None receipt of "paid in full" and the title to toyota ravc4
On the 22 April I called the company for a pay-off amount, which I was told was $2862.49, on that date I wrote a check #6143 for the full amount. The check was deposited on 4 May. Since then I have called approx 6 times and wrote a letter to their office in Texas, but all I get are run-arounds giving me different explanations and no response to my letter.
What do I have to do to get the title to my vehicle?
Auto loan
I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue in 2015, I paid 13, 500 for it and almost 4 years later I owed over 12, 000. They were applying my payments to a miscellaneous instead of principal or interest. When asked they advised that was not accurate. I argued and finally said I would contact an attorney and they said they would correct the account. They never did and then they repossessed. Now it has been turned over to a collection agency.
Fraudulent lender bad covid service
Criminal charges should be brought against the Santander Consumer USA auto lender as predatory loan sharks whom purposely give auto loans via same dealers to subprime auto shoppers hiding from shopper and state officials our true but hidden 'internal' credit scores that show Santander gives loans to those of us who will probably not be able to pay the loan back.
They make money in repossession and on high interest rates.
I knew nothing of the class action lawsuit. We should had been informed at the dealership. I was placed in a car repair program, and fall into the lawsuit categories.
I was forced pay to pay with lousy, non customer service, as if the SC willfully made it impossible to make payments.
Now, under state of Maryland emergency and requesting a ninety day extension I was just slam greeted with a collection agency to collect a debt. I haven't missed a payment, yet suddenly in the site's transaction area shows two missed payments while under that then opened law suit.
This company should be charged with consumer fraud and all loans forgiven, and no repossession.
Lousy customer service. Its as if they want customers to fail.
Cee My, I just called customer service to see if I could request for a Covid Forbearance. I was told by a financial advisor that I would not have to give a reason for the forbearance but I was asked why I was requesting for 180 days of forbearance because that should be the length of the forbearance. They told me that they only will give me a 2 months forbearance so I went ahead and took it. I will be waiting for my documents to come in and once I have receive those I will take them to my finance advisor to have him assist me with filling out the documents. I was very dissatisfied with customer service. I have not been late on my payments.

Auto loan / interest
In August 2018 I bought a 2009 Nissan Murano. I paid $3.000 down payment and that left me with a bal of $7, 000. The Balance was financed through Santander. I have made every payment on time and even made some payments early in the first yr of loan thinking that was a good thing. When I realized that the balance wasn't moving I sent a message on my online account asking what is going on. I received a phone call from one of their reps stating that because I was making some early payments I was being penalized and interest rates were higher because although my payments were never late paying them early caused the payments to be more then 30 days apart! I was shocked and the rep said no one told you this? Of course not why would I do this had I known? I stopped making the early payments and still nothing has changed! I have paid over $7, 000 on a $10, 000 dollar vehicle and still owe right at $7, 000. How can this be possible? This type of treatment wants to make a poor person give up! How can we ever get ahead? The loan is almost guaranteed to fail because the vehicle will collapse before it is paid for! The loans are upside down, and you can't trade for a better vehicle! We are stuck in these loans! It may help the consumer ride off the lot in a vehicle, but it does not help the consumer!
Balance / payment / interest
July 27, 2020 - I called Santander Consumer USA regarding my car loan, because I noticed only $93.79 went towards the principal. Last month, the entire payment amount went to the interest. The representative that I spoke to said it is a single interest contract at $12.46/day and that if I continue making payments on time more of the payment would go towards the principal. I told the representative that it is bad business practice to treat consumers like this by having the consumer pay more than what the contract is actually worth. This is a horrible company and I should have done research on the loan company prior to signing the loan documents at the dealership. The resolution I want is for more of my payment to go towards the principal and interest.
I paid $5850.00 on my car on 7/20/20 and on 7/24/20 santander had my car repoed
In june 2018 I purchased a 2015 madza cx5 and was deployed and got terribly ill and while I was deployed my aunt who was the cosigner was supposed to be paying the note and when I returned by to the states I found out that she did had not made any payments due to them not sending the account information for payments so on 7/20/20 I found them online and created an account and paid 5850.00 and did not see a past due amount I have reached out to them, mnay times over the past few weeks and did not get a reply from them. As soon as I made a payment and it cleared my account they had my car repossessed. And they will not allow me catch up the past due amount and take over regular payments so I had to go and get a rental car for medical appointments. I am a veteran and can make the payment on a regular basis now that i'm back home and they are refusing to work with me.
My new toyota tacoma truck
I paid on a new truck for 8 months then in the middle of the night they took it
We had 2 cars with them and they put both payments on other car
They never called me about it and when I called them they told me I would have to pay $6000 to get it back which I obviously didnt have.
This happened a couple of months ago
Obviously they didnt care as I explained this to them
I would like to sue to get all my payments back
I even showed them my bank statements which showed payments

I would like to get all my 7 payments back to me since I paid them and still got my truck taken away
This destroyed any chance of me buying another vehicle because what it has done to my credit
Car loan
When your car balance goes down so should your interest charges but it's not happening with Santander. My interest varies from month to month although my balance is going down. They need to be stopped from victimizing people and preying on them! I am unable to send the screen shot of my payments so please see below. Thank you.

I have purchased many cars in my life and never have I had my interest go up when the balance is going down. This issue and all the ones I read should not be happening! They have by far been the worst I have ever dealt with! They need to shut down for taking money/advantage of hard working people!
Car loan santander consumer usa
Hello and to whom it may concern. This is for a car loan from carmax. The actual value of this truck was 3000.00 but pad 11.600.00 this is clearly a predatory loan for 6 years on a used vehicle. Now to get around this I was forced to dump this on top of new car to drive past the payments and now drum roll please I am down to 2 payments this is over 600.00 a month I will use to stay in my apartment and not have to live in the car. Ps if I can get any compensation this will be appreciate it. Thanks for your time on this matter.

Unethical behaviour
Approximately june 4th, 2020, I rec'd a text msg. From santander inquiring if I had authorized a purchase in the amount of $86.39 from norton. (press 1 for yes press 2 for no) I replied pressing 2 for no. A representative called me to inform a block would be put on my card and a new card would be issued... And rec.'d within 7/10 days. I waited 12 day...

I borrowed 12.736.09 and now owe 14288.87 now tell me how that makes sense at all? I lost my job last year and made mutiple contacts with you and you are going to now not help me keep my car? I want my car back or a way to get back on track with payments they will only let me pay 12000.00 this is not fair at all.
You repo my vehicle but made no contact with me to resolve. I need my vehicle today. Who am I to touch base with and where is my car?
2010 dodge journey sxt from the dodge dealership in north little rock, arkansas in year 2012
I was mislead about the entire deal getting into a car. I paid over 20, 000 dollars under the misconception from sauntaunder. To this day I don't have the vehicle and owe they have on my credit report that I still owe 12, 000 something odd or even dollars and that's outright unlawful. I intially went in with a trade-in and cash money down and was total mislead and now in debt and no car. That year and model vehicle isn't even valued at that outrageous amount. These dealearships mislead to get in a pyramid scheme and they all need to be sued. They even are so rude as too if you want to upgrade you'd be so upside down that they won't let you trade, leaving people torn. There are so many vehicles in this world on these dealerships and no way we the people should get took like this. Please help us get our money back!
Auto loan
Auto loan was retained with sandtander in 2019 august. According to their records I receive a second income which is false, also stating second income on my credit report that is false. I do not have a second income. When I call about my account they always ask for me to verify place of employment I have explained to them their information is not correct. Interest rate of 19.26 percent is what I am being charged on this account.
I'm a first time buyer and they got me good
Im a first time buyer and they got me good. 19% interest and I still owe 10k on a 2012 sonata. Eventhough I didn't qualify for the car they falsified information so I can get approved for the car. Now I cant pay it due to the corona virus... They should of have gave me a better interest rate so they got me good for being first time buyer. From $303 only about $60 goes to the principle and the rest nothing but intersest. And sadly they do not refinance...
Auto loan
I obtained a 2016 Hyuandai Accent from Santander Consumer May 2016. I was told by Santander that the cost of the vehicle would be $31, 528.72 with an interest rate of 16.78% for the first 6 months until I obtained credit by consistently paying the note on time. Once the 6 months had ;lapsed I could then have the entire loan refinanced with a lower amount and intreset rate due to my increased acredit. I paid the loan consistently for 6 months and once I contacted the bank to refinance they stated they do not refinance and never have offered refinance and I was stuck with the note. I have paid over $20, 000 for a vehicle with a MSRP of $15, 570 and per Santander I still owe them $15, 000.
I trusted the representative at Santader and their bank when I made this loan and if I new they were purposefully taking advantage of me in hopes that I would default on my loan in order to line their pockets I would have never agreed. I truly believed I would be able to refinance after six months. I can not keep paying the outrageous monthly payment Santander is demanding. They are harassing in phone calls and threathening by stating they will repo at anytime.
Add me to the lawsuit please
Car
They repossed my 2011 chevy malibu 4 -10 2013 and reported it to credit bureau. Did not give me a chance to make payment arrangements. It been over 7 years. The loan is outdated also the statue of limitations have ran out. I called santander consumer to remove it from the credit bureau to clear up my credit but they did not remove it, talk very ugly to me

I had a auto loan through santander in 2013 through 2016.2013 nissan altama
I had a auto loan through Santander in 2013 and in 2016 I traded my car in for another car. Because of my Santander auto loan it caused me to be upside down in my new auto loan. Now I'm stuck in this car and I could have had it paid off my now if it wasn't for the Santander loan. The interest on the loan was at 14% causing me to be upside down In my car loan. When I traded my car in for the 2013 Nissan ALTAMA, it caused my new loan to be high because of the amount of the previous car financed through Santander. 8230.00 was taken on by my new car loan (Car Finance Capital). My interest rate with them is 10%. I have a copy of the pay off letter Santander loan but I didn't see where I could upload it. I wanted to be a part of the Santander class action law suit.
Overcharged
Hello,
I am writing this email to prayerfully join the Santander Class Action suit.
My name is Dawn Nowak 809 Cardinal Court, Hobart Indiana [protected] xxx-xx-0293
I purchased a car from Paul Huering Ford in January of 2018 it was a 2015 Jeep Renegade financed through Santander. Santander gave me an interest rate of 19.9 % despite the fact that my credit score was good and I had offers from others companies for rates as low as 6%. I had a loan with Santander for three months because I called constantly to have my interest rate lowered, my extra payments were not being added to my principal balance and I realized I would never be able to pay off this vehicle and I had been taken advantage of. The car I bought was priced at $14, 999 and I had to pay of $21, 382 when I went to Mike Anderson Chevrolet in March of 2018 2 months later to get out of the loan with Santander by buying a new vehicle for a 3.5% interest rate. The final payment to Santander was made on 04/02/2018 in the amount of $21, 382 I lost $6, 383 in two months! Then on my credit reports Santander reports I had a loan with them for 2 years and three months this is not true the loan was for three months only when I realized I had been taken advantage of and after multiple calls to Santander I had no choice but to find a way to get out of that loan.
The loan I took at Mike Anderson Chevrolet was explained to me that I would have to finance the extra money from the Santander loan that Santander overcharged me and roll it into the new car purchase to get the lower rate and I am still trying to pay that off.
I am requesting a refund of $6, 383 that I was grossly overchargwed in a two and a half month loan.
Please help me I am a single mother and struggling with this car loan working full-time. Do I have any recourse to obtain any of my lost monies so I can apply it to current car loan?
Respectfully,
Dawn Nowak
Car loan
