I bought a product from SeneGence and never received it. I paid via PayPal and thought that in case something goes wrong it'll be easy to get my money back but I was so wrong.
One month passed and there was no sign of my product so I contacted SeneGence and asked what was going on and they shocked me by saying they never got the money! They I contacted PayPal and explained what happened and also opened a claim against SeneGence. It is now over two months and these people refused to refund me. I hope PayPal will be able to get my money back. Don't buy from this site, they are nothing but scammers!
Hi I'm just wondering if you were ever able to get your refund, also if you could give a little more info on the situation. Such as, who was the distributor that sold to you? And did you try to resolve this situation with that distributor before calling the company? Did you make a complain specific to that distributor? I'm only wondering these things because I know for a fact that the company in itself is not as am. I'm a distributor and know plenty of distributors whom none of are scammers. So the problem itself may be with the one person who you paid for the items you purchased. I'm nothing more than a distributor and a gal who personally signed up for the 50% discount for myself, but if there is any way I can help with this situation or help positively change how you feel about this company I would like to try be I love SeneGence and don't see how anyone could have anything against the company as a whole. Your reply would be greatly appreciated.

I bought Mulled Wine from a distributor on Facebook and the wand is missing chucks from it and it goes on clumpy no matter how long I shake it. Not happy at all in the product or the distributors lack of help. Is there anything that came be done? I love the product and have 3 other colors and have had no issues.

Section 9 of the SeneGence Policy and Procedures Manual:
If a retail customer is dissatisfied with any SeneGence product for any reason, then that retail customer may return that product to the Distributor from whom it was purchased, within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price (less 10% at the option of the Distributor). SeneGence will thereafter replace the product for the Distributor.
