I have an account with the Sendwave app and attempted to transfer $150.00 US from one personal bank account to another personal bank account via debit card on May 26, 2022. On May 29, my Sendwave account showed the transfer as "Not Delivered", and I received a text message from Sendwave the next day, stating that the money was not delivered due to unknown error and that the money was refunded to the originating personal bank account. I contacted Sendwave via text, and they confirmed that the transaction was cancelled, and the money was refunded, but could take a couple of days for it to show in my bank account. As of June 24, 2022, the money has still not been refunded to my bank account. I repeatedly inquired about the status of the refund, complied with Sendwave requests for my bank statements on June 17 and again on June 24, and when I demanded that the money be returned, the response from Sendwave was as follows: "We request for your continued patience as the exact amount of time it takes for you to see a refund on your account depends on your bank's relationship with our debit card processor." On June 24, I went to the local branch for my bank account for help, and the banker confirmed that no refund has been issued despite Sendwave's claims. My banker contacted Sendwave Customer Support and was told that *** would "investigate" the matter further and get back to me via email. The email I received later on the same day from Sendwave stated that they were unable to verify my identity from my information in the app and they require a photo of a government issued ID. I found this request highly suspicious, given that no photo ID was needed to use the app or was required to process the refund that Sendwave claimed was done more than 3 weeks ago.

On 12/31, Send Wave conducted two unauthorized transactions of $400 and $500 using my debit card. I contacted my bank, but they couldn't help after the transactions cleared. I reached out to Send Wave and spoke to an agent, who told me to email my bank statement showing the transactions. Send Wave confirmed receipt and asked for 24 hours to resolve the issue. After repeated calls and promises of a callback within 24 hours, I've had no resolution. I'm exhausted from trying to recover funds that were stolen by a company I trusted. The money was for my rent and utility bills, and I need it refunded without further delay. I used the SendWave service to send money to a relative overseas
I used the SendWave service to send money to a relative overseas. Unfortunately, my relative could not receive the money as they do not have the required means to even receive it. I called SendWave on the 21st of April and asked that the transaction be canceled, and a refund be issued to me. Since it was unclaimed by my relative. Sendwave did that even though they tried multiple times to get to send the money to another relative or someone else. I just said I wanted it canceled and refunded. Eventually the Rep on the phone did that and sent me a cancellation confirmation via email. (Confirmation Number: XXX***-MMCXC8) for the cancellation.This is when all the lies and deception started. I was told within 10 business days I will receive it back into my account. I used my Debit Card. After 12 business days no money back. I called and I was made to sound like I was lying (We sent it, it says it was sent, they said) I replied with I have not received anything. I was told to send them a copy of my bank statements which I did. With no follow-up I called and called and was transferred to a higher Rep who apologized that their system was faulty and that he will send a new refund which will arrive in 2 - 3 business days.No refund arrived. Mind you, we are rolling into a month+ at this point. I am a busy man and I have called them over 10 separate times, each time with fake apologies and someone will get back to me and I will receive my refund. Still nothing. We (my wife) and I even sent them a message on Instagram to try to get some type of a push, but nothing.I believe SendWave is a scam. They are not a fair and decent company. They have stolen my money and will not refund it back to me. I need help with them. They cannot do this to me and other customers and get away with it. I am owed $200, if they do this to x1000 customers with smaller amounts monthly I can imagine the number of scams they are running.They are sweet talking scammers, and need to be caught

I happened to log into my bank account today and seen a transaction for $100 from Sendwave, that was made using my debit card. This was not authorized and I don't even know what Sendwave was/is.. The date is August 30th. I don't know what store because I was never at any store today.
Please research how your Sendwave userbase was used to defraud my credit union and login to my account and withdraw thousands of dollars.

I made a transfer for my family in Haiti. My transfer was never delivered and sendwave did not refund me. Called so many times, was on hold for 3 hours and still didn't get an answer to why the fund wasn't delivered to my family back home.
There was an unauthorized transaction taken out of my bank from sendwave for $900.00 on 5/01 . I contact text message and trying to tell them there was an unauthorized transaction but they just ignoring me. They say there want deactived my account this the only way I send money to my family . I want my money back.
