I did a 7 day trial for $1..bad choice because they then had my information. On the 8th day I put in request for non renewal which their website plainly says within 14 days if you request a refund. They charged me anyway. Can’t get anyone on a phone call to assist. A few days passed I emailed and they said that they have a zero refund policy. Even though their website plainly states differently. I requested a refund again through email. They replied to my email and said they would give me half of my money back. I requested the full amount the $79.20. I opened a dispute through PayPal and provided all my information to PayPal. However, because I had provided my credit card information to begin with PayPal could not refund me. PayPal informed me they had released my funds to censor two weeks prior. I emailed since a customer service again and received very rude demeaning emails telling me that the phones were frozen. I explain to them I was fully aware that the funds were not frozen. PayPal had informed me that they had been released. They told me to continue to wait I contacted them again and once again the email I received back was rude with capital letters an!’s telling me that I was responsible for the error. I don’t think I have ever been so humiliated by a company and had a business to be any more rude than what this business has been to me. This app is supposed to be for people that suffer from anxiety and depression, and they further make that , I realize that what they intend to do is to continue to make the customer weary where they just will not pursue this. This company in this app is a complete scam and I want anyone to be aware before they lose money.
