unethical behavior of warranty price change difference promotion to charge amount.
I have purchased Microsoft Surface Pro (Ref No: SODS140210918750) with 36 warranty of 935 AED. Later i realized it was 700 AED for 36 Months as it was mentions at Sharaf DG Product Promotion Board. Then i raised a complaint regarding price change with evidence of that promotion photo snap, After a day the service person replied, "That the promotion amount on board was a accidental mistake but the amount we processed is the updated amount. So, we can't do anything" . I sincerely request SharafDG to resolve the issue and refund the amount of 235 AED.

laptop amplifier problem
Hi,
I purchased the laptop few months ago and was facing sound failure. I gave the laptop for repair on September 1 and received it after 15 days. It worked fine for few days and later stopped working. While troubleshooting, I get the message that the Audio services not responding - Not fixed.
Please advise what needs to be done. I use the laptop daily and giving it to repair centre for 15 days is a very long duration.

false information on preorder product
Dear sir/madam,
I am writing this to sharafdg with a hope of getting the issue be solved and strict action shall be taken for furture.
My order number is #w990669 placed an preorder of apple watch series 4, with a first hand confirmation from sharaf dg one of the executive on 19th september regarding the availability of the product. The call center executive whose name is zunail told be that probably apple will provide the product on 21 sept, and since you preorder it we will deliver it immediately on priority basis and listening to that I preorder the product with advance payment through credit card.
When I called the center on 21st sept. Morning and ali named executive picked the call and said you will receive the product in between from 5pm to 10pm since the courier can happen at that time only. I requested for early delivery because it was someone's birthday gift to be given but denied due to unavailability of courier service. I said ok.
Lately around 6 pm I called again asking for help on the above order number. Executive name mark picked up the call and narrated a totally different sorry. By saying courier service is not available, I asked ok tell me the store where from I can pick the product, I was amazed to listen his next answer and told me it is in warehouse you cannot get the product from there. I asked him to transfer my call to head authority and there was no one because it is a friday, requested me to wait for his call back in 5 minutes to which I waited around 20 minutes but afraid no call received may be because of non serious behaviour towards work.
After a while I had a word with nelson by calling again of my own because I was seeking a help from sharaf dg for the relevant answer which I did not received since morning.
You will not get the product as it not available and generated a complaint for the people for the false information. The ticket number for which is [protected].
With a heavy heart I cancelled the plan for the event which I bought aed 1729 gift of apple watch.
Next day morning around on 22 sept at 9 am I called sharaf dg again person name maryum picked by call and given a new chapter of information again. Saying she is giving me the right information and will generate a complaint for the people who had miscomunnicated me. She told that it will take 2-4 more days as the product is not available and the people who ordered before my order will get the product first.
I do understand there can be less availaibility of the product, not denying that the product will be given as soon as the sharafdg will get.
But highly concerned on the fact how the false information any company can provide to its customers without considering the situations of the customer.
The loss which I suffered due to this false information who is going to bear that?
The insult I went through which who is going to pay for it?
I sincerely request sharafdg to resolve the issue and to provide the product at earliest along with the compensation for the loss caused me due to false information provided by their customer service to avoid further cause of action to consumer affair department.

gas stove
Last April I bought a gas stove from Sharaf DG considering it from the best brand as per the sales person said to us and actually I was out of the country because of health issues.
And returned to Oman on 10-8-2018.
I started using the stove and it was the worst experience ever
1- very weak flame
2- the grill is turning off it self and terribly weak
3-the light in oven area is not working
I really want assistance to change the stove and Sharaf Dg website does not have access to submit any complaints

microwave oven been a week no delivery
Sharaf DJ got to be the worst store in the history of all stores, I have written a complain on their site, called the customer service i will even post my comments on Google, Facebook and whatever until maybe someone in the management team should know about this. I have ordered a Microwave oven on Friday and Promised to be delivered the next Sunday, we didn't get it, we called the customer service, "Yes Sir I am Sorry Sir we will get it done" we told the store to deliver it after 5pm, we told the salesman to deliver it after 5pm, we told the cashier to check the delivery after 5pm and then when we complained to the customer service we also requested after 5pm "Yes Sir after 5pm done, don't worry Sir" .
On Wednesday, the driver calls me at work 10am "Sir i am coming to you" I told no please don't come I can only receive it after 5pm as i mentioned to the store and customer service people. "No Sir I can not, I will leave the microwave on your doorstep" this is the message i got the driver. I called Customer service to complain about the driver and delivery time "Yes Sir I am sorry sir we will sort it out" the driver calls back saying i am coming sir I told no it not after 5pm ...Called the customer service "Yes Sir we will fix it sir don't worry Sir" ...nothing happens until one lady i called and asked her to talk to the manager "Oh I am really sorry Mr. I will tell him to call you back within 2 hours" ...Surprise surprise no one called back. So yes I cancelled the order and will never go there ever again ... hopefully I will get my money back.

Sharaf is one of the worst management in a uae specially dubai mall branch all are staff in falling love with each others manager having affairs with staff cashier and all there is no rule no profossionlism no customer care and respect. Team, I have attached the washed cloth which is more of black strain which is happening on our clothes while using samsung washing machine. I have raised complaint last week and a service person gave a solution which i need to try for 2 months by changing my washing liquid to washing powder & eco tub clean with vinegar & so on. Now i tried this using powder & eco tub clean with vinegar. After all such pain, my clothes having same issue. Can some efficient team can look on this issue? I have warranty cover till jan 2019.

I have also to tell a real story of cheating act from SHARAF DG.
I have made a online purchase of HUGO BOSS wrist watch an week ago and was expecting the delivery within couple of days (as per their terms), but I got a call after a week waiting that they insist me to cancel my order as the particular item is out of stock with their supplier, when I replied to them that why did they let me to make a payment if it was out of stock then the CSR said to me that they had the stock which was damaged one (😠)...when I told them that I will raise a complaint with uae authority then they allowed me to choose any of other model which was not under discount which I denied instantly...finally they promised me to sorted out the issue within couple. Of days, I'm going to register a complaint with UAR government authority if they didn't sorted out my issue within the agreed day.
I have learned a big mistake that you never purchase a product from any of sharaf dg (online or store).

I have purchased a 55' Sony SmartTV from Mall of the Emirates branch on 9th August 2018. The branch has committed to delivering it within 3 days (i.e. by 13th August 2018). I have been following up with Customer Care and they used to say they will check with the branch and let me know. Every day after 13th, we were staying back at home waiting for the TV and finally on Wednesday somebody from branch called me and committed to delivering it by Thursday 16th August 2018 by 4:00 pm. Since I didn't receive any call, I called customer care and checked, as usual they wanted to check with the branch and somebody from branch called and told me that Jumbo people has already collected TV in the evening (5:00 pm) and would deliver it soon. It was Thursday (Weekend night), we were waiting for it despite we had commitments to leave to Abudhabi. Somebody from customer care called me at 9 and was mention that the vehicle is under repair and the product is on the way. We were waiting till 10:00 and somebody called me telling that they are just collecting it from the branch and would deliver it around 11.30 pm. It was so frustrating, after we waited long and I straight-way called them and asked to cancel my order and asked someone concerned to call me urgently to report my concern. I haven't received any call yet. I haven't seen such a poor service before. Hope somebody would contact me if they are bothered about customer's concern.

my name is anju.we bought a new fridge from sharaf dg, timesquare branch in Dubai. payment was done on 13th July(Bill copy attached) & the delivery was scheduled & received on 25th July. the fridge was not getting cool & after 3- 4 hours of receiving I called customer care on the same day. they informed me that it will take at least 5 hours for the fridge to get cool enough. as the fridge was for our new apartment we left it on. on moving into the apartment we placed food items in the evening & by the next day, most of the food items were not good to use. especially the fresh fish stored in the freezer. after complaining to the call centre they needed 3 working days to check on the issue. on 30th service, centre guy took the fridge from us & after that, they need 3 more days to find out the issue & now they say by 06th they will try to repair the fridge & deliver back. After buying a new fridge we do not require a repaired one. We are asking for a replacement or money back. I am requesting the same in each of my customer care calls & they just apologize & do not give a confirmation on the same. If they are to repair & give it back, why would we have gone for a new fridge? we could have got a second-hand fridge at half the price of this. apart from call centre of sharaf dg there is no other way to complain about this. this is not the first time we are purchasing equipment from sharaf dg, but this experience is really a shock for us. we are really suffering without a fridge as it is summer here & we are a working family with kids. on mentioning this to call centre one excuse that they provide is that they have given us another fridge to use until we receive the repaired one back, the fridge that they give us as a replacement is also a broken one, smaller in size & also does not work properly & door keeps on opening by itself .we are now worried that as it is also a damaged one, for sure it will give us a shock on receiving the electricity bill. expecting that you will be able to help us in getting a solution to this issue. Brand new beko built in fridge is not cooling after we switched in on... So we have submitted a complaint and we are struggling to have someone in to look at it... Our kitchen renovation is delayed because of that not to mention poor quality of life as a result.

I bought 32gb micr0sd in sharaf dg mankhool.Then when im about to pay, the staff who assisted me has another sdcard item on hand, when he punch my item i have noticed that he has put another item with my receipt which is 16gb, then i told him directly that i bought is 32gb not 16gb, then all of a sudden he panic, and i have seen he place my item under the cash register. The staff didnt put the id tag in the receipt. This complain is in regards to the integrity of your facility. I had purchased Super General aircon from Sharaf DG on 29th April 2018. Before purchased, I had consult the hotline dept chat group and was recommended this model. I was not asked my room size nor was I informed this AC is only 1.5tonnes and to be use on room size 4x4. I went to Al Ain Mall to make payment and also no advise no information given by the salesman.
Installer come after much waited as they cancelled appointments. The 3 installers are supposed to be a techinal person . They saw my living room size is 5x6. They proceeded installing and i was happy with my new Aircon.
Soon the aircon leaks very badly. I was devastated as it is Ramadan and weather is killing. It tooks many many days before technical team come and exchange the pipes and aircon leaking stops.
Soon again the aircon come out hot air. Another complain made and it was not attended due to EID period. I was so sad as all invitation for EID has been made and have to be cancelled as this aircon is located in living room. It was very frustrating. Finally one technical man come and say my room size is 5x6 and this aircon can only take 4x4. Nevertheless he put some gas and do some cleaning. It works okay.
Then again, hot air coming out. And Al Ain is 45degrees hot. We could not stay in Living Room and only sit in the bedroom. Another complaint made, and another technical man come and say I must change the aircon as it is under capacity given the room size. He say I needed 2.5tonnes. I say okay provided the company able to exchange this as it is not my fault and I have not used the aircon since purchased. He say I need to go back to Sharaf DG as Super General will not attend to client directly.
I wrote again to Hotline customer service to show evidence all communication occurs before purchase. I was told to go to Al Ain Mall where I purchased it. I went to Al Ain Mall to explain the situation and was very disappointed they say nothing could be done and no exchange allowed. I call complaint dept hotline and the same thing was said to me. Nothing could be done and I must change new aircon.
My question is where is all the managers? Nobody even care to discuss . Where is My customer rights? I bought from sharaf DG respecting its a reputable place. All answer now simply say there is nothing we can do.
I had wasted my money to buy this new aircon. Then what shall I do now? Dispose this new aircon? The least they can do is to recommend 2.5tonnes with a discount and offer dismantling and reinstallation of this purchased aircon. It is not my fault as a layman not knowing the technical specification. And they have not trained their staff professionally to ask and advice right technical question.
My last complaint no is 903772 and I hope to e contacted by management level and not some staff who says I cannot do anything about it.
Sad if Sharaf DG have no care to customer service and customers rights. I have taken many work leave to attend to technical team and all these is causing me alot of inconveniences.

I have ordered above Dell Laptop, Order #W968091. I received 8GB RAM laptop instead of 16GB.
On next day I informed to SharafDG and handed over laptop to Abudhabi mall branch. Since 12 days I am following up to update on this issue (called 12-15 times) but still there is no update from them.
The same laptop is available everywhere in all the stores of SharafDG & online but somehow they are not replying to me.
Very pathetic and disappointed service from them. It's not a good brand anymore.

I have purchased an item from Sharaf DG last month. They have pushed me to take their flexi pay services for 24 months payment.
When I received my credit card bill I found out that Sharaf DG have charged the full amount.
