I cancelled my subscription through apple and tried to contact support during the initial 6 months due to dissatisfaction with the services and app, but the phone number doesn’t work and the company is based in Lithuania. I was stuck for the first 6 months despite app bugs and unhelpful services for mental health it was not working at all. Then I thought at least I was cancelled for this trial until I was charged again in February and then again in august for another 12 months without my consent and the company is refusing to refund, despite the fact that I cancelled with apple. Their company website states “If Client purchased the subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, client may cancel the subscription only through his Apple or Google Account.“ but in reality they will only allow you to cancel if you email them. It’s a violation of federal law to renew subscriptions without notifying the client and I never once received a renewal receipt by email, text, phone, etc.
Desired outcome: Refund of all charges to my bank account
