we come late half day salary will be cut, this is really disgusting and we still cant believe whether we are in Independent India, he is from Korea and gives the answer that Indians are lazy so he is behaving like this, who the hell is he to criticize Indians, I urge the labor ministry to take serious action against this Hitler MD and provide relief to poor workers(slaves) like us.

First, donot write in criptic language. You Indians pride that British taught you English and now you colonized writing in criptic local Indo language. Write in English as taught you by your British master.

Next, India is going to American colony. I visited SISO WTD and seen Indo people today love America America, anything American. It is just future time, a few decades, then India will automatically become American colony slowly. It has started already. It will be easy for British colony (India) becoming American colony (India). No problem.

Next, again, answer all questions:

1. why your gov. force million indians to die for hunger? (look at UN report)?
2. why your literacy rate is 40% actually (look at UN report)?
3. why your women sell their babies and own body for food (look at UN report)?
4. why we need taking vaccine of malaria, colera, dengu, so so many bad diseases before going to your developing country from developed country? (look at visa/journey requirements)?
5. why your women sell their uterus for food and money? (surogacy business of india)?
6. why your disease mortality in indian gov. hospitals are 75% (look at WHO data, 2010)?
7. why all indians donot have health cover and good sophisticated gov. hospitals and treatments? (look WHO data)?
8. why none of your university in top 200 world list? (look at ranking)?
9. why your human development index (HDI) is so low, india ranks in last 10 countries (look HDI 2010, UN)?
10. why all your gov. is so corrupt, india ranks below 150 in world (look most corrupted country list 2010)?
11. why poverty in india actually 37%?
12. why income disparity in your country is very wide?

Cheon^^, they are all Indians (indosaram!), no respect:-). Let them answer to our questions first. It is all reality in India (poverty, corruption, low-quality-life, illiteracy, death in gov. hospital, beggars on roads etc. etc.). Indosaram, no respect at all, they are from inferior country.

I agree that we are poor, our government in corrupt and we are lazy.
Thats the answer for all your questions from 1 to 12.

Another reason is that we dont have any Japanese gene with us.
If Japanese had raped us regularly like what they did to korea, probably
we might not be eating dogs like you now ;).

Anyway for heavens sake can you explain the few things,
1) why North Koreans still eating dogs and dead human corpse?
2) can you explain whether puppet south Koreans can survive without the technology copied
or stolen from US or Jsapan ?
3) can you explain whether puppet south Koreans can able to launch any satellite to space by their own ?
4) can you explain how long US army will save the puppet South Koreans?

I guess what the above phrase mean to you..

OMG!

I thought that we had shut down some oriental Korean foul mouth,
but i am bit surprised that this thread is active again.
Even after insulting these Koreans badly, still these Koreans are posting ( But with different names i guess ).

Fellow Indians its useless to argue with this [censored] Koreans.
These Koreans will never reply to something which they cant reply,
instead they just post the same thing again and again.
Better show this thread to the guys who got offers from SISO.

I already heard that SISO is struggling to control attrition.
One of my ex-colleague told me that HRs now asked some feedback from the employees.
But its too late, damage is already done by MD and HR department.

They never going to reply anything about Japan, North Korea or US army or their inability to reach satellites.
They never going to reply anything if we ask about their copied thing from Sony, Qualcomm and HP etc..
Please domt insult them again, they may protest by slicing their fingers ( Korean way of protesting ). ;)

Guys go through the below wiki link about Korean Aerospace research.
The way they operate is bit same as how samsung and lg launch its mobiles ;).
Please go through it, its full fun and it clearly tells how koreans are incapable of getting
any new technology by their own.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korea_Aerospace_Research_Institute
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korea_Space_Launch_Vehicle

Read about their Naro's second launch.
First the launch got delayed cos they found some bug.
They fixed it in a day ( like how they fix the bugs in samsung phones ).
and next day the launch got failed miserably.

Its ditto same as how they work in Samsung HQ.
This is what happens if US doesnt supply the technology, even their Japanese genes are
overridden by Korean genes when innovation or technology of its own comes ;).

I guess we are almost 30+ years ahead of [censored] koreans. ( 30+ years and still counting ).
Probably once they launch their satellite by their own i will come here and post a achievement mail.

One word to describe Koreans, LAME.

Still puppet dog eating Koreans never came to the point again and never will they.
I request all puppets to rule themselves first and then come to India to rule us.
First try to save your communist brothers from eating human meat and then try helping us.

Did some goggling and found few links about the superior state of superior Koreans across the border.
Even in 21st century its happening. Koreans trading human meat.

Another thing to ROTFL is that these puppet south Koreans are attending fake funerals.
Esp samung and hyundai employees are taking this so that they wont commit suicide due
to extreme work and mental trauma.

We will fertilize your mother, sister, daughter and, we will make you developed and half-brown. We have power. Look, our POSCO company have taken your mine. Look, our companies captured your home and market.

Slowly, we will take your country also. It is our responsibility to make you developed and less brown for that. Just wait and see. Nobody respect your inferior country. So, we will create new population in your inferior country first to start development. So, you practice obeying us from now. You MUST obey our MD, do exactly what he saying to you. No question. There are inferiors and superiors, rich and poor etc. but everyone needs others help. if korea/koreans are superior/rich why you people are manufacturing / selling products in india. everyone is connected in this world, helping and getting benefits both the ways.
And there is no problem between india/indians and korea/koreans. i don't know why people are playing in this thread.
This thread is for discussing "samsung india software operations (SISO)" work culture and its new MD and his approach towards employees. so complaining indians/koreans will not help in anyway.
Samsung is trying hard to achieve things. But way of achieving things also equally important. Organization is all about people. Samsung/SISO gives less importance to people, and thinks only about profit/market share.
This way will not work always, with money you can't buy everything. there is limit for everything. please don't make SISO as india's FOXCONN.

Beggar South Koreans, North Korea has raped the 49 soldiers of South Korea by torpedo-ing the South Korean submarine. Now these South Korean creatures are crying blue to their Master, i.e. America the Big Daddy, for help, poor Southern mongols. These yellow Koreans are Amrican colony today. 30, 000 US soldiers are permanently staying and exploiting this yellow chinki country.

Read wikipedia about South Korean economy and history. Even today 1.6% of their GDP are from prostitution by South Korean girls in country and from abroad. From 2004 to 2008, 4000 S. Korean girls went to USA for prostitution and send back money to Korea (CNN report). S. Koreans do low-end cleaning/sweeping/porter jobs in USA. So, S. Koreans, donot open your foul mouth.

What history do you have? What present do you have? You are merely a manufacturing country based on copied/duplicated technology and selling your products to buy food. Right? What authentic intellectual discoveries and innovations do have have made from ancient time to this date?

Read Indian history and the list of contributions made from ancient time. When Indians did build home by bricks and dams, you people were living in caves and trees. Just to say a few.

Donot open your mouth, inferior S. Koreans TRIBALS. Get your evolutionary growth first to become full human.

From the thread it is clear that, Indians should keep their feet on top of mongol heads of SISO with appropriate pressure. That will balance the system in SISO, an inferior mongolian company. Superiority needs to be established, not granted.

It's one of those stories about people arguing for so long, that they forgot what the argument was about. For people berating Korea or India, seriously, stop with the mindless bias...both are great in their own respect, which is not to say they don't have any shortcomings too! Make note of it and move on. I believe anybody engaging in extolling one country as perfect and the other as trash is a pure idiot.

As for the *actual* problem, I have worked at Samsung at India and USA. I'd agree that it's not fair. But this is not as big a deal as people are making out to be...if a whole bunch of you put a complaint to the HR dept, I'm sure they'll sort this out.that's what they are for, y'know. Problem solved...

As for the MD criticizing Indians, don't you think he's ignorant in generalizing >1 billion to a particular stereotype? Let's hope he knows better in the future. And at the risk of riling up quite a few egoistic nationalists, I ask you that by engaging in such uncivilized mud-slinging are you really upholding your culture? Reminds me of the "debates" held by the mindless goons in our Parliament...

@ Byong

I have few things to make clear to you and your other Korean counterparts.

1. You have been talking about IITs being over funded and other universities are not that is because the students who get into IITs have god gifted intellect. If you really would like to know how, then I request you to try out the IIT entrance test papers or get the question paper answered by a Korean student.
2. You go to IITs for recruitment of freshers but could you please tell me how many of them stay in SISO after 2 years? Actually SISO has no R&D job. Its a pure service company for Samsung Electronics.
3. Have you ever given a thought, why Samsung has opened its operations in India? Is it because there were lack of intellect in your tiny Korean country?
4. According to your views, Indians donot have a good reputation in other parts of the world. If so, could you please explain why the software industry is flourishing in India and not in any other country? Why did the Indian software industry just brushed away the recession? Why the Indian software market has opened up and most of the foreign companies are expanding more than 100%. Even your MD has plans of expanding SISO to 5000 employees.
5. Have you ever read any management books? I'm sure you haven't! Anyways if you get time after working 20hrs a day, then please concentrate on the importance of employee retention. This whole year MD has spent in changing SISO's existing policies, and signing offer letters and relieving letters. Most of the projects are sluggish because the existing engineers are quitting and the new recruits need time to get into the rhythm. That means SISO has lost one year. Good Luck to my fellow Koreans!
6. SISO has only 3000 employees where as India's population 100, 000, 00, 000+. I would like my fellow Koreans come up with the percentage of population they think that they are feeding.
7. Its not question of who is great and who is not so great. You are here to do business and we are here to make our business. If at any point of time you feel that you are ruling the mighty Indians, then please get yourself checked by a psychiatrist as only mentally [censor]ed people have the feeling of Kingship.
8. Lastly please correct you English.

Thank you!

Hello Avisc, it is true that you and other Indians including myself are upset by Korean comments, however, it is also true that, as Indians, we really donot have any answer to their 12 questions (questions put by Cheon and others). How can we really deny that million Indians go hungry today because of mismanagement of Indian government and corruption. How can we deny that growth in India is sectorial or regional because of faulty government policies and internal conflicts among Indians based on provinces (provincialism in India). How can one deny that governmental health-care system (hospitals) are just pathetic death-homes? Will you take your parents to gov. hospitals in India for treatment or will you take them to nursinghomes? Then think what happens to other millions who cannot afford treatment at nursinghomes in India. Have you and other Indians thought about it? I bet, answer is NO. Because, We Indians do not care for other fellow Indians as long as we ourselves have no problem. My friend, Koreans do not do such things to fellow citizens.

It is more clear from your mentality about IITs exposing a sense of unequality in your own mind to other Indians, right? What the hell is special about IIT? Nothing and nothing. Because:

1. IITs are also producing service providing engineers to WORK in foreign/native companies. Other university graduate engineers are doing the same too, all over the world. So, there is no spaciality in it. As the population is high in India and educational infrastructures in India are low, so there is so bad competetion. In any developed country this does not happen, because, there education is meant for all. That is why they are developed. Make your unequality-believing savage mind clear now.

2. This is happenning (my own experineces): nowadays PhDs from IITs are comming to Korea for post-doc work and trying to stay here as long as they are allowed. If your IITs are so out-of-earth, then why do your PhDs are going to Korea for post-doc?

3. Last months, IIT Kanpur director came to POSTECH, Korea on his own effort (not invited) to enquire possible partnership with Korean universities. If your IITs are so high, why your director is rushing to S. Korean universities?

4. And, tell me one, just one great world-known discovery/invention made by any IIT pass-out in last 40 years . Basically, IITs are producing batches of graduates who are the work force of India alike any other university graduates. Part of them are staying in India and part of them are moving to developed countries for higher studies to settle there for more money income through well-paying jobs. What is extra speciality in this effort?

IITs were actually established by Nehru after 1947 using (copying) foreign models to churn up more technical work-force in India after independence. Even today, IITs do not follow Indian model of grading and education and all IITs are directly mentored by different foreign governments such as, Germany, USA, Russia and others. On the other hand, universities in India follow Indian model of education to impart holistic education and they are the backbone of education in India.

Rather, all Nobel winner Indians (Dr. Raman, Dr. Venki, Dr. Amartya Sen) are educated from universities in India. Even the recent of ICM 2010 (International Congress of Mathematicians 2010) had held in University of Hyderabad where 2500 scholars gathered from 85 countries for 9 days long conference. Of course, rightly ICM 2010 has held in an university in India and not in an institute.

5. Lastly, your own comments here exposed that you even believe in inequality and discrimination among your own fellow citizens. You think that IITs are god-gifted talented and other Indians are inferior in comparison.

Exactly, and this is the reason India will never be developed and that is the reason other countries will rule India again and again. You/we people are so fragmented with ourselves, we/you people are so mismanaged within us, we/you people are so discriminating within ourselves!

It is true that history can repeat at any time in future, and for the same reasons, India could get colonized again by America or China or Korea or anyother nations of the world.

There is something VERY WRONG at the VERY BASIC THOUGHTS and BEHAVIOUR of ours in India.

Dear Sridhar and others, There is nothing fishy here. Here, all along people of SISO Korea and SISO India tried to attack each other so far. It is rational to think why this thing has happened at first place? I mean, how dare a Korean MD can tell to his majority ethnic (Indian) employees, who are educated, that Indians are lazy, corrupt and should work slavishly?

The immediate question should come to any rational mind that how did he (AND other Koreans) dare to comment against Indians while sitting in India or visiting India? How do they got feeling that: anything can be told about India, Indian employees of SISO?

There is a phrase in English saying: Nobody Can Insult You Without Your Consent.

That means, some how SISO Korean MD and other Koreans got the feeling that,

1. Indians are internally fragmented (disunited race) and
2. some how he/they has cleverly read/observed our internal social infrastructure of India (public infrastructure: roads, gov. hospitals, schools etc.),
3. some how (possibly from news paper) he/they is/are informed about Indian politics and happenings in parliament,
4. Some how he/they is/are informed (possibly from SISO HR and others) about educational systems and superior/inferior classifications maintained by Indians (IIT/University discrimination boasted by Indians and govt. of India) and
5. some how he/they has/have also got information or observed the rich-poor divide in India.

Taken these observations together, SISO Korean MD and other Koreans concluded that Indians can be misused, mistreated and maligned easily because of their own mismanagement, lack of national pride/identity/attachment to fellow Indians, own internal discrimination between fellow Indian citizens and Indian government apathy to the common people of India.

Probably, he/Koreans got a feeling that, in any case, Indian government will support their Korean management and policies rather than own countrymen, i.e. Indians.

As a combined effect he/they got arrogant and started mistreating and commenting wrongly and, publicly, against our/your educational capabilities, our/your heritage and our/your culture as well as Indian society.

So, the point is, we (I, you, all Indians, government of India all together) need to arrange and refurbish the situations prevailing in our own fragmented-mismanaged home, own fragmented-mismanaged family, own fragmented-mismanaged society, and own fragmented-mismanaged country to such as level of improvements with strong national unity among ourselves that, nobody in world can dare to comment about us.

Unless we recognize this call of the hour and act together, we will be maligned again and again by any country of the world easily. Read history, you will see exactly same thing happened when mughal people colonized Indians and British/French/Dutch people colonized Indians.

To Cheon M and Sunil K S
I would like to answer some to the questions posed by you.
Reg Vaccinations for travel.
I have been to Europe US and other countries and every country has an advisory on vaccinations. India is not an isolated incident. US issues advisory to its citizes travelling to South Korea to get vaccinated. Here is the evidence.
http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/south-korea.aspx
Its official so I hope you dont argue that I have created this website !

Reg underdevelopment
Yes, we are still a developing nation. And the reason is we did not align ourself to either of the power blocs after world war II. It was only in 1990s we started to open our markets. And it was during this time Samsung has first entered Indian market (partly due to the crumbling Asian markets at that time). This is again a fact which is displayed in the government webpage on India South Korea relations
For a country of our size, population and diversity, attaining self sufficieny was and will remain primary target. Our government policies are based on that and we are experiencing development and attracting FDIs like never before in past. On the other hand South Korea aligned itself with allied forces and has been experiencing development. Secondly where is the diversity in your country? You cannot co-exist with your Northern counterparts peacefully but try to raise fingers against us.

Reg The Third world tag
Third world countries are all those non-aligned countries which chose to stay neutral after WW 2. It is not a classification based on development status. The term has been in Use since 1945 and every one knows the status of many 'first world' countries at that time.

Have you forgotten the Indian Peacekeeping force which was deployed shortly after the Korean war. You might remember it as UN Peace Keeping force but get into facts, most of them are from India. We protected your borders in the past and you call us beggars !

I do not have any hard feelings against South Korea and its citizens. I have some excellent friends from Korea and we respect each others culture, no mud sligging.

Now coming to the core issue of SISO policy, I would rather blame it on HR than MD. Its the duty of HR to advise MD on the cultural and legal issues of a certain policy. For example, the current SISO policy of bringing employees using company transport atleast 30 mins before scheduled start time, clearly violates the labour law of land. I dont know if SISO is registered under 'Factories Act of India 1948' or 'Karnataka Shops and Establishments Act (2002 ammeded)' but in any case working above 9 hours per day should be rewarded by 1.5-2 times the hourly salary per hour of ectra work done. Every employee should be given a detailed contract with his rights and duties mentioned. None of them are practised and HR does not even seem to know such things. If some one drags the company to the court of law, they will be surely convicted. So give the law of land its due respect before demanding respect.

Hello Korean MD, we got the internal state of India. Suppress these brown slaves and importantly, slide your lollipop into the brown lips in between legs of Indic women, as many as you can, dear MD. You are there. Try to make them half, Brits have already ravaged their membrane between legs. Now it is American and Korean dreams for brown lips. Blow it up there. So many Indic women are roaming on street as cows roam in India. Pick any one for fun. Bloody cheap body as well as cheap brain.

Don't forget to give them hard cash for silence. Otherwise, Indics tend to cry hard. Keep it up MD, get some Indian virgin taste. We are coming too.

Let us do a global voting here:

Who will rule and dominate India in near future: (a) China, (b) S. Korea, (c) USA, (d) EU.

People can mention any one choice (a, b, c, d) according to their understanding of Indian socio-econo-political current situations and scopes for future domination on India. For your help to correctly ponder upon, the following existing issues in India are listed:

1) Poverty
2) Sectorial growth
3) Illiteracy
4) Government apathy to general public need for good and sophisticated infrastructure (AC buses, roads, high-speed safe rail, gov. hospitals/affordable good health care for public, green environment etc.)
5) Rich-poor divide
6) Communal conflicts
7) Provincial conflicts
8) History of prolong colonization.

Hello Americans, read this link below saying that 15% (49million) Americans are suffering from extreme poverty and hunger as as well malnutrition. The data is published in an American Diet Journal and in Times of India on 03 September 2010.

I am copying the news from the paper below:

More than 49 million Americans 'food insecure': Study
AFP, Sep 3, 2010, 01.05am IST

WASHINGTON: More than 49 million people in the United States do not have regular access to nutritio us meals, putting them at risk of a raft of physical, psychological and social problems, a report said on Thursday.

Nearly 15 percent of households in the United States, representing 49.1 million individuals, experienced food insecurity sometime during 2008, says the report published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association.

"Food insecurity is often triggered by an event that stresses the household budget - losing a job or assistance benefits... or gaining a household member, " the report said.

With earlier studies showing that food insecurity is linked to poverty and worsens when the economy slows down, the report warned that the number of Americans who have trouble getting a nutritious meal is likely to rise.

Other factors that contribute to food insecurity are high housing and utility costs, medical and health costs, mental health problems, poor education, transportation costs, substance abuse and even smoking - a pack of cigarettes costs 7.00 dollars in some US cities.

"Food-insecure households must often choose between buying food and buying and paying for other items or needs, including medication, healthful housing conditions and utility costs for heating or cooling, " the report said.

More than a third of the food-insecure people in the United States - or 17.3 million people including 1.1 million children - in 2008 lived in households where eating patterns were severely disrupted and food intake was greatly reduced.

In those very low food-secure homes, parents, and especially mothers, often "protected" young children from hunger, meaning they would go without food to allow their kids to eat, the report said.

Poor families, households with young children headed by a single parent of either sex, and black and Hispanic homes were at particular risk for food insecurity, according to the report.

Not getting enough good, healthy food to eat can result in the obvious ills of under- or malnutrition and less obvious problems ranging from poor academic results to greater risk for developing chronic disease and even obesity, the report said.

The experts from the American Dietetic Association who compiled the report called for "systematic and sustained action" at the federal and community levels to fight what they called the avoidable public health issue of food insecurity in the world's richest nation.

So it has become so murky? Hey Korea, do you know that if the combined population of India starts to pee, there will be devastating floods in your country?

So, do not take the might of India for granted. Be thankful that you have been given a chance to do business in this great country and earn some money. If you want to do business here, do it our way or buzz off. We didn't invite you here.

The bottomline is we can survive without you, you cannot. So be submissive and nice, and we might just keep you.
