Hi,
Scribd has been deducting $11.49 from my credit card since Feb 2023 and it's still ongoing.
So, up to the current month, July 2024 they have deducted 18 x $11.49 which adds up to a total of $206.82.
The thing is I do not have a Scrib'd account and I have tried to cancel this payment but doing this via their website is useless as they keep asking for an account before they can cancel the account or reimburse me.
I have cancelled my credit card thrice and when the bank issues me a new card, the deductions just persist.
All I want is my money reimbursed and these fraudulent charges to stop.
