This commercial grates on my last nerve. Everyone whispers speaking in commercial about Scott tissue and how soft it is. Makes no sense to me. It is verry irratating, I wish they would think of another way to advertise this product
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree with what was said about the Scoot tissue commercial. I HATE that commercial. I either mute it or turn it off.. I have no idea what they were thinking. I would never buy that product just because of that irritating commercial. That was NOT a wining idea.
where can I find it?
This is my 1st time using this tissue i grew up on charmin i bought a 12 pack at cvs i couldn't believe how hard it was i am in the bathroom alot because of my side effects of chemo and this was to rough for me i know now not to buy what is on sale thank you for reading my post. mary cantore
I don't know about you but here Scott is about ten times cheaper than Charmin.
Tissue is not as durable as it previously was and therefore necessitates use of more tissues. Tissue shreds when wiping and does not remove all of debris after urine or stool evacuation. Paper sheets are not fully perforated and it is difficult to remove individual sheets from the roll.
I purchase some scoot tissue from walmart, they say that it so soft, they lied it's hard and only one pl. I would like a full refund.
The inside rolls are inverted and and it won't roll at all the toilet paper continues to rip in streds which is very anoying my contact info is [protected] 16135 Lytham dr Odessa FL 33556 my name is Juliann barth thank you
Usually use Marcal, but bought Scott on sale. The quality is poor. When I get towards the end of the roll it starts to separate. The last 1/8 of the roll should continue in whole sheets but it starts to fall apart and separate.
South Carolina OLD former user.
The "new formula" toilet tissue:
I've been using Scott Toilet Tissue for probably 60 years. My Mother had bought it and that's all I knew. So I bought it.
It first came in pastel colors and soft enough to use for a baby wipe.
Well, it was probably the pandemic that I couldn't find any so I bought some online. It was the same old Scott and I was happy to find "my brand."
Scott is made here in South Carolina about 30 miles away from me. There was an announcement from the Owner/ CEO that the "New" tissue was coming soon.
Well Mr. CIO that was the biggest lie ever. It was NEW and it was thinner than onion skin paper we used to type to make copies on a typewriter.
I'm going to change to the one with the family of Bears (Charmin.)
I have an idea for tissue can someone contact me [protected] Sharon, I have a really good idea if someone can contact me please
We bought a 45 pack of individual wrapped toilet paper from Sam's club in Mechanicsburg pa and each one of the rolls are damaged we don't know what this is on the toilet paper as you roll we were scared to use this product or buy anymore
Recent changes to the quality of the toilet tissue have made it totally unacceptable. It is gauze thin and now worthless. You have ruined an iconic America brand. I will no longer be purchase it.
I recently purchased a pack of toliet paper and my first roll i got out had no perforation and the next one has very slight perforation thats not going completely across. It is very aggravating not being able to tear the tissue properly. I have attached a photo and video of the 2nd roll im currently on
I bought the 20pk of toilet paper and half way through all these rolls it shreds it doesnt come out as full plies it shreds. I bought it on march 1st 2023 from shop rite in ct. I spent $20.00 and id like them replaced.
I have always used Scott, however, recently I find that the quality is not the same. I just purchased 20 rolls today May 7th, 2023 and they are horrible. Very thin, 1 ply, have to use ALOT of sheets just to get clean. Fingers go right thru them
It's too damn thin! I want a refund
I purchased a 36 box of the 1000 sheet Scotts tissue from the Costco in Washington DC, and I noticed that the tissue was placed in a box without any plastic wrapping. Everytime I wipe my private area with the tissue, I notice a burning feeling. I don't know what was sprayed on that tissue.

I am nearly finished with the last of my Scott's toilet paper. My parents bought this product & I have since 1974. I am so dissatisfied with having to double or triple it to get enough to use. I also have to use both hands to tear it apart since its perforations are missing in places. The company has lost yet another customer.
