I logged in on Sanlam portal and done a withdrawal on my two pot savings withdrawal successfully on 11/09/2024. Id No [protected].
Completion date was 3 October 2024.
I have sent several emails to find out when my money will be paid out and each time you have moved the date and I am still waiting for feedback but the original case has not even been resolved. I have mails from you stating the 3rd October was still completion date. 2 weeks ago your email stated you are working on my case. yesterday you moved the date again for 3rd time to 11 December. This has been going on since September. Your service is not good, and I am very disappointed in Sanlam's customer services. Please can I have a proper answer as you said it would take 15 working days, and it has been months. I have all the emails. Most which you have ignored and not responded. I hold on for an hour after I give up can't get through on your lines.
I got through to Siya van Sanlam Corporate as i choose Two pot from the menu he said he would put me through to RA as I am not at the correct department, and he put the phone down after and did not put me through I hold on for 30 minutes. Now I have to phone and hold on again. I waist my airtime every time trying to get hold of you. I have to keep on phoning and emailing after you, you don't send any updates. Very disappointed.
