How much does sarah charge anyway?

Sarah's having an "Art Show" that I am going to at Amanda's salon (voodoo). I think it's ironic that she doesn't work with more stylists at Shine, but it's probably because they want to protect their reputation and not be connected to her. I can't wait to see how many people go to show "support" when most are talking as much [censor] about her as she does of them. She's going to cake on that makeup and act like she's so grateful for the support when all she wants is your money! I always have fun watching Sarah put on a show for the crowd, can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

The next time Sarah feels the need to talk about someone's life, body, or family she needs to take a good long look in the mirror and look at her damn self!

Anybody notice how the "specials" keep getting extended? LMFAO!Don't let her fool you with the makeup she buys, shes not a MAC artist and she won't ever be. She applied a few years ago to a MAC counter that my cousin worked at and they denied her because they knew she was unprofessional and had no real professional references. Shes a fraud. Just because you know how to play with makeup doesnt make you a pro!

If Sarah ever says she is "sick" or her family is "sick", that is just her lame excuse for sitting on her lazy [censor] and not getting your photos done in the time she promised. Im sick of people telling her she's one of the hardest working people they know. Really? Then you MUST not know Sarah! LMAO!

I had my photos taken awhile ago and I was hesitant to write a comment on this site. During my appointment, Sarah seemed nice and welcoming. i didn't know her prior to my appointment other than from fb but I have a few friends that know who she is. I wear makeup regularly but she did use quite a bit more product than I am typically used to I guess for effect. I took advantage of one of her "specials" and was hoping to take some great photographs. Instead, I feel like she rushed through them and I am disappointed with what I got. It was obvious that she did not spend as much time on detail with my pictures and to make matters worse, I don't feel like I can approach her about my dissatistfaction after reading this site. I will not be using this service again.

Sara and Also are frauds! She claims to be a MUA and professional photographer with no license and Aldo acts like he is a pro MMA instructor and fighter without ever being in a fight. Everytime I see them come into my store, I just smile and shake my head. They are pretty pathetic.

I see Sarah around town and she is sooooo obnoxious! She wears these huge glasses and walks around with her nose in the air when in fact she is probably one of the most filthy people in town! Her new work is complete crap. She makes decent looking girls look like vampire tranny's and she claims it is "inspired by other artists." I sure hope they didn't have to pay for those picutres. And when she says "other" does this mean she thinks that piling loads of makeup on people for hundreds of dollars makes her a artist to? Get off your high horse and stop proclaiming to be a professional artist, photographer and MUA! You are overly confident for mediocre work! I can't wait until the SCH fad goes out of style like her glasses!

I personally know Sara and I have to agree that her prices are a bit over the top for the amount of work that she actually does. I think she is realizing that she is not going to stay in business much longer if she doesn't reduce her prices and offer more photos than what she typically gives her clients. This site has definitely upset her enough to force her to rethink her prices and offer what she refers to as "specials" and I hate to admit it but I agree with many of the comments about her lack of professionalism and maturity. Sara, for your own sake, come back down to reality and take a good look at how youve been running yoru business. People are starting to see the real you and as you can see they don't like it. Change your ways before no one is left to defend you.

SCH Studios is complete crap.sarah is as unprofessional an immature as you can get. she need to stop using photography as a way of making friends. act your age!

Sarah can talk about other people but can't take the criticism herself! If you want the best gossip about anyone she knows, just book an appointment. But when she talks about people, just remember that she is married to a piece of crap who cheats and has random children all over the place and who considers her 18 year old sister her "best friend" because no one else can stand her for long periods of time. She is miserable and she deserves what she asks for. If you hire her for services, just know that she will talk about you to her family, friends, and anyone else that will listen because she is immature and ostentatious! Everyone smiles in your face but we all know what you are made of SCH. Stop running your mouth and do what you are paid to do.

I can atest to the fact that I am personally one of those people who has changed my way of thinking when it comes to SCH. Napa is a very small town so I knew her for awhile before I booked an appointment with her. I know I probably sound like a broken record at this point, but it was the same situation as alot of other clients. Sara was running behind, her place was a mess, she wasn't prepared for me when I got there, she was distracted, she talked alot of smack about people I knew and rushed my shoot because she was tired. The few pics that I did get from her weren't the best. I had heard that if you were friends with her or booked alot of shoots she would spend the neccessary amount of time on them when editing, and since I wasn't good friends with her I guess my pictures weren't that important to her. But, if people are spending money for her services they should be treated equal. To top things off it got back to me that she had run her mouth about me to a couple of her other clients, who just happened to be friends of mine. Ladies don't fool yourselves, if you have booked a shoot with her don't be suprised when you find out she's talked smack about you too. She is a miserable person with a miserable life who makes herself feel better by talking bad about other people.

Just for the record, ALL the kiss [censor] comments ARE from her so-called friends, although I know for a fact that some of them no longer feel the same way as they did when they wrote nice things. She has ruined relationships with people with her mouth and her inability to shut up. She talks about clients to other clients and about her family problems to 19-20 year olds expecting them not to spread the word and understand what she is going through. GROW UP SARAH! You are looking more and more pathetic by the minute!

I thought about booking a shoot with her, but after I did some research and compared her to PROFESSIONAL artists, many issues were brought to my attention. She claims to be a professional and that she has been doing make-up for over 13 years, yet she doesn't have her degree/license, in neither photography nor cosmetology? So she is basically stealing your money to support her hobby..? Which she has not perfected, many of the girls on her website are unrecognizeable! The amount that she asks for is completely unheard of. IF she had gone to school, and was actually certified in either, THEN it might be acceptable to charge people the obscenely amount that she does (and she might actually know how to use photoshop). If I were to pay for a high-priced photoshoot with anyone, I would expect high-quality prints as well, not digital copies from facebook. Real photographers charge as much as they do because they give you prints of your photos. Why should I spend my hard earned money on second-rate quality? Taken as whole, all SCH is and will ever be is a mediocre con-artist.

I am astonished to read the reviews on this site! I google'd Sarah after seeing a friend's photos on her myspace account and saw that this was the first link that came up. I am pretty disappointed to see how unprofessional she is and after getting some more background from my friend, I am sure I will not be using her service. Napa is a very small town and word travels quickly, if you want to call yourself a professional, you should really shut your mouth before you get run out!

sh**********t! i wish i had also come across these reviews before i wasted my time and money. listen up ladies if you follow these simple guidelines you won't be disappointed-
1. know that if you are NOT personally friends with her your pictures won't be that good.
2. tell her nothing more than your first name, don't offer up any additional info.
3. you're going to get ripped off.
4. know that if you do tell her personal info she will eventually talk [censored] about you to other clients.

I was not happy with my photos. It was clear Sarah did not spend as much time editing my pictures. And whenI printed them, the colors were off. I will not return or recommend this place to friends.

In true Napa form, Sarah has evolved her business into a flea market with crappy pictures, used makeup and now hairy jewelry. Bravo Mrs. hernandez, bravo.

Sorry but her editing SUX! OMFG! She did my friends pictures and recently posted them and WTF!?! Her hands look HUGE! If you're gonna edit the pix then edit them right! I am so sick and tired of hearing about Sarah Cabrera Hernandez! Whether it's good or bad, i think that she has a BIG head, both physically and figuratively. She has become a boil on the butt of Napa and people need to stop calling her a photographer! She is a amateur NOT a PROFESSIONAL! And who does she think she is asking people to pay more than her camera is WORTH for photos that are abysmal!?! Earth to Sarah, you aren't good enough to charge as much as you do for so little work!

I think it's great that other people don't think Sara's work is as outstanding as her fans like to think. She is taking already beautiful girls and overglamourizing them to much if you ask me. I mean really, does an 18 year old REALLY need THAT much makeup to take a pretty pciture? If you compare a professional photographer's work with sara's you can see why she is being criticized. A professional photographer features balanced and well composed photographs that are appealing and taht tell a story. Sara's "best work" and i use that phrase loosely, features heavy eye makeup and sad attempts at magazine style poses. When she does try to step out of her comfort zone, like with her attempts at wedding photos or senior portraits, her work is washed out and unbalanced. Her work makes her look more like a "fan" of photography than a "pro". she lines her studio with images from fashion magazines and makes numerous attempts to copy other photographers work to no avail. She takes on more work than she is equipped for (often complaining about camera or computer problems) and based on the other comments, her immaturity is definitely a problem. do your research before using this service.

Keep posting feedback people! Regardless if it's personal or professional, poor little sarah is reading and it is FINALLY making her get off her lazy [censor] and get our pictures done! i think its so funny how she blogs about how people don't understand her "vision" or her "art" but its all so people can refill her already inflated head with compliments telling her how wonderful she is. It is obvious that she is insecure and the way aldo flirts with people in this town, she shoud be. i just saw sarah and aldo yesterday and all i can say is wooooooowwww! they are just gross and sloppy. ew.

Sarah is a liar! She claims that she does not keep images after she's done with a job, but yet she is "featuring" new images that are years OLD! SHe used to post her "work" on myspace and some of these pictures are repeats to make people that don't know better THINK she is that busy! But what about the jobs that people have PAID for!?! You claim you don't sleep Sarah and yet you spend all of your time playing on fb and editing old stuff and not doing the work you are being PAID to do!? ANd why is the turnaround time so long? You edit 1 or 2 images and charge ridiculous amounts of money for them and you burn them on a cd or email the images! That's IT! Stop advertising to get more "shoots" when you can't even keep up with the customers that PAID! Any REAL photographer knows that if it takes you THAT long to photoshop, that means your not very skilled behind the camera or you are just plain and simply LAZY! I just LOVE how you acts like you have "staff" when you don't PAY anyone anything because you are selfish and arrogant! She offers free pictures to anyone that will give her a discount or trade so don't get too excited people, she is a fraud! And for the comments about Sarah Lane Studios, it is an insult to even compare this criminal with a legitimate photographer and businesswoman like Sarah Morris Lane. Everyone who lives in this small town knows if you want quality for the money, your not going to find it with SCH Studios!

I agree! Sarah Lane Studios is a much classier, sophisticated photography service with an impeccable reputation for high quality and no drama! "SCH Studios" only tries to duplicate the work. Unless you like the overmade and oversexed look, why would you go to someone who is a self procroclaimed makeup artist and not a real photographer for photos? Lyzzy deserved better than what Sarah did for her wedding pics and people need to stop telling her that she should be shooting in Hollywood! Stop kissing her butt to get free pictures! But if she keeps doing them for free then I can't blame you! OK, when I first came across this site, I was surprised to see how many negative comments Sarah has gotten in the past few months but I have to say she's asking for it. First off, her work is on and off. I know a few people that used to be her guinea pigs when she was snapping pictures with a compact camera and I have also noticed how very few have come back. That's because she has become so BIG HEADED that she thinks her work (whcih used to be FREE) is worth the hundreds of dollars she charges! Its absurd! Her rates are way to high for what she actually does! Yes, she applies makeup, yes, she takes pictures, and yes, she edits the images, but her prices are not worth it! She used to give people 10 times more images for hundreds less. She is a fb/myspace photographer that LIVES on the internet and enjoys posting random comments and tagging people so that everyone's wall is full of her garbage! And the comment about her model mayhem profile really makes sense! I have never even heard of this site and after brosing around, I was surprised to see similar images as the ones she has taken. But the funnyest thing is that she is now on the hunt for Herbalife because of someone called her "beefy"! Oh Sarah, I used to admire your work, but now, I think you need to stop trying so hard to impress everyone and come back to reality! Your insecurities are becoming obnoxious. Good luck on your diet and rethink your prices or you are going to be offerring specials for the restof your short lived career!
