Sharaf DG review: sell item which is used and not working

I bought an item which is an apple pencil 2 in Sharaf DG in Dubai. After a few mounts, it's broken and not working. I went to the apple store in Dubai. Apple store told me which is I bought Apple pencil 2 from Sharaf dg, apple store told me that item was not the original invoice not under my name I shock because the invoice, was not from the Saharf Dg company it is a different company. I bought items already used and broken but I don't know they are professionals making fake business.

In conclusion, after all the stories I'd learned to try to refund items I send them back they received after the past 14 days and I did not receive money. Every day I called Sharaf dg they just saying keep saying bla bla.
