Wrong Information Giving to me about Huawei Matepad 10.4
First of all, I am now at UK and this is my number (+[protected]) if you can contact me on, in addition my UAE number is still working as well.
On the other hand and moving to my issue, please refer to the chronology of it:
1) I have purchased Huawei matepad 10.4 from Sharaf DG on 05/09/2022 (Al Wahda mall branch), and I have asked them if Huawei pencil is working with model or no and they have confirmed that it working with it.
2) Next day, I went to Huawei service centre (in front of Al Wahda Mall Branch) asking them to purchase Huawei pencil, but they have confirmed that the pencil is not working for this model.
3) I have returned back to Sharaf DG due to this incorrect information and in order to return the full device and proceed with the refund as I mainly purchased the tablet for note taking, but they have confirmed that Huawei pencil is supporting this model and refuse to provide me with or to purchase a pencil by themselves to prove that their view as Huawei centre (the Expert) confirmed that model is not supported by pencil.
4) Then, I have submitted a complaint to Sharaf DG and they replied to after one week that this model is supported by the 2nd generation but it needs a special pairing using two type-c output (as advised by UAE Huawei Area Manager).
5) During my search for the pencil, I discovered that the second generation has no type-c output and it is only a magnetic pencil.
Actually, I felt cheating from both party either Sharaf DG or Huawei centre and it is the first time to experience such issue from Sharaf DG noting that I am an old customer at Sharaf DG.
Currently, I am in UK for my master study and I am not using the tablet and looking forward for your fair determination and compensation.

Super general microwave: defective product from date of delivery
I purchased a Super General Microwave (Model Number: SGMG9271DCG) from the Al Zahia City Center Store on the 29th Sept, 2022. I was in the process of moving homes and hence bought new appliances.
On purchase, I asked for the product to be delivered to my apartment to which I was told I should just take it at that time as delivery could be delayed. I complied and managed to open the product yesterday and the minute I did so, I found the product was defective. The door was not closing due to which the product cannot be used.
I called Super General who were absolutely useless and unhelpful after which i rang Sharaf DG who only told me that I need to visit the store.
I called the store who referred me to customer service.
I think this is absolutely appalling since I purchased a brand new product and now basically have to take it back to the store myself and wait till it is repaired even though I have not even used the product yet.
Desired outcome: Immediate Replacement of the product

I purchased a TV (samsung) that was delivered with a clear damage resulting from poor handling / transport. Sharaf refused my repeated requests to replace it. Samsung tried to put pressure on them but their sales management team managed so far to avoid being accountable for their negligence. Sharaf dg is dishonest and they have the worst customer service in the country. Never consider buying from them
Apple Macbook Air
I have a huge problem that you need to solve. I bought a MacBook Air a year ago from Sharaf DG in Abu Dhabi Mall. When I was buying the laptop, I asked for a warranty that provides some compensation or support for hardware damages and accidental damages. I paid 420 AED for an extended warranty- 12 months, and it wasn’t even what I asked for. This is not the first time I have bought from Sharaf DG. This is an unprofessional matter that your staff has committed. I clearly stated what kind of warranty I needed, and your staff provided me with a different kind of warranty that I didn’t ask for. Now, what I need from whoever is reading this email is to fix my problem as fast as possible because this is not my fault whatsoever! It is not my fault that your staff does not know the different types of warranty.
Why would I extend a warranty against manufacturer defects when I already have the regular 1-year limit warranty? Is it logical that the laptop will have manufacturer defects after the first year?! What I wanted and clearly stated was that I need HARDWARE DAMAGES AND ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES.
It is an even bigger issue that your staff has lied about my purchase. If this issue continues, I will have to take it up with a bigger entity and social media presence.

Easy Payment Plan processing fee
I bought a tab last month from Time Square outlet. The have given an option to convert for 24 months using my credit card and charged the processing fee for that transaction. The cashier informed me to call the respective bank and provide the invoice number. I called the bank and provided the invoice number and the scanned document of invoice 3 times, yet they have not processed the easy payment plan as I received massage saying "your request has been cancelled" 3 times respectively. Now I am calling the customer service to get the refund of the processing fee, but as per them it is non-refundable. Even I am calling the bank and they advised to go to Sharaf DG to get the refund.

I placed an order for a kettle in sharfdg MOE store along with a coffee machine. Obviously with 2 kitchen appliances we want them the same colour... when placing the order we made sure that both were exact same colour. Hw3ver when delivered (late) kettle was wrong colour. It's been a week and half since I first raised a complaint amd over 4 calls later, several whatsapp calls and onlibe complaints lodged, yesterday I was promised that today it would be delivered and I was expected to receive a call last night... no call last night or today and I'm not sitting in house wasting another day away. I was trying to order ipod through your online site and started the process. Redeemed my airmiles for AED 500 and the balance payment was being done. During this time wrong OTP number was entered and the process got cancelled. Tried to redo the process but the message pops up saying airmiles voucher is not valid.
This was on 20th July, 2022 and lodged a complaint on phone to your complaint centre at 1040hrs. The complaint registered number was 5296944. The executive whoever attended said the voucher will be sent to our registered mail for use at any Sharaf DG store within 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours.
I called on Friday afternoon to ask about the status they said to call them the next day. I then called again on Sunday and the call was then forwarded to the team leader on my request Ms. Apoorvi who said since it is the week end you will receive a mail on Monday morning with the voucher. Again I spoke to her before few minutes today the time is now 1240 hours. She said the concerned team is not responding in the Finance department and waiting for their response.
I am not at all happy with the way this matter is being handled. If I dont receive my voucher back today I am lodging a complaint to Dubai Economic Department to escalate this matter further.

They checked the system and said it is a used system in the USA and you people are selling it here in Dubai. I paid around Aed 8500 to get the new system and get a used one. I have contacted Sharaf DG to replace the item because i am travelling today. Since yesterday I am trying to get it solved as I am traveling today but the response is really bad. Please take the necessary action.
Desired outcome: As soon as possible would like to have the money back. As I spent such a big amount and my money is blocked. Your service is not trustworthy and I wish to get a new laptop from any other organization if possible today itself.

We placed an order for the super general fridge which arrived and is malfunctioning.
We were told to keep the fridge on for an hour and check if it functions well. We did and noticed the lower section of the fridge was not cooling at all..
The warehouse delivery guy who also came back confirmed that yes this was the case and it needs to be replaced however he could not take it back with him as it was not his procedure to follow!
we lodged a complaint and asked for it to be replaced with another one. An email was sent but never received a response.
We decided to visit the burjuman branch of sharaf dg ( Dubai) where we purchased it from and raised the issue with the manager. He confirmed that he will be on top of it and have the issue resolved.
Come to the next day, issue is not resolved. Instead we get a call stating that they will send a texhnician to fix a brand new fridge which was just delivered a day prior and not used ! Are you kidding me! This is exactly what we asked the manager at sharaf dg to not do as its a brand new fridge which was not even used!
We stressed to them that due to space constraints we can't keep 2 fridges at home hence to please expedite the process and have the new fridge taken and the replacement be brought and if it works fine, then they can proceed to take the old fridge (buy back offer) However no one was able to understand our situation and now have two fridges at home with limited space constraints and no one is bothered to fix this issue or even resolve the complaint..

I’ve really had a simple issue with a product I bought from SDG (Bose qc earbuds) where as the images below shows the context, I’ve had some questions about warranty in preparation (since it’s Friday and service centers are closed) and wanted to know if I should just go buy new ones instead of waiting but then I met this lovely person on SDG Bahrain (called Nasra) , where I’d get 2 lines in total as a response.
Now I don’t know much about live chat support honestly but it just shocks me that the live support person literally didn’t bother to check what’s the criteria for items under warranty , as in when it’s qualified to be replaced or when it’s not qualified to be submitted.
In return the live chat support (Nasra) just decided to ignore my question and pretend that conversation didn’t exist while it was still open (it still is during the time of me writing this).
I don’t want to drag this for too long but , aren’t standards a thing anymore ?

I purchased this screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro max in April 2022 from Mirdiff CC branch and the salesman informed that they have six months warranty. I verified again and he confirmed that the product is under warranty for six months against any damage and purchased it for AED 119.
The screen PROTECTOR broke and I visited the Sharaf DG store to avail the warranty and he informed me that they do not have breakage warranty and he refused to replace the screen.
The salesman instead told me to use my phone carefully without dropping it. So what is the purpose of buying an expensive screen protector from you store after you confirmed that it has six months warranty.
This was so deceptive on the part of the salesman and I am really shocked about his kind of behavior. Sharaf DG was one of the brands I trusted and my this whole experience has left be feeling cheated. I was a regular customer there but I refuse to purchase anything in the future from them.

I came to the shop sharaf dg in mall of emirates asking for iphone pro max in silver the employee said they have it in stock. they brought the case and wouldnt let me open it to check after leaving and i opened the phone and it turns out it phone pro bot iphone pro max. 5 mins after buying the iphone i went to the shop asking to replace it with the other model they didnt accept! and after saying i will file a complaint they wanted to desuct 25%!CUSTOMER SERVICE 0 AND THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG MODEL!

Hisense fridge freezer
I purchased over AED30,000 of appliances in. This included. Hisense fridge freezer which delivered by Jumbo. The delivery was delayed a number of times by Jumbo. When it was finally delivered, I was told not to switch it on for a few days. When it was switched on, it kept tripping the fuse. A Jumbo technician inspected the unit and said there were serious issues with the unit and had to be replaced. I have trying to get a replacement since 17 May. I have made a number of calls to the Sharaf DG complaints line and keep being told that the unit will be replaced but NO action is being taken to replace the unit. Totally unacceptable treatment of loyal customer since 2007.
Desired outcome: Replace the fridge freezer which has not worked since the date of delivery or give me my money back.

Additional Warranty for Hitachi Refrigerator

This regards to my compliant on subject mentioned ticket no. Bought Hitachi Refrigerator with additional Sharaf DG warranty in context if any issue comes with item, same will be resolved. The representative at the time of sale advised/pushed us to get the same which I felt is fine with us and we paid additional amount for the same. Unfortunately the problem came few week’s back, when we observed the door is not getting closed fully so I lodged a compliant to get it repaired or resolved as per SHARAF DG warranty. The technician came and went back by saying they have to order some part to fix it and came back after 3 days. During last visit they concluded that this problem cant be fixed as “HITACHI as company has problem with their refrigerator doors which are as per them is heavy and we need to push hard every time to close the door.
Can you please clarify if we have taken additional warrant, is this the resolution of the problem? This is totally unprofessional way to treat clients by saying all this and close the issue? Believe me, we never thought company like SHARAF DG is coming up with such type of resolution for the customers?
You guys need to either fix the issue or we need this Hitachi Refrigerator to be replaced with new. There is now more problem is closing door post these technicians visit which we believe made mistake by calling you guys.
