I not a client, but the compañy still charge.
Since 9-7-2018 they chrge $8.99 to my credit card, I a dont know way, so I never give my autorized any charge, I registered the date were scribd inc [protected] has made the charges, and also the amount.

I want my money back

I am being charged twice a month for a service I have never signed up for. I have no account and therefore cannot cancel theses charges myself. I would like a refund for the December charges. I quickly received an email yesterday in response and then have heard nothing back since then. This is a sensitive matter as I need to know why this was caused and I need my information out of your system.

I just found out that I'm being charged on my bank account for a subscription to this service, but I don't have an account and therefore don't know how to cancel it without one. I have checked all the emails I use, and they don't have accounts registered to them, according to your login page.

I want a refund because I never requested the service.

Please help.

Scribd is kept on charging my CC since June 2017, even though many reminders and mails to unsubscribe my charges. I sent them with all the charges they charged me with screenshot prood. They confirmed me that i wouldn't be charged in future. But still they charge me $8.99 every month. Even today 9th December 2018, they charged me.

Please refund my money with interest. Because i paid interest for my CC.

Please refund full amount £6.89 immediately of the unnoticed order - SCRIBD INC [protected] US

It has come to my attention that scribd charged my visa debit card, amount £6.89 on the 9th November 2018 without sending any notification. This is unacceptable! And I do not have SCRIBD account either.

I am asking for the money £6.89 be refunded and subscription cancelled immediately, which I certainly did not subscribe. This has comply to your 30 days refund policy from the date my money being transferred on the 9th November 2018. Please refund full amount £6.89 immediately! Or I will hand this issue over to BBB.

I also sent email to [protected]@scribd.com about this issue and waiting for your reply and of course, refund of £6.89 to my bank account in England.

Please refund full amount £6.89 immediately. and do not do this again!

11/5/18 . My bank account is being charged $8.99 which I did not authorize or subscribe to services from Scrib, Inc [protected], I am demanding the monies be refunded and subscription cancelled immediately . You have 30 days from this date in which to comply with request then it will be handed over to my lawyer and the BBB as a fraud case. I sincerely hope this can immediately be resolved in good faith. My Company visa is being charged $8.99 a month that I did not sign up for.
The Visa is under Lancaster Technologies Inc Mr. James Whillier. I would like to cancel this monthly payment to Scibd Inc. Please advise on how I do this. When you phone the number that is on the bill for Scibd Inc you can not talk to a person it is only a recording. How do I fix this issue?

I have never heard of scribd and certainly NEVER requested any trial or membership because I don't read nor order books online and would NEVER have done that as I cannot afford this at all. I am senior citizen on a limited income and this is the end of my month and could only get $4.30 in gas because your charge of $10.99 took it all. Now I look to see it has been coming out of my pension every month since August and I could cry, I did cry at the gas pump because I don't have gas to to find a place to live. This is very upsetting and unfair practice, as I see many others have had this same exact thing happen. This is horrible and the reason why people don't want to EVER give credit card info online, apparently it gets sold to unethical websites such as this one. I need this money back a total of $37.97--why I was charged more than anybody else is another question, you had a real sucker here.

Today I logged in for canceling the membership (today 10/26 was the due date for doing so), but the charge has been already post on my account.

I subscribed site on 11 june 2018, as it was offered a free subscription for one month.
I was asked to put my credit card details to use the services of one month free trial. Idid it.

I only used the services 2 to 3 times within the one month free trial period and since then I have never used it .

I chocked yesterday when I found that it has been an about 9 euros monthly debit since june 2018 for 5 succissive months to the benefit of your credit ( Scribd Inc San Francisco)

Please refund the money you have been charging as soon as possible to my credit.

I am not even sure how this charge came about, but I have been trying unsuccessfully to get it off my cc. I had my cc card remove it, but cannot seem to get into my so called account. Which makes me wonder if I have one? Please email me [protected]@ bis.midco.net in regards to acc #[protected]. I would like to stop the charges on my checking account as soon as possible. Your website does not have information to get this done. I would like for someone to contact me at [protected]@gmail.com to have this situation resolved. I am not sure how this happened and why am I paying for something I cannot use. Please advise what the $8.99 reoccurring charge is on my account? I want it stopped immediately and a refund. I feel that someone has placed an improper charge and I am requesting a full refund on my account for all charges placed by Scribd Inc. My name is Jeffrey Mis. You guys make the cancellation page so confusing by putting such nonsense options that I got confused and now I got charged accidentally.
Last month I cancelled and now I gt charged and I understand that the cancellation process was incomplete last month bcz of such such confusing options.

I was previously billed on 9/13/2018 for a recurring monthly payment, so I would like to figure out what this second transaction was for and remove it ASAP if possible.
