Do not use this company!
It is three days till the event I am ment to be attending. I have rang everyday for the past week to find put where my tickets are and I was given the same answer :"we will call you when we know where they are:"... I have paid & pound;300 for my tickets and when I orded I was promised they qould arrive within a week pf purchase, which was 10th october! Its now 21st november. Seatwave.com is a very unreliable site. I also had to ring four differant numbers to be able to get in contact with someone and when I did get hold of someone they barley spoke english so I had to repeat what I said a number of times, which gets very frustrating! Hopefully I recieve my tickets tomorrow.
Please take advise off everyone here. Do not use!

stay away from this website
I used this site once to buy some concert tickets. They do sell directly some genuine tickets but they also act as a "respectable" looking front for ticket touts. I'd say don't anywhere near them. They do not show the ticket face value on resold tickets giving free reign for the seller to dupe the buyer; a crook's charter.
At Seatwave we believe in offering a transparent service as we want all our customers to have a great experience. The face value of a ticket is always displayed on the check out page right before you enter your payment details. On top of this, we also offer a range of tools which help sellers set the price of the tickets and help buyers make an informed choice before purchasing. Our TicketIntegrity policy also means that we guarantee you’ll get the tickets you ordered or you will receive a 100% refund. We believe we offer a great customer experience and service, as do users of the Review Centre - who voted us number one ticket site in the UK.
no on payment of sold tickets
I sold 2 tickets on Seatwave, the concert was held on the 17th November, I have chased them 3 times for my payment, as it was due by the 1st December. They keep telling me my payment to my bank will be paid but I have still to receive it. The call centers are not based in the UK and difficult to speak to them, there is also no manger around when you ask to speak to one. Any idea what i can do next?
Ok so I have been tolsd payment will be made into my bank account today by Ivan, my bank updates overnight an no paymenty is showing. can someone please give me a Banking transaction reference so I can check with my bank the payment is in the system. Also I would like Seatwave to look at finanacially compensating me ffor the deal in making payment.
posting id 7313626 - really i cannot believe your comments as I have emailed 3 times and called you twice requesting payment, and each time it has been promised, I sent the tickets in plenty of time, and Seatwave are aware of this, if there has been a problem with you receiving payment from the buyers you should have instructed me not to send the tickets
If you look at my history of contactig seatwave you will see I have raised 3 complaints re non paymet to me. I have been told on 2 occaisions have been told accounts will be making payment and a confirmation email will be sent to me, the last time was Wednesday the 7th December, and neither has happend. So if I do not receive cleared payment into my bank account whicjh is my method of receiving payment I will contact the police as you are witholding money that is mine.
Does anyone have a contact number so I can actually speak to someone as I am having the same issue I have posted the tickets within good time for the event. This has now taken place and I have still not had any confirmation of payment to PayPal.
Brought 3 tickets from seatwave for one direction at £500 tickets never arrived and am expecting my money back. Do not use this company they are complete scammers. Where is my money.
Tickets were purchased back in june, the concert is fri 25th and tickets have apparently been resold by the seller.
I have had a very similar experience with seatwave, and have still not received payment three weeks after the even I sold tickets for. IS there any way I can contact someone?
Hi Goaisok,
Just send us over your posting ID so we know who you are . Seatwave would never withhold payment if you have fulfilled your order so we need to look into this for you.
Seatwave Team
Hi Goaisok
We process payments for all sales after the event has taken place. It takes approximately 10 working days for the credit to reach your account, so as long as the tickets you sold were received by your buyer on time for the event you should have received payment. Please remember that if you have chosen to be paid for your sale by Paypal, your payment will appear in your Paypal account, and will not be automatically transferred into your bank account. If this is not the case, and your money has still not appeared please do get back in contact with us so we can look into this for you. We can assure you that one of our managers would be happy to talk to you and put your mind at rest.
tickets arriving on day of concert
I bought 3 tickets through seatwave oct. 30th 2010 which cost £276.00 - yes a ridiculous amount but my teenage daughter had been told she would have to endure her 3rd scoliosis operation. my daughter adores lee evans so I splashed out to cheer her up and it was her last year xmas present. she is a mature 16yr old and understood that I couldnt afford much else for her presents so she has looked forward to her xmas present for the last 9 months. I chased seatwave the previous week I as was growing concerned we still hadnt had the tickets. I had paid for postage and insurance which was included in the amount. I had an email from them to give me a tracking order for the post office. when I tracked, seatwave had posted the tickets out on the monday 7th at 5.29pm (the concert was on the wed 9th as they I assume were fully aware). my daughter had her surgery in the summer, I have been having treatment for 2 other illnesses. I normally work full time but have been unable to due to my ill health. as our household work, if we ever get a package we are given the option to collect from the post office after 48hrs which is never a problem - but on this occasion, it was. on the wed 9th, I attended hospital for blood tests, when I came back, a card had been left by the post office to state I had been out so the packet couldnt be left as a signature was needed - the card stated I had to wait another 48 hrs to collect the parcel so we all ended up missing the concert because our tickets were at the royal mail whilst the concert took place - I was broken hearted for my daughter. so not only did it ruin my daughter's year, it ruined mine too, this had been the worst year of my life and this was the final straw. seatwave and their insurance company will not accept they were in the wrong and want proof I was at hospital on that day of delivery. I was not told the tickets were being delivered that day or I would have waited in. I cannot beleive seatwave sent the tickets out on the last minute leaving no time should the recipient be out and therefore no 48 hrs between missed delivery and collection. I have never spent this much money on tickets in my life but it was for a special reason. the tickets have ticketmaster at the top so someone has bought each ticket for £35.00 and sold them on legally to seatwave who have had my £276.00 for 13 months and left it so late to send them out. I will never use this company again and I have and will continue telling everyone I know of my experience. the insurance company have asked for proof where I was on that day (like I am at fault) so the hospital are sending proof. lets see what excuse they come up with to get out of giving me my full refund.

Hi Julie,
Our main priority at Seatwave is to help get people to events and so can of course understand that it must have been very disappointing to miss the show.
We know people have busy lives and we know how frustrating it is to miss a delivery, this is why when purchasing tickets with us you are given the option of selecting a different delivery address to your home address. We also ensure that an email notification is sent to you along with a tracking number once the Seller has shipped your tickets. We ask our Sellers to send the tickets as soon as possible after the order confirmation and we do specify that tickets should be shipped at the very least two working days before the event for reasons such as you have mentioned. It is a rare occurrence that tickets are delivered the day before and we appreciate the disappointment that this situation has caused you and your daughter.
As we are a fan to fan ticket exchange we ensure that we provide face value, marketing pricing and seat information at the time of purchase so our buyers can make an informed choice. The Ticket Cover available works in the same way as any other insurance and as such if a claim is made, appropriate documentation is required.
We will be in contact with you shortly as we would like to make up for the disappointment you both experienced. In the meantime, we appreciate the feedback and use it to make Seatwave a better marketplace for the buying and selling of tickets.

ticket scam
I bought tickets for 4 people for take that supposidly for the value of £120 plus charges so it made it £144 each . When the tickets arrived they was valued at £74 and totally in a different place where i clicked . I got in touch with them and they informed me that they have up graded my tickets coz the original tickets where only valued at £50 so all in all we have paid over £80 each in chargers which is disgusting . They made a profit of over £320 out of 4 tickets . Would nt ever use them again and they should be something done about companies like seatwave . I know they have to make a profit but that is daylight robbery . Its bad enough they charge you so much but then you get tickets that you didn t orginally book as well and to be told your tickets where valued at £120.00 thinking we was gonna get good seats .

Bought 5 tickets from seat wave advertised at £138.99 per ticket plus £25 seat wave commission and £4.99 postage total £825.04, tickets received today £45.00 total value £225 thats a huge profit £600.
BOUGHT 5 TICKETS ADVERTISED TOTAL COST £825 04.TICKETS CAME TODAY £225 TOTAL COST.PROFIT £600.
my partner purchased 2 tickets for the nkotbsb for this saturday @ o2 arena in london, these were bought on the 27th october 2011 & 6 months later have still not arrived !, i found seatwave page on facebook & made a query on there page & seatwave replied back & asked for the ticket ref no & they will look into it, within 15 mins of doing this my partner received a phone call from a blocked no & it was a rep from seatwave informing us that they will be sent out tomorrow ( one day b4 event ) & also the layout of our seats as been changed, this we wouldn't have known if it wasnt for us to be pestering them ..only taken 6 months to tell us ... & we was also given a number to ring them back on & it turned out to be a car rental company !, the tickets value is £ 360, this is a diabolical service & i will be informing people not to use seatwave ever !
Dear all - I bought tickets from Seatwave this week; I wish I'd seen this first! I selected my tickets, was given a total price which included - tickets, admin, postage and insurance - all of which was quite high but could live with. So added my address and card details then clicked to proceed. Once they had my details all of the above prices increased there was no way I could stop the payment so in effect they took what they wanted. Surly this is theft. I'm absolutely furious - I don't care that I have the tickets without problem at short notice they stole additional money that i had not agreed to!
I agree. I used to work for them and they are an incompetent bunch of idiots.
I agree, its ticket touting and if you do it outside the venue you are liable to be arrested but its perfectly legal online. The buy the tickets at properly slighty more then facevalue, and you will find that most of these companies are sister sites of the main ticket sellers. Get me in is the sister company of ticketmaster. So who is to say that ticketmaster dont set aside x amount of tickets for get me in to sell at the highly inflated prices. I think selling tickets at more then facevalue (add p & p) should be illegal like it is with sporting events.
decent interface masks an absolutely miserable company
Decent interface masks an absolutely miserable company, where the only people who come out of any transaction happy are seatwave. If you're looking to buy tickets, you'll see that any reasonably priced tickets are almost non-existent, whereas if you're a legitimate ticket seller just looking to offload some extra tickets you don't need, you'll have to charge a ridiculous overhead to make the face price back (because of seatwave's fees). Stick to eBay!
unable to provide tickets
I thought that I had brought 4 tickets for the jingle bell ball for december 5th 2009. This tickets did not appear as the person who was selling them changed his mind. I had a terrible time with them their customer service is shocking. I am so upset and I am still waiting for my money to arrive back.
I would never ever advise anyone to buy anything from this company again, they should be black listed.
The worse thing was I had to tell my 2 granddaughter that they couldn't go.

misleading listings
Absolutely appauling provider.
Listings on the website are incorrect and not kept up to date.
I went to the site seeking tickets for an event via a link on Google, saw the tickets available for the ATP World Tour Finals tennis event and instantly purchased a pair. Seatwave seem to have had a decent reputation and are UK based so seemed fine to me, though once I purchased the tickets it stayed on "awaiting dispatch" for some time. Worried I called customer service and had to hold multiple times, for at least 15/20 minutes each time. Getting through I was put on hold once more to be informed that...
Unfortunately due to a "technical error" the tickets were unavailable and the "purchase shouldn't have happened". Oh dear, not very good. I ended up spending a lot of money that although will be refunded has prevented me from going to the event as it's far too late to get affordable tickets.
Very dissapointed. Customer service was helpful, but the overall ticketing service is appauling and misleading.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Warning - do not use i'll keep things short and sweet! Do not use this company! I ordered v tickets, it's one day to the event and they've not even been sent. Customer services contradict themselves, and that's when you get someone who speaks good english. I've spent & pound;15 in call fees and have sent nurmerous emails. I'm now being told that they'll come saturday before 9am! The concert starts at 12pm! Leaving me no time to travel even if they do arrive! Please don't waste your money! Ticket touts would have been a better option in hindsight!

1 mins ago I am very disappointed by seatwave's service, I think is disgraceful. I bought 3 beyonce tickets for monday 16th of november on the 27th july 2009 for £45 each. I recieved an email, conforming my order. four days later I recieved an email saying my order had been cancelled due to 'incorret listing' which as far as i am aware is 'trades description act'. I as a buyer have a right to purchase tickets for the price they were originally sold at, whether the price has changed after. The cancellation isn't the only problem. I called several times between the 16th nov and 27th jul and the customer services told me the same thing. They kept telling me I was to be put on reserve for replacements and that they can't do much. My money was held for 3 months and I didnt recieve a refund staright away, which deprived me from buying new tickets. I was told I was being served by leonardo who is used to solve a lot of other peoples cases. I havent recieved my refund yet so i am waiting and I don't believe seatwave tried, in fact I believe seatwave resold my tickets for a higher price, the thought make me feel sick. I've reported seatwave to watchdog because they promise replacements under their TicketIntegrity(TM) policy. They are a dreadful company.

Hahaha, gonna have a right rave here!
My mum ordered 3 tickets to see P!NK in Manchester on Sunday 14th April!
Baring in mind she ordered these in September 2012.
It's now two days till' the event and the tickets have only just arrived, only 2 of the 3 ordered arrived!
I am fuming because she has been waiting for this for ages, and its heartbreaking to see her disappointed so she's going to demand a DOUBLE refund, like the website states.
Also, maybe if the bloody number wasn't so hard to get hold of, it would be much simpler, but no, we have to get it off a council website and then when you call up, it's 10p a minute and it takes about ten minutes to be connected, it'd help if the call centre wasn't in BULGARIA! This is the stupidest, most awful website ever created, because they are pathetic, never EVER EVER EVER USE!
Scamming, lying, cheating, I could go to the police, and I have a good to mind to do exactly that...
Never use, never recommend, don't be fooled...
I bought 4 tickets for the blackeyed peas which was on sunday 23 may. I bought these tickets in December 2009 from seatwave. Three days before the event I was told the tickets were not available. They then offered me 4 tickets seated at the back of the arena for the same price. Being so close to the event we took the tickets rather than not go. When we picked the tickets up they were valued at £49.50 each. I was sold them at £104 each. This company is a total rip off, I will never book with them again.
SEATWAVE ARE A SHIP RIP OFF COMPANY
Hi, i had 4 tickets for sale on seatwave, i sold the tickets as we and freinds were unable to attend abeyonce concert. i deleted the listing of the tickets i had on seatwave, then 1 week later i got an email confirmation of sale of the 4 tickets from saetwave, i contact them and explained that i had removed the tickets from there website, the Customer services told me that there could be a bug on the site and that i would not be charged any fees. 2 weeks later i got an email from seatwave saying they are taking "£500 from my debit card for the breakage fee, i was also aware the buyers of the tickets were refunded there money back, therefore seatwave have pocket my £500 for themselves. i have emailed them again 4 days ago and i have not had a reply. think it will be legal advice next. they are a rip of company and i agree Viagogo is a top company. seatwave is linked to getmein and ticketmaster all are a con.
You should never use Seatwave anymore. This is not the first time this happens as there are hundreds of other users like this one out there. I use viagogo (http://www.viagogo.co.uk/) - a much more serious company that have never let me down.
profit before customers
My wife paid a lot of money for central, near the stage, tickets for a big concert at the O2 over a month ago via Seatwave. When the package, containing the tickets, arrived it had clearly been tampered with and the tickets were missing, UPS accepted full liability for the theft. Seatwave kept asking my wife to call back every few weeks, either as UPS had to investigate, or a manager had to authorise our new tickets, however this is a bit of a con.
Please be warned Seatwave’s policy is to reissue tickets of the same value sold on their site. However as they kept delaying in issuing tickets until much nearer the event, the ticket prices kept increasing, meaning that they would only offer tickets for seats that were not as good as the originals paid for. They even asked if we were refusing these further back seats, as it is would then have been up to their discretion to give our money back, (as we had been offered seats of equivalent value, which the site guarantees).
My wife was really disappointed she had been told she would get seats in the same area, she was also told that the manager had gone home for the night, only to be passed to him by another member of staff when she called back half hour later and then all the staff just kept repeating that they would issue tickets of the same value not quality.
During all these delays a number of tickets in the same area at the same price were put on sale, not once were we contacted or offered these as an alternative.
My advice is if you buy from Seatwave and there is a problem do not let them fob you off, as you may end up paying premium prices and not get the seats you want. Demand an instant replacement, which I doubt you will get, or your money back.
My wife will miss the concert that she really wanted to see, while someone is going to be sitting in our stolen seats. Seatwave’s solution, sit at the back for the same money or take your money and sod off.

they conned me too, absoultley ridiculous. they cancelled my order due to 'incorrect listing' TRADES DESCRIPTION ACT!
DON NTO GET TIKETS FROM SEAT WAVEE!
THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND I WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THEM TO EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE!
5 DAYSS BEFORE OUR CONCERT THEY DECIDE TO EMAIL US AND SAY WE CANOT HAVE OUR TICKETS AND WE ARE GOING TO GET A REFUND ALL BECAUSE THEY OER BOOKED
WHOES FAULT MINE OR THERESS?
SO NOW WE HAVE TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES!
WE BOOKED BACK IN THE SUMMER AND WE STILL DID NOT GET THEM HOW UNFAI IS THAT?
NOW SEAT WAVE WATCH I AM GOING TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW HOW RUBBISH YOU ACTUALLY AREE!
not paid for tickets
Do not put your tickets up for sale with Seatwave, you may never get paid. They are a scam, they previously traded at On line ticket exchange, where I fell for their tricks and supposedly sold two tickets for Take that, I was due to get paid when the gig had happened, although I sent the tickets off I have never received my money, I tried ringing them times, phone was answered once by a man who said he couldn't help me and to ring back. No one ever answered again, or my emails. I know that Seatwave are the same company so don't buy or sell with these sharks.

Dear Sir,
If you would like to provide us with some more information about your order, such as an order number we can look to rectify this issue.
We have looked into our system and see no orders for 4 tickets sold for this event so are struggling to assist you at this time.
Many thanks.
Seatwave Customer service.
I SOLD 4 TOM JONES TICKETS WITH YOU AND SENT THEM OUT AFTER BEING TOLD TO BY SEATWAVE. I IN TOTAL LOST £500. I COMPLAINED THAT I WAS INSTRUCTED TO SEND THE TICKETS OVER YOUR WEB SITE, BUT WAS NEVER REFUNDED THE MONEY AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD BAD LUCK BECAUSE THE BUYER SCREWED YOU.

received incorrect tickets
Paid over the odds for tickets at wembley to see u2 in august. We believed we had purchased seats facing the stage as this is what was adertised.
When getting to wembley we realised that the tickets we had were for behind the stage and not in fact the tickets we ordered. We received tickets 3 hours before leaving for london, that is probably why we didn't check them at the time but had no reason to think they wouldn't be what we ordered espcialyl with the price we paid.
We asked for a refund of the difference between the tickets only to be told that the tickets were of same value.
I also asked that they should apprehend the seller as they have advertised incorrect tickets on their site, which bascially is a fraudulant act.
I have not heard anything back yet about the seller, so obvioulsy we feel like we have just been conned and seatwave seem to condone this kind of behaviour.
Will not be using site again.

ticket scam
I recently bought a ticket from www.seatwave.com that claims to be an online ticket sharing website for fans to be able to sell on tickets for events that they 'can no longer go to' etc. Anyways, I bought a ticket for an AC Milan football match recently for £50 - when i picked it up, it had the price printed on it and it was worth £10! I would like to hear form anyone else who has had dealings with these people as i believe it to be a total scam and that they are conning people out of money!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM WHATEVER U DO!
also, it said 'only 45 remaining!' of course i was sceptical - but i bought it anyway, it said only 45 remaining for the next week :S suspicious?!

I bought 2 tickets to see Drake for block 215. I spent almost £300 on these tickets for a good seat but when they arrived they are for block 212 with limited views. I have the confirmation of my booking and it clearly states block 215! Please help
I am so frustrated and have tried to contact somebody about this but havent got anywhere.
Don't mind paying extra to buy tickets but when I paid £201 to go to the spanish horse show at barclays arena birmingham, and the face value of them is only £27.50, i've tried getting hold of them and you can't email them and when you phone they keep saying line is busy, how convenient! I want my money back!
I purchased tickets to see Real Madrid on August 27th. The seats I purchased were supposed to be in the 1st viewing tier. Instead I received seats in the last row of the stadium. I attempted to contact the company on 3 different occasions and never received a response. Worst business I have ever dealt with.
i bought 2 tickets yesterdy 5/1/18 to laidy gaga show in barcelona on 14/1/18, in a week! order number 2022163. total 133.73$ (dollars). when will i recived them? do you charge my credit before or after i got my tickets?
I purchased 3 tickets for Andrea Bocelli concert on the 05/05/2018 and the seller is rescheduling for the 09/01/2019 !
I am asking for my money back but it seems very complicated

**DO NOT USE THIS SERVIVE!**
They tried to cancel our exchange for Foo Fighters Milton Keynes at the very last minute claiming that we had cancelled it when we had done no such thing. In fact we had already couriered the tickets by UPS to seatwave. By the time we realised what they were trying to do we had 50 minutes to dash across London to get hold of OUR tickets before it was too late to sell them to a friend. We had a legitimate reason not to go as my wife has had to have major spinal surgery. They tried to put every obstacle in our way. The staff were rude, ill informed and nearly cost us 130.00!
***PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE POLICY OF MANY TICKET COMPANIES NOW IS TO SEND TICKETS OUT VERY CLOSE TO THE EVENT TO AVOID TOUTING AND THIS MAKES SELLING YOUR TICKETS ON SEATWAVE A VERY DANGEROUS UNDERTAKING AND WILL CARRY A VERY HIGH RISK OF ENDING UP WITH NOTHING. BETTER TO EITHER TRY AND SELL TO A FRIEND OR PAY ANY CANCELLATION PENALTIES THAN USE THIS DREADFUL SERVICE. IF YOU COME UP AGAINST A TIGHT DEADLINE THIS COMPANY WILL NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!*****
Same misery overhere...
We flew to Madrid a month ago for a Real Madrid match, on arrival: NO TICKETS, so... NO GAME !
They're just a BIG SCAM !
Been mailing for weeks with Victor Fikovski now, but all there is are just EMPTY PROMISES.
Still waiting for a refund. It's all their fault... and the cost for the 4-days journey and hotel: for us !
All we had is just a long-weekend with lots of stress, big spendings and no match/fun at all.
SEAT WAVE IS SCAM COMPANY-THEY LIE AND LIE AND LIE AGAIN-THEY JUST COST ME $4600 WHEN THEY DIDNT DELIVER SEATS ORDERED MONTHS AGO

You state on your website
We make sure buying and selling tickets on seatwave is safe and easy. Our TicketIntegrity™ promise guarantees that buyers receive exactly the tickets they paid for and sellers (that's you) get paid on time. We ask you for card details in order to honour your part of this promise.
We ordered tickets months ago- your agents told me that they would supply by the 19th---- on the 21ST I was advised that by 4 pm that day if the seller didn’t supply tix that you would source out – you had tickets on your site at that time and could have filled the order. I advised you pista or stands would work and 2 pairs would work also
Then on the 22nd u send me email stating sorry but cannot fill order… ? forcing me to buy and pay $4600 to fill my order-including buying a ga on your site(which you charged me a fee to buy and I still have not received the etix)I have all the receipts from viagogo.
The seller should have been penalized as other sites do-I was the only one penalized here- and my clients.
If you don’t compensate me reasonably i will document all the facts and seek legal advice and proceed forthwidth against your company
I look forward to a quick fair compensation.
You never provided me the tix-nor the service - nor was it safe or easy.
It wasted many hours of my time and your competition Viagogo filled the orders at a huge cost to me.
You never tried the best to get tickets for me as you falsey stated below.I GOT LOST IN THE SYSTEM AND YOU FOUND IT MORE CONVENIENT TO SLUFF ME OFF AND THROW ME UNDER THE BUS.
IT IS NOT LIKE I DIDN’T TRY TO CONTACT YOU ----THERE WERE DAYS INBETWEEN YOUR CONTACT WITH ME AND I HAVE BEEN REASONABLE AND PAID FOR MY TICKETS MONTHS AGO!
There were lots of tickets on your site available – you left me in the dust and ignored me.
You had tickets on your site from 4 pm on on the 19th
YOU SAY BELOW THE SELLER WILL BE BLACKLISTED – WHAT A JOKE- ANYONE CAN SIGNUP A NEW ACCOUNT OR MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.
IF I HAD DONE THIS I WOULD EXPECT A CHARGE AND CONSEQUENSES AND I WOULDN’T FLINCH-BECAUSE IT IS ABOUT THE CLIENT ALWAYS.
IN THIS CASE YOU PROTECTED YOURSELVES AND THE SELLER – TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ALL LEVELS.
THIS WILL NOT BE THE END OF THIS SITUATION BY A LONG SHOT.
YOUR EXECUTIVE NEEDS TO REVIEW THE WHOLE SCENARIO AND YOUR STAFF AND YOUR POLICIES AND YOUR BLATANT LIES.

Dear Bob,
Thank you very much for your e-mail and apologize for not getting back to you earlier.
Unfortunately, we need to be the bearer of the bad news. The seller informed us that they cannot provide the tickets you have purchased for the clients for the show on Monday.
We have tried to source tickets for your clients, however, there are no available tickets listed on our website which we can source. In the case, please be advised that a full refund will be issued and you will receive the total purchase amount into the card used to purchase the tickets.
I know that this is probably not the best experience you have had, however, I want to assure you that we really did our best to find tickets, however we can use the sources of the seller who work with us and the tickets listed on our website. The seller who failed to provide you with the tickets for the concert would be blacklisted and they would not be able to sell any more tickets on Seatwave website so they cannot disappoint any more customers of our company.
Once again, on the behalf of Seatwave, please accept my apologize for this inconvenient situation.
If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,

lies lies and more lies---never buy from seat wave- VIAGOGO LUCKILY HAD SEATS AND EVENTHOUGH IT COST ME THOUSANDS MORE THAN MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE- I KEPT A CLIENT----NO HELP FROM SEAT WAVE-JUST LIESLIESLIES
abhijitgupta there is no need to be so rude! People are entitled to their opionions! Seatwave, as well as other similar sites like Viagogo and getmein, are more or less touting websites and I don't believe that most of the tickets for sale on these sites are genuine 'fan to fan ticket exchanges' like the tag lines so often say. I don't believe they are scam sites, but I also don't think they are entirely ethical. How else is it possible that tickets for a popular gig can sell out in minutes on the official websites like ticket master, then an hour later you can get as many tickets as you want for same gig on Seatwave but you have to pay 5 times the price? These are not 'fans' selling tickets because they cannot go, just people trying to exploit fans to make money. It is highly unlikely that people will buy a ticket then decide half an hour later they cannot go. Personally I avoid these sites like the plague - I would rather not go to a gig than line the pockets of people who are just trying to exploit me!
you are a frickin [censored].. seatwave is a peer to peer selling site.. which means people can mark up prices and sell at £50 even if the actual price is £10.
People like you need to be slapped

I bought a ticket to Coldplay in Dublin 11 months ago in November 2016. It cost me almost 300 euros. The gig will be this Saturday in 5 days. I still do not have my ticket! All information I have is "Your etickets will be uploaded by the seller shortly. Once uploaded, you will receive an email with a link to download the tickets." I didn't receive any email with link. I sent many times my request to Seatwave and I didn't receive any answer! My order number is: 1882920. Answer me! What is happening? Do you care about your customers at all? I will claim my money back!
I bought two tickets to Beyoncé, but when the confirmation came through they were behind one another. I immediately emailed (back in March) and Seatwave replied promptly stating that their sellers are required to sell pairs of seats next to one another and that they would sort it out. I was impressed and thrilled.
I chased the replacement tickets a few days before the performance this weekend and Seatwave did a complete U-turn and said it was my fault for not reading the small print. Their customer services representative, Tina, was quite rude in her emails to me.
I totally understand that I possibly made a mistake in not seeing the seller's note that was apparently listed about the seat positioning, but they didn't have the courtesy to let me know that they weren't doing anything about it after stating that they would. Had they contacted me I may have been able to sell my tickets and purchase replacements next to one another. My 16 year old's birthday was ruined because she couldn't sit next to her friend. I will not be using Seatwave again.
